Inspiron 2305 All In One unit

Has anyone tried to modify the active field for this model?

I talk with 3 different technicians of Dell and each solution, they gave me has failed. A tech met with his supervisor, and they said the motherboard was bad. I tried the asset.com on a new utility in the cabin and received the same "active/serial number is not supported on this model.

Dell support has really need to deepen and their solutions of test before they offer a solution.

I worked with a higher level of Dell tech who worked with its engineers. They were able to find/create a utility that works on the 2305 s active AIO. If anyone is looking for it, I can pass it on. Otherwise, raise, raise, raise to your Dell representative to get the results.

I have the Dell Inspiron 3043 all in one

You can consider using a USB2 > DVI - D or USB2 > adapter VGA to connect the second monitor, but they are not exactly cheap.

And if you buy one of these adapters, make sure that the one you get can clone (1) internal display, (2) extend the desktop on 2 screens and (3) show 2 different screens simultaneously and is compatible with any version of Windows that you are using.

  • Inspiron 2330 all-in-one, white screen on startup after Dell Logo

    Hello

I just bought an Inspiron One 2330 with Windows 8 this week which was working fine until today.

When I go to it starts, I get the Dell logo and Windows 8 points floating around in a circle below. When these disappear after five or six seconds, as often happens with the boot process, nothing happens. It allows access to the screen of Windows 8 with time and this landscape of space-age thing, but now I get nothing, just a blank screen.

Please could someone help? Everyone knows this?

    Thank you

    Hywel

I thought that I will answer my own post because I have not managed to solve this problem after the effort of several hours.

I managed to enter the automatic repair of Windows by following these steps. After ignition, the Dell logo appears then the swirling circle. Is immediately turned off by pressing the power button until it stops. Repeat 2 times more, how the computer would decide that Windows fails to start, so it should start the auto repair.

The automatic repair feature spotted that there was a problem with the video driver (as I suspected) and disabled. I could then restart normally and use system restore to return to a game without the danger of drivers, before I was running Windows Update.

  • Inspiron 5000 all-in-one question

I just got an Inspiron 5000 23 series (5348) and was shocked to see that the top of the screen has an open space of half inch! I looked at photos online and don't see this 'feature '. This will allow all sorts of dust and dirt to go directly to the computer. What I need to know is this. That's how the system was designed and built intentionally or is this faulty system? I don't see how I can keep this system if that's the way it is supposed to be.

Contact Dell says that this is not normal. If you gently push the bezel all sides, they fit together and stay that way?

Otherwise ask another replacement as soon as POSSIBLE.

Good luck. Hope that they solve this problem quickly.

  • Automatic start after power outage - Inspiron 20 all-in-one

I cannot find a setting of auto-start after power failure in BIOS, Inspiron 20. I really hope that I missed or can we make it happen another way. Someone at - it something?

    Thank you!

Control Panel, system, advanced system, the boot parameters. But this isn't for the system failure power failure. Sorry - I read your post too fast.

I don't think that today's computers can auto start after power cuts and even if it is possible, it is not recommended. Buy a battery backup UPS as APC must prevent interruptions of power failure and give yourself the time to shutdown properly.

  • Can't find model number, installation instructions for the unit duplex for printer all-in-one Officejet 6110

MY friend gave me a duplex unit to another printer 6100 series he had. We thought that it would be compatible. The HP site says that my all-in-one OfficeJet 6110 can use a duplexer, but that's all he says: no model number and no installation instruction.  Does anyone have any info or suggestions? I can't know just by looking at my printer.  (The duplexer No. FPU is C9101A).

    Thank you!

To install the duplexer, you must remove the rear blankpanel of your OJ 6110.  The rear panel will be approximately 9 "wide and 4" high with two s tab that can be moved together in the output panel.  Snap the duplexer in place once it is removed.  Make sure that it is oriented correctly, the label must be on the bottom.  Use large buttons on the ends of the duplex unit to release the duplexer if it is to be removed or moved.

With the duplex unit installed, you will need to configure it so that it is recognized by the driver.  See the post here for more information on activation of the duplexer.

  • I tried to connect my printer HP Deskjet 2540 all-in-One Series to my Dell Inspiron 15

    Separated from this thread.

    Hi Bill,

I tried to connect my HP Deskjet 2540 all-in-One Series printer to my Dell Inspiron 15 for two days without success.  Can you help me?

    Lenora,

I have a HP DeskJet 2540 on my Dell Inspiron 1545.

The instructions from HP work so you should be fine if you follow them.  The CD contains a ReadMe file that describes the installation procedure.

You must install the software first, and only then connect the printer.  Note that you will first need to install it on a USB connection.  You can change this later if, like me, you intend to use it with WiFi.

  • Just bought a Deskjet 3520 e-all in one printer but moving to the United Kingdom, can I still use it?

It says in the guide specifications power:

    Power adapter: CQ191-60017

    Input voltage: 100-240 VAC

    Input frequency: 50/60 Hz

I recently bought the deskjet 3520 printer, printer all in one, but was accepted to school grad to the United Kingdom, I obviously want to take my printer with me but wonder If it will take a power adapter with a UK plug adapter? and if yes where can I get a.

    Hello

Yes, but the problem is not different power, you only need an adapter for $ 5 you can find many airports or tourist shops. The problem will be inks. You may not be able to use the ink cartridges sold in the United Kingdom. You should contack HP to reset the printer. Please read this:

  • Inspiron All in one is worth the price!

I use rounds so far, but now, I am planning to buy Dell Inspiron All in one PC. I just want to know if it's worth the price? Or should I buy Dell XPS 8300? Are there important issues that I need to know before you buy all in one PC?

    Any comments will be appreciated.

    Thank you.

By looking at the manual Dell HERE looks like the all-in-one is basically a "laptop with a separate keyboard and best video.  Thus, it is no much you can put at level as a standard PC of type "office".

You want to add/edit components at some point, you are better with the 8300.
