Preparation configure...

I have the same problem as those who have posted above me.  I have a new TOSHIBA laptop.  Is that someone downloaded a new utility from Toshiba site?  The link is:

https://accountservices.MSN.com/EmailPage.SRF?EmailID=f848f0733fb09304&Ed=CZLgkYkWNns6PIOVgLc2B6kl1QyTwCz%2BgdiEJ5rUrXUkSd/JM%2BwZabblCZ/5&LC=1033&urlnum=0

Have not downloaded yet - my new laptop is still "Preparing..." »

I think that this utility can help you.

Hello

Looks like the link has expired. However, I suggest to manually restart the computer and try to start in safe mode and perform a System Restore. To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, type system restore in the search box, and then click System Restore in the list programs.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.
2. in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.
3. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.
4. click on finish.

Once the computer is restored to the earlier date, try to install the updates manually.

You won't lose your data saved in the hard disk by performing a system restore.

  • 2.3 configuration Apple cannot prepare several devices if one or more fail

When you try to prepare multiple iPhones at the same time and it is a locked iOS device or an iPhone which lacks a sim card and you try to jump to the next window when it fails in the preparation - he thinks that locked/simless non - ios iphones are ready when they are not. Is there another way to get around this?

2.3 Configurator Apple think that iOS 10.0.1 devices are ready when they are not in the preparation, and I'm only able to stop or remove devices. If I do one at a time, it works very well. The previous version of the configurator from Apple did not have this problem.

This is a feature that Apple Configurator 2.3 says in its list of features it is capable of doing.

I have the same problem. I shouldn't update AC. I really like AC2.2 no bugs for me. 2.3 AC is full of them. I'm wiping devices and it fails every time. We use hubs USB Bretford PowerSync D20 with Macbook Pro. We were clear and prepare without devices of 20 questions with AC2.2 but now it is a failure with AC2.3. Is happening here? Preparation is the worst with AC2.3 and iOS10.0.1, he said that the devices are ready, but they are not because they have been deleted. I can only stop or clear devices. Any ideas? Help, please.
