  There are two ways to do it. I hope this helps.

  1. Highlight the first message you want to delete, press and hold the upper (^ aA), then highlight to include other messages. Messages must be continuous. There is no type select CTRL in Windows.
  2. In the message list highlight the line containing the date, press the menu key and select Remove beforehand. This will remove all the messages since this date and age. However, it is NOT synchronize deletions back to your e-mail client.

  Unfortunately, you are not able to take your SMS from your device to a computer to read. Regarding shortcuts, that's all what I found;

  Message shortcuts
  The following shortcuts can be used in a message:

  • To reply to a message, press R.
  • To reply to all, press L.
  • To forward a message, press F.
  • To remove a highlighted message, press I.
  • To view the e-mail address of a contact, in a message, highlight the contact. Press Q. To view the display name again, press Q.

  • To write a message in the message list, press C.

  There are 4 possible things that could be the cause.

  1 shift of BB software - reload resettoctory or software should fix this

  2. 3rd party software interference - find out what apps are running in the background by opening the application switcher

  3. Exchange/BES Server lag - not much you can do, but your could restart servers, or delete and readd to the system

  4. memory leaks - check your memory just before doing a mssive delete (registered options) and then, if you can get to this betweentimers, check once again, then check again after battery pull. compare all.

  Another thing you can do is to accumulate 50 emails, check the steps of tests for numbers 2 and 4. When Delete Deletes 25 of them. After that timer and battery remove, delete the other 25 right away and see if you get a timer then.
