PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW THIS EASY LINK LINKSYS ADVISOR SE LANCE AUTOMATICALLY AT STARTUP OF THE LAPTOP.

    I encountered a similar problem.

It may have something to do with the profile of operating systems, the restrictions and the whatnots account.

On a new installation, I initially created a profile admin and left to create another one to use. But it seems that even when the second profile is in admin mode, there are certain restrictions that I encounter during the installation of programs.

Part of that I could correct in 'administrator', among the programs that won't be no auto start even when configured for this purpose.

Although not the same software, it may be worth giving a shot.

Would be worse plan of action is to drag and drop the Lela link to your startup folder or use third party software so that it can be included in the commissioning.

  • Impossible to connect incompatible devices. Please update all obsolete devices

I recently got the trio kit with two DM100 and the wireless controller.

Linksys Easy Link Advisor (LELA) does not install the controller, but it could be manually installed with most of the features.  (under windows xp 64)

For the moment, I get the error "failed to connect incompatible devices. Please update all outdated devices' when I try to link my areas named player1 and Player2 for mode of the game.  When you view the details they show versions of different firmware (1.7.3 and 1.23.31).  I tried to update, but they appear as completely redrawn in LELA.

How can I force an update of the firmware? I did a search, and the help file has been of no use. There is also no download available.

For the next gen of linksys acoustic equipment, how about a webconfig/telnet standard where I can set a static IP for the wired connections and wireless?  Finally, I hope to launch wireshark and see how it works, because the system is cumbersome in its current state.

Basically, leave it turned on, connected to the internet over the weekend.

    Another user also mentioned:
You can force the update to occur by using the Media Center software.
    1 open media center software
    2. the mouse on the window of the player DMP-100 and made right click for the menu
3 select all to see the current version of the software and the option to update.

I did, and it updated... eventually.  Took a day to the next (> 3 hours), and there was no feedback / recommended user that the command has been received/treaties/completed.

  • Inernet connection problem

I have Linksys Easy Link Advisor and also connected via the Internet. For a period of 3 months and there is no problem, but now I have a red line from the Internet to my WAG160N router and all the green lines are their.

I am also connected to the internet even after there is a red line showing.

To resolve this problem, I followed every thing like: Internet repair, reset my router WAG160N and also uninstall and reinstalled the Linksys Easy Link Advisor.

When I uninstalled and re-installed Linksys Easy Link Advisor it started working correctly. But when I rebooted my laptop again overnight it happned again and showed the red line on the same, but Internet is connected and I can look at the site. Please help me to know what is the problem and how to solve it.

If your laptop is able to access the Internet and works well, then uninstall computer easy Link Advisor.

You don't need Easy Link Advisor.

  • Linksys WRT150N router

I have a Linksys WRT150N router.  My OS is win XP pro.  Easy Link Advisor tells me during the installation that I am not connected to the Internet on my desktop computer.  However, my office is connected to the Internet and my laptop wireless via the WRT150N router.  I not unhooked the easy Link Advisor, cleaned the register of all keys of Linksys and reinstalled the easy Link Advisor. The installation is complete.  Easy Link Advisor is ready for installation on my desktop computer.  When I go into the configuration process with my wall of fire off the end result, is that I am not connected to the internet.  I know I'm using internet at this time.  Help!

Do not use the EasyLink Advisor to configure the router... Open the router setup page by typing 192.168.1.1 in the address bar. Now, configure the router.

  • Help with EasyLink Advisor for WRT54GS

OK, when I try to make it appear the EasyLink Advisor to my router it says need administrator privileges, and then under that it says that you must be logged on as a user with administrator privileges to change the configuration of the computer for home networks. The thing is, though, that I'm logged on as administrator. I've never had this message before. I learned about the EasyLink Advisor repeatedly to find the IP address and other things so I can connect my Xbox, iPod Touch wifi and stuff like that. But now it doesn't let me do anything. I used to have Windows Vista on my computer, but then I upgraded to Windows 7 and I think this is the problem because it started to happen after I upgraded. Help!

Yes easy Link Advisor is not supported on Windows 7.  You don't need it anyway.  Just connect to 192.168.1.1 with empty user name, admin password and check the router itself.

  • Gray of network

My network was acting weird lately, and the only thing that is different, it is that when I run Easy Link Advisor all until the router is grey and has a yellow diamond. Otherwise it says that the network is working properly. Why ELA show the grey network?

    Response from Linksys:

Basically, we suggest that you do not use the EasyLink Advisor, Edward. You can still have a good connection using the Linksys EasyLink Advisor without devices. We're sorry, but this program is actually still under the Linksys engineers fix because there are some questions about that which has yet to be resolved.

Has anyone else had a problem with the network before the router being grayed out?

    Win XP SP2, WRT54G V8

Upgrade to 3.0 and everything will be back to normal.

  • NMH300 not allowed to change the time

Okay, would normally not be a problem but I'm streaming video clips on the HUB and they are stamped with a time of 6 hours hurt.

The 'Time' button is RED and does not allow me to change it.

    1 you already have reset.

    2. they took out hard drives and re-deleted all partitions.

    3. do you have a new installation.

    4. always in red.

OK, what is there besides the reset button that may sneak in and attach it to the back?

The initial installation, I had the opportunity to take my city.  Given that the installation, I needed to do a reset.  I don't know whether or not it is when time went red.

I guess the time running IT / IN HD the self?

    Thank you

    Steve

It is fixed.  I don't know what it is.  Here's what was going on at the time.

Whenever I went into the HD and go to the System Configuration, I would get an error message, cannot be found, check the network, etc..  Click OK and I was in and could make changes, but not the time or the button below.  Firmware version was "unknown".

After all the above stuff to this thing, I returned to my computer 'master' and pulled upward "Easy Link Advisor" for my router in Linksys 610.  I noticed that my computer was red with a stop sign at this topic.  There was an update of the software available.  (note, I was able to venture out into the internet, so I was surprised. not sure it should have intervened, but it seems that, as he might have)

Updated my PC 'master' software "Easy Link Advisor", I was in the green... and HD system configuration parameters were still available.

    It was very weird.

    But it works now.

  • filter anonymous internet requests

I use a linksys wrt600N with version of easylink advisor 1.6.0042. I am trying to install a video camera and the manual says under "known issues": LinkSys routers have a default setting in the menu called firewall "filter requests anonymous Internet". If you want to access your camera on the internet you have to uncheck this option. »

I see this option in the WRT600N manual, but it refers to a selection of software that I did not.

I went to the site and downloaded the latest version of the software, and I don't always have the choice to uncheck this option.

    What do you recommend?

Throw the Easy Link Advisor in the trash.  Just go to your router at 192.168.1.1 empty password, username "admin" (or whatever it is you did).  Now access your router manually as all.

  • Wireless router not working do not! Help someone? WRT54GS

I have the router WRT54GS v. 6. I've had this router for about 8 months and now it seems to give me problems. My Linksys Easylink Advisor program could not read my router, when I opened my Linksys Advisor my WiFi router network has not shown "Wirelesss router" he showed that a 'bridge' on the bottom right is my computer. I uninstalled and installed linksys Advisor from the original disc that came with my wireless router. I opened the program from Linksys and my network name, clicking Next, it says it is trying to detect the router, but it is not. All wires are not working, I even changed my ethernet cables around to see if that was the problem but they are beautiful. For some reason it can't read my router more. Ive tried to install this new program LELA 3.0 but I keep getting errors when trying to do this thing .NET 3.0. Any ideas?

Would say allows you to configure the router manually instead of running the Easy Link Advisor depending on your service provider Internet suggest you to make settings & you will be able to go online with no problems.
