Region of bad product

Checking 'version.sdk', I get ' region: Americas on my Clip +. Normally I wouldn't bother me, but I'm in Europe (UK) and wonder if there are implications regarding:

(a) returns if an error occurs (I bought from Amazon.co.uk - so it's legit)

(b) character set, my system is obviously a British and there seems to be a difference between the United States and the UK local (at least on Linux), I guess it shouldn't be a problem as the American game is installed to support other USB keys.

(c) updates. Can I Flash with a version of the EU?

What is the difference between the regions on the drive? My apologies for sounding a bit blunt, but respond only if you have experience with this 'problem' with the old clip, or if you have solid knowledge. Guessing is not of any use.

No worries.  If you install a new copy of the firmware (not available for the Clip + yet), you can change the region to EU if you wish.  As is the case, the only difference you will see is the threshold of higher volume available.

The FM radio is always adjustable to the 'world' which gives you the frequency EU measures, without changing the region.

    Dear I red your answer and I appreciate it. I did not plug the PC, I want to get the original serial number / product of the PC.   • Bad product Code listed in the OS (Win7)

    I have several PC Dell, all currently running Win 7 Pro 64 bit.

    One is a refurbished PC and hard drive died, so I put in a new and installed OS with one of the USBs marked for Dell 64 bit Windows 7 Pro. Never asked the product code, but I noticed that it is using the same code as my main machine. (Probably the one that I used to make the USB).

    Both are authentic proof, but I suspect that this will change to the less appropriate. Is there a way to change this, or should I just leave him until he questioned me? I have several unused licenses, so this isn't a problem. I just want to keep all legitimate.

    It is normal behavior for the preinstalled OEM licenses. No need to make any changes.

    Unfortunately, your options are limited, because Microsoft no longer provides that Digital River Windows 7 downloads. ISO. So, your options are the following:

  • Serial number valid, but bad product?

    After a chat for hours with a technical support person yesterday I'm still not close to fix this problem. Can someone here point me please in the right direction?

    I have a valid serial number for Design and Web Premium Pro CS6. Due to a hard drive problem I had to download and reinstall, I had no problem, but when I was asked for my serial number, I got this error:

    The drop-down menu you see here does not Design and Web Premium Pro, so activation stops right there. I double checked my page count to make sure that I had good product name and serial number, and I do.

    The technical support person told me to download it again, CS6 and I made - I downloaded the package Design and Web Premium Pro, and then the same problem arises. Any thoughts on how to solve this problem would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

  • Bad product overview PS and PDF

    While paying my bills, I received a few invoices of my telephone company in PDF format.

    I usually print the invoices for archival purposes and for some time there was a problem of police with some of them, either causing missing characters or blobs of crap here and there on the printed page.

    I just replaced my printer with a HP CM2320nfi and a new one seems even longer than the old.

    Preview displays the PDF that I get correctly but when I try to print, the printer will choke on it and print to PDF to preview and bring it to preview, I noticed there are some missing characters, despite the original PDF rosy.

    It will print correctly in Acrobat, and it prints properly using Evince on Solaris.

    Most of the other bills correctly, print preview.

    There are a few special fonts embedded in the document and I suspect that there is some manipulation of question such as printing in PDF in iBooks and by opening the file is Acrobat complaining on one of the fonts, a font of OCR.

    What serial number and the part number (model number?) do you mean exactly?
    Do you mean the laptop's serial and model number?

    These details are part of the DMI string.
    Usually after the motherboard exchange such DMI string must be updated with correct data.
    In case the DMI will be not updated, data such as serial number and others will not display correctly.

    My immediate problem is that my printer does not print after installing new HP ink cartridges. It worked very well, and I had a weak color and a black ink supply, so I replaced all the.

  • Questions by activating the product key from a windows machine pre-installed 8

    Hi all

    I bought this machine pre-installed windows 8 for the laptop dell inspiron model 3521, with a friend who stays in Doha, the Qatar. I stay in Pune, Maharashtra, India. When I got my hands on the machine, windows was still not enabled surprisingly. I called the customer service dell Sunday, who confirmed that it was purchased in the Gulf and it is pre-installed windows machine 8. The Executive of the customer asked me to call Monday for anywhere between 09:00 and 18:00 to get the product key.  When I asked my friend about activation, it was completely dropped on activation or reinstallation of windows 8 on top of pre-installed windows 8 OS. I guess he bought the machine pre installed and active windows 8, but somehow, through someone, windows has been reinstalled and the resettlement process could not brought the product key from the BIOS.

    Now, as I had fun at hand, because it is Sunday, I searched a few tools retrieve the product key from the BIOS, and I was finally able to get their hands on the product key of my machine, but has not managed to activate my windows using command prompt (using slmgr slui.exe) and user interface. Here is the message I get.

    Download windows 8 ISO from Microsoft and reinstall windows 8 is the only option that remains for me? Y at - it no work aroun

    This could be due to the change in the country / region or the product key that you might be for a different version of Windows like Pro Pack etc.

    I suggest you to change the country and enter the product key and check.

    a. in the area of research of charms, type slui 4 , then select slui 4 search results.

    b. click on the arrow down under Select/change your country or region , and then click Next.

    c. call the telephone number indicated on the call and provide your installation ID screen.

    d. do not say what whether, or press any key. Wait for a Customer Service representative to answer the phone.

    e. explain in detail. (Please check if the key is for Windows 8)

    Called Adobe to buy Creative CS6 (and Web) Suite Premium upgrade. (Dec 4th, 2011)

    Has been sold the upgrade of the suite Production. Sigh. Bad product.

    An agent of conversation online Adobe fixed: it has enabled my CS6 Suite, I downloaded, for the second time. He did not fix/update serial in my account numbers, which were, again, are the Production serial numbers. I don't have or use the rest of the Production.

    The conversation send agent and I aircraft was trashed by gmail (my e-mail account) a month go, since the issue was considered solved by me, since Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign are works very well: enabled... no bugs.

    I opened Dreamweaver today, for the first time since the upgrade. It will not activate using serial upgrade Production numbers - which are still in my account, and who are the only serial numbers that I have.

    Adobe offers no telephone support on the Creative Suites.

    It's a costly, interesting choice.

    First Creative Cloud ENT is a company the volume serial number so it can be registered under the account detail.

    There is a different method for with CCE serial number, install and activation of programs.

    As you have already installed InDesign CC and Creative Cloud Desktop app then after you have disconnected from the first creative clouds and

    create the license using Creative Cloud Packager file.
