  Sometimes when I print a document that contains multiple pages, pops up an error. During the print job, the printer stops work on the intermediate page (for example - second page), spits out the rest of the blank page and all the lights flashing. The printer does not any action, only a hard reset (disconnect battery). After that, he will normally for a same day behavior, and suddenly many, same error. Printer is mainly used through Bluetooth, but the same error occurs also in the cable.

• All-in-one Officejet 5610: computer said paper jam, printer does not respond

  We had a paper jam, which we is allowed. The printer says there is no jammed paper and printed successfully a self-test.  The table of edge devices and printers said that there is a jam paper and attempts to print just to sit in the queue.  Clicked on the HP Solution Center and it says printer is ready. The printer is okay.  Only the OS seems to have a different opinion.

  Not tried them: (1) open the back door and look for debris. (2) open the Feeder and locate debris.  (3) open front (involves opening door cartridge, unplug the printer and remove the trays) and search for debris.  (4) self test printing.  (5) restart the system.  (6) unplug the printer while and leave unplugged for 60 seconds to force the delivery.  (7) repeat steps 1-4.  No SOAP.

  Have you tried what is obvious.  Turn on the computer and the printer off both.  Now, unplug the printer from the computer.  Turn on the computer and then turn the printer back on.  Now reconnect the printer to the computer.  This assumes that the printer is connected to the computer via usb.  Alternatively, you can try to plug the usb cable into a different port.

  I have a HP LJCP1025nw purchased on 9 November. I'm running on an iMac with OS10.6.

  Supplied with the printer firmware was 20100510. I was looking for being able to use airprint and I noticed that there is a more recent firmware upgrade that allowed this (version 20110826). I downloaded the HP Firmware upgrade tool and he ran. They gave me a message that the firmware upgrade did not and I should power cycle the printer, I did several times. The printer is now insensitive (with the orange! lit constantly). I have uninstalled/reinstalled the utility software of HP but the printer has remained unresponsive. Under "configuration", the firmware version is listed as 'unknown '.

  Is it possible to reinstall the firmware to get the printer to the top and running? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

  I contacted HP Support and will receive a replacement printer in the coming days. Yay for me.

• Wireless printer does not work

  I have a HP Pavilion G60 laptop and an HP Photosmart c309g printer.

  When I try to print from the laptop using the wireless feature, the printer does not respond. The printer works with my desktop computer and laptop shows the printer as default printer. He had previously worked, and stopped for some unknown reason.

  Try completely disabling Norton and then try to print. Its mostly likely block the port used by the printer that is causing the problem.

  Have you tried a hard reset?

  1 make sure that your printer is on.
  2. unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.
  3. wait 60 seconds.
  4 reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
  5. press the power button to turn on the printer (if it does not start automatically).

  It has more advanced reset steps available, but they are not good for you if the printer will not allow for you to navigate the touchscreen menus.  If this basic trick restores façade features let me know and I will private message you the semi full reset steps.  Otherwise, I recommend that join you our technical support team.
