How to get rid of the horizontal color printing lines, even though I replaced the cartridges.

Run 'cleaning print head' or 'print the State of quality' in the Tools menu of the printer.

    No matter if you save them to your computer before printing?  You can try to save in a different format.

    You try to print in draft mode.

    If those who do not work, you can try to install the printer using a different driver.  It sometimes helps.  If you want to try it, let me know and I can help you.

  • HP B210a Photosmart: not black not printing

    I read all the similar posts on this problem but still can not my black printing ink.

    I was to have absolutely NO problems printing, but needed to replace my cartridges.  Did, with the new ink HP 564, but now the black does not print.  I replaced the black with a new cartridge.  For the color ink levels are now less than half (from all the pages of diagnostics, impression I guess), the black is full.     I did everything what I can do. all instructions from HP, including soaking them head printing (only once).  I get the error 'ink system failure' and when I try to align the cartridges, it still fails.   When I reset the printer, I get error Oxc19a0013 and follow all the instructions to resolve the issue.   After all this, I resorted to buying a new print head, but I always meet the same problems.  Help, please.  Maybe it's time for a new printer thanks for any help.  It seems that it is a fairly common-HP problem can something to help?

    On a hunch, I turned everything off-router, modem, PC, printer.  Now, the prints in black, but the colors don't. The estimated ink levels are OK.  Copy and print are the same black only.  He keeps asking me to realign the print head, I already did several times.   What happens here?

    I bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 today and implemented according to the instructions.  I loaded with premium photo paper more HP and proceeded to print a photo from my Mac.  As he came on the printer it has horizontal lines there.  I read somewhere on the forum that it could be a software problem, so I went to my computer to Microsoft and tried to print the same image using OS 7 and the results are the same.

    After reading some of these other forums, I pulled the plug and has waited a few minutes and plugged back in and the problem was solved!

    I would like to look at this here document that addresses the issues of print quality for your printer model.  As soon as you select your operating system, so that it will drop down give information on how to address the shortcomings of production for the printer.  Down on this page, it will be an example of a picture with horizontal lines. From there, it will tell you how to solve the problem.  Once the solutions you mentioned to change the print settings. But there are other things to try listed after this one. I hope this helps.

    This seems to indicate that your magenta ink is not printing correctly.  Try it troubleshooting steps described in this page.

    We use CS3 on PC. When I put a line of color on my text and print Docucolour text and contour on my HP Laserjet or 260 color printer prints black. Obviously the Laserjet prints black only, but we should see the shades of gray and on the printer of color as well the type of red and blue print in black. Before I reinstalled Indesign or any other patellar reflex reaction, someone has any ideas? I can open the suspicious document on another machine and the type still print black. A note: if I make a pdf of the document and send it to the printer color, it prints correctly.

    There is a text printed as black setting in the print dialog box. Perhaps this is true.

  • blurry horizontal lines on my Office Jet 8100

    All of a sudden, I started getting poor print quality on some horizontal lines in my documents. It seems to be on the lines with black color. Initially, he would pass on the third or fourth copy of the same document.  As it hasprogressed, it's about everything print.

    The test prints streaks see the white.  I swapped the cartridges, clean the print head, but it gets better, it gets worse. Is there maintenance user, I can do, or do I need to take it to a shop?

  • Why is my printer HP LaserJet Pro CM1415fnw prints 4 horizontal lines of each color of ink?

    My printer prints 4 horizontal lines of each ink color.  Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.  I tried the recalibration, restart, remove all the cartridges and put in new cartridges.  Nothing works.  What is the drum?  The printer is only 6 months old.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8500 - horizontal lines that cross color print

    I just replaced the two print heads.  Ran alignment and the screen says it was successful.  Black print was nice, but color printing had horizontal lines through it.  I use it through windows 7.  The color is not true, when I run since Ubuntu 10.04.

    So, since you just change the print heads, check the steps located heredocument.

  • Photosmart C5180 HORIZONTAL lines appearing suddenly on all scans

    I get horizontal lines randomly on all my scans all of a sudden when I use my Photosmart C5180 all-in-one.  Scanned a few things this afternoon and everything was normal.  Then, suddenly, a scan I did had much random horizontal lines (perpendicular to the direction of motion of the trolley) appearing thereon.  When the scan is in color, the lines are of different colors.  On b/w scans, the lines are black.  They appear in different places if I rescan and are random.  They are between 1/4 "and 1" long.  Any ideas?

    Please do not send all of the links for troubleshooting vertical lines, as is not the same problem.  In addition, it is scanning only... printing functions remain normal, please so no printer/ink articles either.  Is longer under warranty so it doesn't get service unless I pay extra, and I don't want to lose money if I just need a new machine.

    Any help is greatly appreciated, even though I'm starting to think that the solution is to buy a new all-in-one.

    I don't think you can buy a HP spare bulb, but you might find them on sale on 3rd party websites (but reliability then comes into question). If you were able to get a spare bulb, so you will need to find someone qualified/tech-savvy enough to replace it.

    I think that ultimately, you could end up spending more to look for party and someone to install it as you would on an all-in-one replacement. You could buy a separate however scanner and continue to use the C5180 for printing.

  • Photosmart 6510: lines horizontal and top and bottom of page when scanning

    Hello

    Scans of the bucket of my Photosmart HP 6510 leave a horizontal line at the top and bottom of the page.

    I tried to adjust every page that I scan to align as straight as possible on the glass and this sometimes helps a bit.

    I am able to bypass the lines in culture to, but would prefer to find a real solution.

    Any help would be appreciated because I don't know a lot about the scanners, thanks!

    I wanted to tender hand to respond to your message on the lines that you notice when you scan to scan in your Photosmart 6510 bed. It seems to me that there could be some light enter when performing the analysis, causing lines. If you are only scanning one page at a time, the lines should not appear as they are now.

    Here is a troubleshooting guide for you to try. If the lines do not fade, contact HP directly to see about a replacement printer.

    Tip: Make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall, avoiding bars power and surge protectors. This ensures that the printer is full on.

  • Horizontal lines after having printed a picture with HP 7610

    I use some software to print jewel case labels that correspond exactly to the size of the standard case for audio cd

    After inserting a picture for the front using this software label and then print this label on photo glossy paper, I always notice lines horizontal spacing to exactly equidistant around the image.

    This is expressly visible in dark areas of the image.

    I think that these equal distances have something to do with the speed of printing process. 7610 HP needs only a few 'RSS' to achieve the impression of this label and I suspect those 'son' match with these lines (but maybe I'm wrong).

    Can someone give me some advice how avoid these lines?

    My OS is windows 7 Home premium 64-bit.

    Go to the page on the link for me has given, I noticed the "horizontal stripes in print" to halfway this page.

    Then I read 'Check the print settings' for windows 7.

    Following the recommended steps and get to the stage 4 'media '.

    But by right-clicking on the window "Select printer" (series HP Officejet 7610) and then go to 'Properties' and select the 'Advanced' tab, I noticed that the button "print documents of the coil so it ends sooner" has been verified.

  • Photosmart C4680: C4680 not print color

    I have now 2 (!) Printers photosmart C4680 and BOTH are printed in color.  In fact, once I found how to access the Help menu, I printed the PQ diagnostic report and the printer status report and the two reports are totally invalid color print.

    I put in new cartridges, cleaned, etc., but still no color will appear.  However, once, when you print a PDF file, a little bit of Blue appear, but never the Red or yellow.  And that happened only once.

    I use the photosmart with Mac OS 10.7.5.

    Please tell me I can fix this problem or I have to go to another printer?
