  I have a Satellite m50d-a-103, which takes place in Ubuntu.

  The operating system crashed recently. I'm not sure if the laptop off really or not. But the screen is dark, and the laptop does not start when you press the power button.

  The only thing that made laptop is that the power light flashes 5 times when the switch is released (no matter how long he was supported before). There is no - screen start or anything, the screen is totally black.

  Located help here suggests I have remove the RAM, but I'm not sure it's a good idea, because I'm not sure that the laptop is off.

  What I've tried is pressed the power button for 20 seconds. I tried also pressing the - or what I guess is the reset button on the back of the laptop.

  The only idea I have now is to hope that the laptop does not work because indeed, there not turn power off and wait until the battery is empty. But I'm afraid that it will take a lot of time.

  So my questions are:

  -How can I fix?
  -How can I find out if the laptop is turned off?
  S ' it is not actually disabled, how do I disable it (it has an internal battery, so removing it will not be easy)?
  - Or is this a hardware problem? And if so, how can I find out component that could be the problem?

  For the white flashing indicator power, it is said: "Indicates that the computer is in mode 'sleep' and that there is enough available power (mains or battery adapter) to maintain this State."

  So I guess that my initial assumption may be correct. I still don't know not how out of fashion "before" however.

  Any ideas?

  You can try to reset: hold the home and power buttons at the same time and continue to hold until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). If you see the Apple, you should be in business. Once the reset is complete, the Slide to Unlock screen will be displayed.

  If this does not work, you will probably want to pay a visit to the Apple Store, so they can watch. It costs nothing for looking at it. Don't forget to take a go-Genius Bar, so you don't have to wait all day...

  After you have selected 'Power Off' option Tablet closed OK but then restarts again. Only after several attempts to "Power Off" the Tablet closes down very well.

  Another question that was yesterday the Tablet would not turn on / restart! I had looked at footie with Bt over the internet for an hour and a half without a problem. I then closed the screen for half an hour and planned to watch another game on BT the Tablet has been totally insensitive. It would not turn back on or restart.

  This morning I tried again and it works fine.
  Could be another problem related to overheating?

  This phenomenon, I've had about three times. Before I used off I 'State aircraft '. It is ok. This may be due to programs that are in the background. No not global warming.

  I have a laptop Dell older (studio 1558) and when I used it the other day, 'static' filled monitor image and then the screen went completely black.  Now when I turn it on, it seems that the computer starts well but the screen is black.

  Get yourself an external monitor, easy solution, right? -bad.  Unfortunately when I plugged my laptop in a separate monitor, the monitor (which works fine) showed no images.

  Still, I had this laptop for a few years.  I see about being 'easy' opening and closing of the laptop.  This has been the case in recent years, however, so I don't know if something has finally given...

  I'm not the best computer savvy so sorry if I was not more detailed... any ideas, what is wrong and how do I fix?  I rather would not somewhere that make me fixed.

  You have some different add-ons that could affect Youtube, Adblock Plus and DoNotTrackMe and 5 different downloaders works. Could you try to create exceptions for youtube.com in Adblock Plus and DoNotTrackMe to see if that makes a difference?

  Try the Options buttons for these extensions on page modules. Either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a
  • Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > Add ons

  In the left column, click Extensions.

  In addition, Adblock Plus is now a lot more up-to-date as the ad blocker updated for Firefox 11 +, so you can delete this one.

  It is possible that the printer was not fried, but the power may need to be reset.  Watch this video for sure:

  If the printer is really fried, remove the front panel to access the cartridge Board and force it to the left.  Since you printer is not repairable, you lose nothing.

  I'm a student in computer engineering at the University of Waterloo 1A, and I run a very serious problem with my HP Envy 15 "TouchSmart laptop computer running Windows 8.1. It is a problem that just started today, and I'd rather have a first support here before going to see the technical support Office sometimes tomorrow. It has to do with the screen and the fans where the Power LED lights in white, just as when the laptop works properly.

  (I have warranty on the laptop when it was purchased last June, except that if I find that I need to get a replacement, I'll lose all my work, I did on that since I started my semester.) It's so silly of me not to have all my work saved on a backup, because I have an external hard drive. Problem is, I've had too many problems in getting myself organized, I'm not being open-minded as I should, and worse, I'm not a balance between life and work at home.)

  Before I had my MATH 117 conference (Calculus 1 Engineering), I was in a nearby lab where my laptop was open and turned, works correctly. I've had NetBeans IDE running since I wanted to work on the second part of my current assignment of CS 137 (principles of programming). Because it was almost time for my presentation, I closed the laptop by simply moving the screen down on the keyboard, where it goes into mode 'sleep'. (Whenever I flip to the top of the screen, the laptop is supposed to return, and the sliding screen of Windows 8.1 connection will appear.)

  When I took my seat for reading, I wanted to spend a little time to work on my programming assignment.   Thanks for posting about what is happening. If I understand you correctly, you have a book you want on your iPhone and iPad, but neither is synchronizing correctly to have both.

  Have you checked every device to confirm that the same identifier Apple is signed all three?

  iPhone and iPad: head to settings > iTunes and App Store

  iTunes: on a Mac, it's under account or installed depending on the version of iTunes store.  On a PC, it is also under account, and if you don't see the menu bar, click on the triangle in the upper left corner to view the Bar Menu or CTRL + B on the keyboard.

  If all 3 have the same signed Apple ID, post the version of iOS and iTunes for all three devices here, please.

  You can make an appointment at the Apple Store - Genius Bar store and bring it into service. You can also search an Apple Store - find a store - Apple.
