  I recently formatet my pc... When I reinstalled Adobe Creative cloud to return to Lightroom and Photoshop.

  The cloud App is installed and so is Lightroom and Photoshop. But I can´t update. The cloud App keeps telling me that he can´t to connect to the servers and I should check the firewall... Here's the funny part... It has access through the firewall and my anti-virus as well.

  I have uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 - 3 times just to be sure... What can I do to get the app to connect?

  Adobe could not get the rate of monthly subscription for my creative education cloud subscription. I received an email saying that my account has changed to a free adobe membership.
