(it also works through classic wireless)   The printer appears as a device with wireless on the PC and I can log in, however, (with unplugged USB) when Iam printing, the printer shows as offline and work never reached the printer. But if I plug in the USB cable it will print. I already found in the bottom right corner my SSID of my printer, put the correct password and it writes me that priter is already connected but nevertheless the printer does not work, is always offline... I tried all the known methods (in classic seting place... by start-> all programs-> HP-> HP deskjet 2545 series-> setting up the printer and the software and tried to convert the USB to connect wireless) , but without any positive result... what iam doing wrong? why it does not work on my pc via direct wireless table? on my second laptop it I have win 7 32 bit and everything works great also through the direct wireless... it's very strange... • How can troubleshoot wireless ustable on my computer hp laptop?

    Hello

I have a pavilion dv6 laptop running Windows 7 64 bit, service pack 1. Network card is Broadcom 4313.

Recently (past week or almost) wireless was sporadic at best. It works OK on ethernet, and I tried it on another network wireless with the same problems. Verification through forums, I tried some of the solutions given to similar problems including the thread "after the update from Windows 7 6/18, limited access to Internet wireless (HP Pavilion dv6-2152nr)", but have had no success. I started up in safe mode with network and it doesn't seem to work (connection high speed and no dropouts). When I am connected normally I noticed the connection speed varies, although does not reflect the rate of connection when the connection is blocked. Sometimes it seems that the wireless link for a certain amount of data transfer and then drop. It will be also sometimes disconnect and reconnect. Help, please!

Well, after a couple of lengthy discussions with HP support, the last resort before returning the laptop for repair was a factory reset. Go figure - it worked! Far I recharged my backup and updating Win 7 and all is well. I have not updated the Broadcom drivers, but as everything seems to work well, it's been long that I'm not attached to an ethernet line. So, I'll post this as resolved.

  • a6755y: a6755y wired and wireless network hard

I already spoke with my ISP nothing helps technical support.

I recently created my desktop computer again after having been stored for several months. Before I put it there, I was using wireless internet and local wireline connections regularly and without problem, and now I can not access to either. I have a strong connection with the modem/router device, so I thought that the issue could be in how its configuration or interpret the connection from my computer, but nothing, I have discovered has indicated that this was the case, and convenience store customer support my ISP did not find anything abnormal. I was now more confused when I discovered that it also fails to connect to another computer using a direct wired connection, even though I had in the past linked their and transfer large files regularly. I would like to assume that these issues are linked, to make the simplest solution; but as one involves a separate network adapter, and the other connects directly to the motherboard, I don't think that's likely.

For any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

    Hi there @tikaro23,

Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome! It is an excellent site to find answers and ask questions. I understand that you have a problem with your Wi - Fi on the laptop HP Pavilion G6. You mentioned that you can't detect a wireless network.

I did some research and found a great document for you called HP PC - troubleshooting wireless network and Internet.

What happened with you have attempted to use the resolution of the problems mentioned in the link you so much?

Have you tried to restore the BIOS?

You can maneuver in Mode safe without problem?
