  You need to talk to Adobe, not users on the forums, because only Adobe can reactivate something on their end.   I guess the numbers increase during the work week.

  I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps:

  Method 1: Reset components from Windows Update from the link of the suite, which would help you to install the updates of windows. http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/971058

  Method 2:

  If the problem persists, then try to put your computer in a clean boot state, and then try to install the update to windows.

  By setting your boot system minimum state helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

  d. When you are prompted, click open to install the update.

  Method 4: You can also try to perform the system restore , safe mode and check if the same problem occurs.

  Note: When the computer is in safe mode, System Restore does not restore points. Therefore, you can not undo a restoration you performed when the computer is in safe mode.

  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft Answers forum.  We cannot guide you more precisely by changing the BIOS settings that the BIOS settings are specific to your motherboard.  However, most (if not all) parameters of the BIOS have an option to restore the default BIOS (sometimes called "default opitimized").  It may be an option in the menu that you highlight, then press enter or it can be assigned to an F key and States at the bottom of the screen, press F? for the default settings.  I hope this helps.  If you are still not able to reset, check with the manufacturer of PC for more information about the BIOS.   1. you receive error message when creating point system or performing system restore?

  2. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  Usually, this would happen if there is any place in doubles in the system restore properties.

  To set the path of the appropriate Windows Vista restore point as follows:

  (a) click on the Start Menu.

  (b) type sysdm.cpl in the start search box and press .
  The user account control window will prompt you for permission to run the program.

  (c) click continue.
  The System Properties window appears.

  (d) click the System Protection tab.

  (e) to the automatic restore points, uncheck the any location invalid or duplicate

  (f) click to check drive C: with the Windows Logo.

  (g) click on apply, and then click Ok.

  (h) restart the computer and check if it works.

  I have recently restored the whole system on the HP to my sister a virus that I was unable to remove it manually.
  The system restore went well until it has reached the point where he was going to reinstall Windows. The computer just turned itself off and the software installation was not complete. I am able to reinstall again. I must therefore hold the CTRL + alt + delete, go to Task Manager, click on audit.exe and complete the process to turn on the computer. What can I do on the internet? And is it possible to install Windows again without the CD?

  ·        You are able to boot to the desktop in normal mode? If this isn't the case, then you get any code or message?

  ·        How did you did system restore?

  ·        Are you referring to the system recovery using the recovery partition or the drive?

  I suggest that you start in safe mode with network and check if you can access the internet?
