I uninstalled and installed on my macbook pro.  I can print a diagnostic page, but it won't let me print anything else.  It is said that here it does not connect - almost as if there are problems with the router which I know is not the issue, as I got it all working before and my internet connection works.

Can you help me at all?

OK, if the test shows that it is correctly connected to your wireless network (I think that's what you say), then you just need to tell your Mac is here:

-In the Apple menu, go to System Preferences > print and fax

-Click the '+' at the bottom of the printer list (or if you have no printer listed, at the bottom of the large white rectangle).

-When it detects your printer (with Hello appearing next to it), click on it once, then click 'Add '.

Now you should be able to print or scan from your C310!  To scan using the image transfer application in your Applications folder.

  • Ink advantage 3515: printing issues from ink advantage 3515 after a month of no use

    Hello everyone.

I have problems with the print quality. In the summer, I installed the new HP original cartridges (black and color), a few printed pages and soon, I went to holiday - my printer has not been used or even turned on for about 5 weeks. A few days after my return, I tried to print text. Horizontal stripes appeared. I tried cleaning software (a natural and deep) and the deep one always helped. However, when I tried to print something the next day the problem was back. I tried the update of drivers and clean the print heads and also I cleaned the cartridges with alcohol and a q-tip. Nothing seems to solve the problem completely. While this could be due to a faulty cartridge, I don't think it's possible for the two new cartridges, I bought to be somewhat damaged. I have attached a scan of the printed text - it has been printed in the landscape, vertical blank lines, you see are indeed horizontal.

If you need further information please request now.

    Hi @Iwina,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I understand that you have found horizontal stripes when printing with your printer HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3515. I'm happy to discuss this issue for you!

It is possible that the problem could be that during the time of your vacation, without the printer used. What ink cartridges could have dried a little. It is also possible, they could be defective cartridges. I would like to double-check that the steps outlined in this guide, print quality problems, have been completed. And that no steps have been missed.

If the guide does not solve your problem, the ink cartridges will still be under warranty and should be replaced. Please contact HPtelephone support for further assistance. • HP 8600 officejet pro printing issues

    Hello

I have an officejet pro printer hp8600.  I have connected to a network. I had to reinstall Windows 7 64 bit on my computer following an accident.  This meant also to reinstall the printer drivers as well.  I am able to print from Word, however I can't print from internet.  I get this message: "there was an internal error and Internet Explorer is unable to print this document." (Internet Explore 11) I downloaded pint and Scan Doctor 4.2 and made 'issues of difficulty printing' and all checks very well.  In my view, that the problem is that I can't solve my printer because it has a warning sign in my area "devices and printers".  When I run the troubleshooter, it is said that it cannot identify the problem.

    Thank you

    Thanks for your response, Deflace.

  • Officejet pro 8100 chart printing issue...

    Hello

I bought a HP Officejet 8100 pro a few months ago, and I had trouble printing graphics on this subject. For some reason, no matter how I set the page to print, he ended up a very large part of the print image on a full page instead of the page I set out.

The printer is connected to the network via CAT5 (NOT the USB) cable, and I use the Officejet BASIC drivers.  The graphics are print sources - some are directly from a Web page, some are printing through Corel Draw or Photopaint (X 3), and I have the same problem that I print out an old computer from Windows XP or a Windows 8 pc brand new.

For example, in the past when I would print a graph of Corel Photopaint (something I scanned), regardless of the size of the image (physical size or DPI), all I had to do was set the page layout in the control panel of the printer to print as indicated or adjust α page and the printer would print it as it would look in the "Print preview" pane   But now it only prints part of the graph and print very large even if the size of the graphic is show less than 8 1/2 x 11.

I tried to reduce the DPI of the image, but it does not help.  I usually scan at 300 dpi, but still reduced to 72 dpi file, does not help.  All what happens is the file prints the same very large size, but then is pixelated.  I also tried to reduce the much smaller physical size - say up to 3 'x 5', but it will not always print the full graphic.  It will only print on a 1/4 of the image and place it at the bottom right of the page.  And the printed area will measure 3 "x 5".

There really scratching my head.  I looked in all the printers setting panels for something that could be an adjustment of the layout and change anything to even remotely suggest it would help, but can't find anything that would allow me to make the appropriate adjustments in order to print correctly.    I use HP printers for nearly 20 years and used all types (of Officejet, Deskjet, Photosmart, etc.), but it's the first one that left me speechless.  I like how frugal, is with his use of ink, but if I can't print my chart, his frugality is wasted on all pages of the curse.

Print the note driver... I voluntarily has not installed FEATURES COMPLETE drivers because I know how intrusive, they can be and will install more things than I care to use or to have installed on my computer, so I prefer NOT to install these drivers, unless it's my only option to resolve the issue.

    Any suggestion would be appreciated.

    Kind regards

  • Devices and printers suspendusent/Print Spooler error causing printing issues

Hello fellow forum participants and Rangers.

As of recent, I had questions on our servers with regard to printing problems.  The problem would be to randomly appear and disappear without notice.  I tried to diagnose the problem by activating the event handler, but the event handler was not able to provide any specific error in addition "a timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a response from the spooler service transaction.  Whenever I try to open "devices and printers", the window would without constantly/eventually without loading anything.  I would also add that the problem starts when the user connecting.

    I tried the things:

    (1) sometimes restarting the PC would magically make it work.

    (2) restart Printerspooler fix the problem

    (3) automatic setting rather than manual Bluetooth function has failed.  (has worked for most of the people similar/same problem).

    (4) we tried to reload the drivers.  Temporary solution, but the printing problem happen again.

  • Acrobat 8 or 9 with Windows 7 64 bit - printing issue: new installation, upgrade to Vista.

Acrobat does not print using the PDF Converter.  I can print a PDF file on a conventional printer (not), but when you use printing > Adobe PDF as the printer selected, nothing happens. As a result, cannot make PDFs of web pages etc.  There is a problem reported by the AdobePDF.dll_64, during the installation.  I downloaded that separately and reached a complete reinstallation of 8 from Adobe, which previously worked perfectly on Vista.

    Try this first: http://www.sevenforums.com/software/2092-adobe-cs4-under-7-x64-pdf-printer.html

Error "the file AdobePDF.dll is needed..." "When you install Creative Suite 3 on 64-bit (Windows 7 64-bit) Windows Solution

Manually extract the 'adobepdf.dll_64 ' of the file data1.cab file before installing Acrobat. When the prompt appears, navigate to this file and select it.

    1. Navigate to the folder that contains the file setup.exe to your installation of Acrobat 8.
    2. Locate the file "data1.cab" and open it (this may require a third-party compression utility, such as WinZip).
    3. Inside the content list, locate the file "adobepdf.dll_64" and copy it to your desktop.
    4. Run the program setup.exe installation and when the prompt appears, select Browse and select the file that you copied to the desktop.
Note: If the file cannot be selected, change the file type drown down in the dialog box to "All files", or rename the file "adobepdf.dll" by removing "_64" from the end of the file extension.

    More information

Because the Adobe PDF printer is not supported on 64-bit operating systems, version 64 bits of the AdobePDF.dll does not get extracted during installation. So, the installation program is unable to locate him. Although Acrobat is installed, the Adobe PDF printer will not install. Following the update procedure above will address the issue.

  • Print issues with old photos scanned .jpeg prints too large & can't print in black & white

I have a bunch of old photos & scanned articles of a scanner flat of maybe 10 years ago or not.   These are all .jpeg files.

First of all, when I print on the Windows Live Photo Gallery, they are all print in color, no matter if I change my printer settings or if I go in settings in Windows Live Photo Gallery and deselect color.

Secondly, not printing in black & white, they all print out extra large and therefore do not fit on an 8 1/2 x 11 pages.  All this elements analysed in years were roughly between 3 "x 5" until maybe 8 'x 10'. "  The fact is that they don't print as I would like.

One last question, is that I have a newspaper article large .pdf format.  I printed it weeks and had no point of color above.  But I printed this on paper 11 "x 17".pdf file.  She printed on the entire page, but it was stopped at the bottom of each printed page, and I don't understand why.  Which certainly confused me.  Any suggestions?  My plan was to save the pages together to view the log what it was.  It's pages of the newspaper of 1886.

    Thank you

    Hi Sue,

We apologize for the delay in response.

This problem occurs with the printer settings.

I wish that you run the printer Troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/open-the-printer-Troubleshooter

Note: He made sure that a printer is connected to your computer, and it checks for common issues such as whether the printer has enough paper and toner to complete printing your document.

If the problem persists, please refer to the article and check if it helps.

If the problem persists, please answer with the number of the printer model to verify if there is no known issue.

  • Copy/scan Dell AIO 926 Printer Issue

    25/03/2013

My 5 year old AIO 926 prints of email, Word, excel, etc..  And it is used to copy a page on the glass without problem.

For the last 5-6 months where using the copy of the format, it tilts a vertical column starting 5 inches from the left margin to 6 inches, how it start printing correctly on the right margin.  This is consistent from top to bottom, as something covered that part of the page on the glass.

I uninstalled the printer 2 times, downloaded the driver of many times and reset the command offset printer as well, but nothing doesn't solve this problem.  The printer works fine for files sent by the PC, I suppose that it is not a problem with cartridges.  I'm not a PC guru and utilization of my setup only for fairly mundane personal stuff, so probably miss me something complicated (for me) that I could try.  Can I get help in simple language for someone at the level of expertise "of the PC for Dummies"?   Thank you.   Email responses would be appreciated: ADMIN NOTE: identification of Email deleted by privacy policy >

    Hi Rick Carbonneau,

As we tried all the steps above, it seems to be a hardware failure. Based on my experience of the belt scan starting jams by causing this issue a bit.

You can consider replacing the printer.

Do not respond if you have any other questions.

  • print issues

I want to about 1 1/2 years.  Black printing is very altered or skip in places.  Sometimes, a line will be faded.  I cleaned the cartridges 4 times now.  Always the same.  Black is almost full.  HP ink cartridges.  Ink color does not seem to do this but I don't have a lot of color prints.  Can you help me??

    • Hello

Sorry to hear about your issue. I see that yoy cleaned cartridges 4 times. Please follow the steps below to print a test page.

      Open the HP product software:

      • Windows XP

Click Start ( ), click all programs , click HP , click the folder for your HP product and then click the icon for your HP product ( ).

  • HP F4400, prints the last print issue when put to sleep

Just had a weird problem start.   My wife was going to print something and haven't noticed any paper in the printer, so it wouldn't print.  When the paper loaded and only handed over running it printed fine.  But now, whenever I put my iMac to sleep, in a minute or two, it will print another copy of the final printed piece.  It happens every time he is put to sleep.   Strange... that is clear... any idea?

    Thank you

Looks that work would fit in the heart of the printing system called CUPS then try a reset of the print system. Open Printers and scanners, mouse over the list of printers and right-click (or hold down the Ctrl key, and then if the right click disabled). A context menu will appear. Select Reset and authenticate when prompted. Note that this deletes all printers printers & Scanners, but not pilots supported, so you will just need to add printers again.

  • HP Laserjet 400 M401dn: M401dn Firmware - print issues

    Hello.

We have 4 HP Laserjet M401dn printers 400 in school.  These have been delivered and installed in time last September.

A problem highlighted recently when one of the teachers tried to print a simple Word document with a title in large font.  Whenever they printed the document, pages with the large font size came out white.

We tried new documents and other things, but whenever we have changed the size of the police to more than 70pt, the page would come out blank.

We then tested the same documents on other printers and it printed perfectly on 2 of the 3.

The 3rd company of the party in charge of our network took a look at the problem and it's associated Firmware.

PE / printer of geography are the two stamped Date of 20140521 Firmware.  Two of these printers cannot print fonts of size greater than 70pt.

Staff room printer was Date stamped 20120907 Firmware and prints ok.

ICT after the Date stamped printer Firmware of 20131214 and prints ok.

Can you HP and other users of this particular model, please test?  If the results are the same, HP can please release a updated Firmware to fix the problem?

If this isn't the case, please tell me where can I find previous versions of the firmware and the utility to restore the affected printers 2?

    Thank you very much.

    Hello.

    Thank you for the answers.

  • Formatting with OneNote application printing issues

It seems there is no flexibility/feature for printing on the OneNote application.

I type in font size 11 but when I printed, it looks like he is about 16 or 18 size of police and does not fit on the page. I do not have (nor devrais I must) reduce the font size for say 6 or 8 so he can print in font size 11.

Also, I've inserted on the photo page and I try to reduce the size without reducing the size of my entire page.  He doesn't like it, nor does he want to do that.

I'm an ex-PC Office OneNote user now switch to MAC (that I hate, but unfortunately am stuck with Mo ') and using the OneNote application.  Office OneNote has much more capacity and features that the app does not. Shame...

Is the problem of printing/getting just one of the glitches associated with the application it takes to smile and bear-shaped or is there something that can be changed. There is no layout of the OneNote application and there is nothing in the print settings.  Same observation in PDF, formatting (font size) is whack.

    Thank you.

P.S., Buddies from Microsoft, you can update your categories as there is no category that exists for this query.  I am not referring to the office for OneNote, but the OneNote application.

Seen on the screen, the font sizes are not very significant.  For example, you can use a font size 6 (not that I think you should have either), but the pinch and zoom (or ctrl + scroll on the mouse) and it seems so much more important, but then print to the original scale.

The reverse is also true.  You can use a larger font, 16-18, but be zoom out, so it seems smaller.  But the zoom scale based on your dash of zoom (touch screen) or ctrl + mousewheel zoom (not touch) is used only for display, not printing.

I guess that's the zoom view that is the origin of what you see.

-You are quite correct that Office OneNote features much larger than the app. And it always will be.  The app is intended to be used soon clear on a phone or a tablet.  Office OneNote will always be the powerful program for serious users.

  • Windows 7 x 64 Laserjet 1022N printing issues

Background:  I have three computers connected via a cable network on a LaserJet 1022N.  The computers are running on a domain.  Users have a user access to the computer.  All computers are new and under Windows 7 x 64 with the latest updates applied.  All of these computers have the same problem. A Windows 7 x 32 attached to the computer even works well.

Problem: When the computers send a print job to the printer, it continually back at work until the job is removed from the queue and the printer is restarted.  If I send a copy out a test page.  It does not matter which application is printing.  We tested with Word, Excel and Acrobat Reader.  It does not matter the length of the document sent to the printer.  We treid a documents as well as multi-page documents page.

Have you tried to uncheck the option "Enable bidirectional support" in the port real estate 1022N tab.
