HP G61 - 430SI Notebook PC: return to Windows7 de Windows 10 problem

After trying the Windows10 upgrdae, I decided to go back to the original OS on my laptop when I bought this, Windows7 64 bit. (preinstalled). Because Win10 causes too many problems, most likely due to the fact that it requires too much capacity that simply does not exist on this particular model. Often causing black screens, which cannot be solved by rebooting the system. There is no possibility to use the scenario of rear roller Windows10 offers due to the College that I upgraded to Win10 more than a month ago. This is the reason why I want to reinstall the original OS Win7.  It is in this regard that I can't find any link or information through the HP support to do this. Does anyone know how to acquire the Win7 ISO via HP, from the entrance of the OS pre-installed in my laptop? Looking forward to the reactions and the hopelfully to a solution! THANKS & Cheers, Ronald

You can order the HP recovery USB. don't bother with the set of recovery DVD disks. DVDs are not sustainable, nor as fast as the recovery usb flash drive is.

Order a HP recovery disk

In the web document, click on the country where you reside for ordering information. The cost is usually about $40,00 USD
