Subscription errors

Help? I had a monthly subscription which quashed one of the adobe staff and put me on an annual subscription which is due to expire in November 2015, but for some reason my software and emails telling me that I have 3 days to use my software before its expiry date, I tried to talk to adobe online, but they keep saying they will connect my computer and fix it remotely even if I explained to them that When I connect to their site Internet it says a BILLING issue and make the payment on the monthly service... now I can access the online chat, I am waiting for always with them on the phone and I need this problem now can anyone make a suggestion on getting this resolved? Thanks in advance

    Thanks for the reply. I was able to finally get the new Webroot program to install after running a Microsoft Fix affecting the directory uninstall the old prgm Webroot and meets a new error code (1603), which led me to this site to permissions Grant full control to the SYSTEM account.

  • Exchange subscription error

    We run Cisco Telepresence Manager version 1.6.5.0.  Everything worked very well last week.  Today, the Manger of Cisco's Telepresence shows a red "X" under Microsoft Exchange Web Services subscription on all rooms.  We changed anything in our telepresence system.  What does that mean?  How to fix this error and fix it?  Is this a problem with the telepresence or Exchange?

    Another thing would be:

    There are two things important to check for errors where the room is sync'd but not subscribed:

    1. Are the room name fields change in the device for each endpoint CUCM 100% correct profile?
    2. Configuring LDAP on CTM is correct?

    Verify that Active Directory rooms in the OUs specified in the CTM LDAP configuration in the web GUI. Also make sure that each OU appears only once, or you may encounter the error "associated with more than one room" above.

  • Renew your subscription error

    My subscription of the CC is stuck in this loop of error 'renew your membership '. I contacted the support and an agent said that they would settle the matter within 24 hours. 24 hours later and it is not resolved. Now, they say 2-3 working days. How is it acceptable for a professional product? How am I supposed to do job if I can't use the software I pay? I don't know the people who pirate this software do not have these problems. So... What is the solution to this?

    This problem is solved - CC asked me to repeat, over and over again.

  • Cloud creative subscription error

    I'm trying to simply open Photoshop. When you start the application, I get redirected to an Adobe Creative cloud window telling me to renew my subscription. The link provided for "Subscription manager" just leads me to change my payment information or to see if I have the latest version. Who are up to date. I tried to restart and other applications like Illustrator and InDesign. Any suggestions?

  • Renew subscription errors (Possible Solution)

    After you have installed the Adobe CC collection I received fast loop 'renew subscription '. I tried to get the fixed number twice through support to the customer without result. A member of the customer support staff told me that the reason behind the error was that Adobe Application Manager was not able to verify my serial number, thus creating a block with Adobe Cloud Manager and Adobe CC applications.

    I found a solution that I think might work. I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Application Manager (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=4773 & starts = 4437) and installed Adobe Support Advisor (http://www.adobe.com/support/loganalyzer/) I installed and ran the two programs. So far, I'm able to renew my software license and use the applications as usual cloud creatives. I hope this helps.

    Usually, this behavior occurs if your subscription expires or is having some sort of problem with billing as your credit card has expired.  I think the Adobe Application Manager installation was what fixed it if I had to guess. Anyway, happy that you were able to do things again.

  • Renew subscription error creative cloud

    I get the page to 'Renew your membership' when starting one of my adobe products.  I have updated my billing and information when I click 'Try Again', tells me that my subscription is now active.  I tried the 15 minutes waiting, rebooted my computer.  This seriously affects my day.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

  • CS6 Mac subscription error

    I just downloaded CS6 creative cloud last night and everything went well on my PC but on my Mac it always tells me that I already used my permit 2 times which is impossible because I have not yet activated on my Mac and yet, live chat support guy said I had 2 uses more for my licenses so I would like to know why this is happening as with a new product like This support must be open 24/7 by phone because I'm stuck with a working facility and install a death.

  • Premiere Pro does not open due to the license error in App Manager

    Stuck in a loop trying to open PP.  I am a CC members since the beginning, never had this problem.  The country on the normal use of my Mac and the same connection I did for at least a year.  This is what happens...

  • Device error limit for Showtime Apple TV app and Showtime subscription iTunes

    Just, I bought my fourth 2nd gen Apple TV and removed my old gen 2 Apple TV. After downloading the soft of Showtime, which works fine on my other 4th gen, I get an error like "your household has exceeded its limit of the device. Before you can continue the main account holder... "When you try to connect to my iTunes from Showtime subscription.

    I don't know how many devices can I run. I have the app of Showtime also on my iPad and iphone.

    I don't mind removing access to one of my other devices. I don't see where I can do it.

    I looked to my iTunes account and settings on the parameters of the Apple TV, but does not know where to remove a device so that I can use on my second Apple TV Showtime subscription.

    Help, please.
