  * Hard reset of the printer by unplugging the device, disconnect the other end of the power cord from the wall outlet, separates the power cord of the power supply, wait 30 seconds and plug it back up.

  Your power cord or printer turns off if the printer does not turn on.  Parts for your printer are not made or sold more, so the only option would be to replace the printer.  I'm sorry.

  I'm here to try to help you with the problem you are having with your Photosmart C4780 white pages print, and I hope we can solve it!

  I would like first of all for you to tell me if there are problems when you make copies, black and white copies and color.

  Try a power reset if you haven't already and make sure that the printer is plugged directly into the wall, avoiding bars power and surge protectors. This ensures that the printer is full on.

  Reset instructions:
  Press the power button to turn the product on.
  With the product, unplug the power cord from the back of the product.
  Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  Wait at least 15 seconds.
  Plug the power cord into the wall outlet.
  Reconnect the power cord to the back of the product.
  If the product does not light by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.

  Also run Print and Scan your PC of Windows 8 doctor , chose the option "Print of difficulty" and let me know that say the results at the end try printing out in Notepad too and I would like to know if the page is empty, or print very well.

  Asuming the printer is connected wireless, a flashing blue light indicates a lost wifi connection, the pritner is disconnected from your network at the time and so it will not be printed.

  I suggest to place the printer near the router, but not less than 2 metres. too far can cause the connection to become less stable, but also too close distance due to dead radio signal problems.

  Try putting 2-3 meters to test, make sure you there are no metal objects in the path between the pritner and router (which can affect the wireless radio).

• MacBook Pro, OS 10.6.7 & Photosmart 7350 print does not correctly

  I bought a new MacBook Pro for my wife, and we tried to connect its Photosmart printer.  I show very well in the printer & fax window, but with Gutenprint 5.2.3 as driver v.  When I try to print to it, I have 1-2 lines of text in the left corner of the page and nothing else.  The printer indicates that it has completed the work, but the output is never complete.  When I tried to print a page of 3 small pictures, the first two printer, very slightly and have been duplicated.  The 3rd, which was under the first 2 ever printed.  Still, I do not receive an error indication.  Any thoughts?

  Oh, no, do not use the CD, it is certainly not for 10.6.

  You can try to reset the printing system:

  -Sys Prefs, Print & Fax
  -Right (control) click inside the box that lists your printers and select Reset Printing System.
  WARNING - This will remove ALL your printers!
  -Select the sign + to add again. Search for the printer, select it, and wait until the button 'Add' becomes available. Until it clicks.

  Replaced the ink now the printer will not print black ink. I tried 3 virgins new ink cartridges HP and none worked. It will copy the color but won't copy black. Went on you tube and tried all of the solutions that have had this problem. Cartridge cleaning, coating everything. The test page has blocks of color on it and those who were ok but the printed part is more than a Brown cast and there is nothing in the black rectangle.   I would be more then happy to lend a hand.  Looks like you did a lot of troubleshooting for a paper jam already.  The first thing I always suggest is to plug the printer into the wall directly if there is currently a power surge protector or extension cord. This may sound silly, but this will ensure the printer gets full power and can eliminate any unnecessary troubleshooting. If the printer is no longer becomes full power of power against power surges or extension cord, it can give a false errors, have bad connection, paper issues food, quality problems etc.

  I'm not sure if you have gone through this paper paper jam still but I recommend you to take a glance to ensure the troubleshooting of all has been done.

  If you still have the problem then your printer may require an update of the firmware.  An update updates the operating system in the printer.  If the printer needs this update you can get random questions.  It is recommended to connect the printer to the computer with a USB cable when you perform an update of the Firmware.

When I print something - and I tried different programs - the document appears in the print queue, says it's printing, but nothing prints. If I restart my computer, the document will print until I connect. I tried stop the print spooler, but then couldn't do restart.  I looked at the printer using the HP Solution Center, and he says he's online.

  I have printed successfully to this printer wireless until I upgraded to 8.1.
