No including photographic paper feed and the following messages are received: paper jam or paper. This is not correct. Jam has recently replaced; all paper rolls have been cleaned up with water. Any advice would be appreciated.

OK, I've lost my WHOLE day, searched forums, has done what others have tried, poste posted HP Facebook, doing whatever is humanly possible to get my printer to print in black. I ran the clean printhead, black ink changed TWICE new cartridges, reloaded drivers, reset the default open to the top of the printer and tried to manually clean the head after only 4 hours to do everything I can possibly do to get this junk to print in black. The printer is only a year old and the cartridges are freshly bought from the store. So, tell me what am I missing or is the printer ready to be stoned?

If this does not help still nothing and will not always be the black print, please call our technical support team and request a replacement printer. I just bought this printer Office Jet Pro 6978, All In One Printer. It won't let me download the driver listed in the steps to implement, it fails every time. I tried to use the CD that came with it, it gave me a message "this computer's operating system is not supported." So this printer will not work on my 64-bit? Or elsewhere? My computer is a HP. Where can I find a download driver for this printer for my operating system? When it prints, it prints a nonsense. % beginprolog % beginresource: file and so on with such things. I am at a loss... Any help would be great.
Sorry, but the printer is not supported on Windows Vista 64-bit.
64-bit support is only available in Windows 7 or later operating systems.

When I connect my printer to all-in-one HP Deskjet 3070 - B611a and try and update the IP address manually, it says it is in place and I press ok but nothing happen need me just indented on the same page but with the address IP is entered.
The same things happen when I try the wizard he fines the Wifi network and accepts the wifi key tells me im change network, but then after that just takes me back to the first page of the wizard as nothing has happened.
Almost as if it won't save or flash memory.

By turning the printer power switch will usually change the IP address, unless make you it static or unchangable. The reason for routers use a protocol called DHCP that tells it how to distribute IP addresses. So, it is not uncommon that address to change. To avoid this, you must assign a static IP address on the printer.
To do so follow the link below and search for "Step 6" how to set a static IP address.

Printer goes into sleep mode. After 25-30 minutes breaks the connection between the PC and the printer wireless. Beacon wireless is the same fashionable "sleep" and I see that the printer is connected to my router and there is internet connection. HP Print and Scan doctor sees the printer, but I can't wake the printer unless I restart it.
What I've tried so far:
I tried all the solutions offered hp.com; Reinstall driver, updating the printer software, setting static IP on the printer, static DNS servers, using HP print and Scan doctor.
I've seen people questioned on this issue before and there is no solution. I really need help from HP!
After days of research, the problem was finally solved! I applied the following steps below. Some steps may be unnecessary, I didn't waste my time knowing who.
1. find your PC's DNS servers by typing ipconfig/all in CMD.
2. assign a static IP address outside your DHCP range. For my Linksys router him between 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.150. So I put my static IP address as 192.168.1.20.
To do this, click the button on your printer wireless. This will show the IP address of your printer. This type of your browser. Go/network/network address. Choose manual IP and write 192.168.1.20
3 now come to section of the manual DNS server, and then type your DNS servers, you found before.
4. open your HP printer program that must be installed with your driver. Utilities hit and update the IP address. Update your address with your static IP address.
5. now go to your router settings. Find the wireless settings and change your not automatic standard 20 MHz radio band.
6. change your standard channel to 6.
7 find the wireless security and replace your WPA-personal security mode.
8 disable UPnP
9. This is the part of the KEY. Change the renewal of your key to 36000 seconds. (10 hours)
10 go to the Windows Advanced Firewall. Enable all the disabled printer and share, entrants and outbond rules.
I believe that the most important parts are affecting a static IP address outside your DHCP-range and change the key renewal time. I hope this works for you too
Can not find a way to get this to install. After extracting I finally found it in running %Temp%. Searching through all files and folders, trying to find the exe file. to get it to autorun, but was unsuccessful. I tried to install this on 2 different PC with xp pro sp3 but no luck.

I think I have solved this problem.
I have a PC Windows XP Pro (SP3) who has been affected by this problem.
Immediately after that the window of 'extraction' went to 100% and closed, nothing happened. The windows install/never display software.
Whenever I tried it creates a log file that started with this:
"Parsed command line: «.\Setup.exe".
Using datfile: C:\DOCUME~1\xxxxx\LOCALS~1\Temp\7zS1293\autorun.inf
# GetValueByLang (f-> c_str(), _T (Version), _T (LanguagesInthisCD) failed "
System LangID = 1033. mapped to ENU
# The system language is ENU, but is not on our CD!
There was other error messages after that, but they all come from lines 3 and 5.
Something she prevented the installation program to recognize the language ENU files ARE present in this download.
Comparing two PCs, a problem, and one that works perfectly, I saw that one who was not was AutoRun disabled through a registry setting. I temporarily deleted this registry on the PC that wasn't and Setup launched and ran like he was supposed to. As you can see, the message "(LanguagesInthisCD) failed" (line 3) disappeared, and the line 5 (now line 4) shows that it has to recognize that the language ENU installation files are present.
So if you encounter this problem, and you are comfortable with the system registry, here is how I got it to work on my PC:
Navigate to the bottom of this tree
Below, find out if there is a key named "Autorun.inf".
On my PC (the one with this problem) the value of this key has been "@SYS: nexistepas".
If your registry database also has this, it may be the cause of your problem.
In the left pane of regedit, do a right click on Autorun.inf and select "Rename" from the context menu.
Change the name to something like "Autorun.inf.hold".
At this point, I restarted my PC, but I don't know if it is really necessary.
I ran the downloaded driver file. It extracted, and the Installer started out as it was supposed to.
When it was done, I returned in regedit and renamed "Autorun.inf.hold" to "Autorun.inf".
It is extremely frustrating for me, and (if you need it), I hope that this solution works for you.
Last problem with the L7580: this machine will scan but not print or copy. All four color cartridges are good, remaining. He machine is not used as often as it should be, but copied and printed a few weeks ago. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help.

I can send a fax from the glass, but when I try to fax multiple pages in auto document feeder it doesn't recognize, they are there and asks me if I want to fax the glass or ADF. I click on ADF and says original place in the ADF, and press start. I opened the compartment in front of the ADF and it is not stuck or dirty. Help, please.

In the software you wish to select Connect new printer. Not really sure why you were running the software again if I don't believe it was part of one of my suggestions.
If I understand well after the steps of my above after you are still unable to make a copy through the ADF?
Did you update the firmware, or connect the printer to the wall makes no difference?
Please let me know it's going, and if you are still unable to copy after checking these two things and then I will consider a deeper reset for you.
Basically I have the HP PSC 1610 all in one printer. I know not what has happened, but in some way, when I go to print a document of site Web etc, use the printer to print the last page first and keep printing until the 1st real page printed would be changed, which would print on top printed pages.
My problem is now, it's actually print the path opposite, now it prints the 1st page of first and last last page, which means when I pick up all the printed pages, I then have to sort the page numbers in the correct order.
Now, I use my printer waste dumps, I print a lot of game documents such as guides etc.. Now if I was just printing pages 1-5, I'd be fine with it, but at this current moment, I was printing guides with more than 50 pages, which really saddens me to have to keep sorting out pages of paper for good order.
I must say that it does print no pages in a random order, which means like printing, for example, 10 pages, it does not print the page number 6, 2, 5, 8, 3, 10, 1. It is actually printing the pages in the following way, page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. (When it's over, page 10 is one who is on top of the stack), but I really need to put it so that it will print the pages in the following order, p. 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. (So at the end of printing, the pages of issue 1 is actually on top of the battery), which will allow me to simply staple the pages without the need of haviing re - sort the order of the pages in the correct format.
I have all my print programs installed as Director of HP and others, so I can change main settings of printers, but I looked through all the preferences main page tabs and I don't find the option to change the printing order of pages.
I really need help to set my printer settings to print order in the way I need to, but I don't know where the actual parameters are to change this option, and I tried to do an actual search on Google, but I use too many words, search results do not end up giving me instructions that I need He is always giving me other things, more like excavations at random on everything related to my printer and I can't be bothered, working all day to get the good looking, lol. All of a sudden my HP PSC 2410 Photosmart all-in-one printer has started printing very, very, very slowly. If at all. It took almost 30 minutes (1/2 hour) to print only 1 page word document. I am on Windows 7 OS.
Dialogue problems says everything is fine. An attempt to print a test page was even worse. He printed only the top 1/4 of the race and that it was illegible.
I ran CrapCleaner, Norton full scan and I was able to print for about a day before the problem returns.
I also had problems with copy. I noticed that the missing parts were color text or photos. There was no indication that the Tricolor cartridge was low or empty, but I replaced it in any case and VOILA... print is returned to normal and fine everyting.
I would have thought there would be some am indicator when the cartridge is low, but it was not.
I am well satisfied with my computer HP 2006, Win XP SP3; However when I had to reformat the HP PSC all-in-one printer that works well will analyze any more. Microsoft says that it does not recognize the drivers for the scanner.
Try to download software and software updates of the HP Web site. See if that helps.
Hi, I have a Windows 8.1 RT (Microsoft Surface 2) Tablet and HP PSC 1510 all-in-One printer cable. Now when I plug the printer via the USB port, there is no driver who finds himself to make this printer work with my camera. Does anyone have this problem or solutions? I tried to look at HP support and nothing there has been useful.
I'm afraid that the printer is not supported on Windows RT, as you can find listed in the following support document:

I would like to help with the discoloration print issue you have with your HP PSC 1210 all-in-one printer, when printing from your computer Windows 8.1.
Could you try to make 3 copies of something on the printer for me? If the three pages of fine print, then we know that the problem is related to the software on your computer. If the pages are starting to fade and blur, then we know that the problem is probably with the printer cartridges.
Are the cartridges you use genuine HP? Can you check the date of guarantee on them for me if they are? If they are relatively old cartridges, the nozzles down can be a bit clogged and start getting muddy upward while you print. (This is particularly likely if you use the printer very rarely).
If copies are still faded and blurred, try these steps to clean the cartridges:
- Open the all-in-one with the power on and then remove the ink cartridges by slightly pressing the cartridge while pulling gently toward you.
- Inspect the ink cartridge ink nozzles and contacts for the accumulation of debris and ink.
- To clean build-up, dip a q-tip in distilled water (or water if distilled water is not available) and press the remaining water from the swab.
- While now the cartridge by the sides, as shown in Figure 3 below, gently wipe off any buildup of debris.
- Reinsert the ink cartridges and perform the alignment of ink cartridges.
- Print a test page to check the ink cartridges and rinse any remaining accumulation of the nozzles of the cartridges.
If the copies to print without any problem, try to download the HP printer installation wizard to make sure you have the latest drivers for your product.

HP PSC 1317 all-in - One Printer driver Windows 7 64 bit does not. I tried to install the driver after the incredibly long download (362 MB) to be told by windows that there is no driver. I have uninstalled the software 3 times and reinstalled. I unplugged, disconnected, re-downloaded and re-installed. I downloaded the 64 bit vista drivers (they do not work). I came to your site to seek support that is denied to me because the printer is out of warranty. Unless, of course, I want to pay for it. Which I did, after spending a considerable time (see above) trying to get it work on Windows 7. Last thing to install on another machine, which I just do exactly the same result, and no sign of anyone else having the same problem everywhere.
Now what can I do to get this printer to work?
I solved this by using Windows update, which then installed a driver in the end.
This was not a great experience.
Why have a download for the version of 64-bit Windows 7 for this printer that puts all the other bloatware of HP but does not contain any driver. Then you perform the update from Microsoft to get a signed HP driver? Why can't the HP driver actually be content in the download presumed HP so you can Dodge all the crap software I just uninstall anyway. A huge waste of time and effort. Two weeks to solve a problem that should have been done in twenty minutes.

HP psc 1210v will not print photographs
My HP psc 1210v All in One Printer works correctly for many years. In December 2010, I tried to print a picture and color was distant. Recently, I need to print photos and had the same problem.
