  Should be easy.  Try this...

  1. In thumbnail view, click the small triangle (pointing down) in the lower right corner of the asset you want to share.
  2. On the blue icon toolbar that appears, click on the share icon (the third icon from the left, just to the right of the trash icon). The sharing dialog box should appear.
  3. In the sharing dialog box, enter the e-mail address of the person with whom you want to share assets, then click on the button send an email - it will receive an email with a link to your assets. OR
  4. You can also copy a link to the asset and paste that in your own e-mail client if you wish.  To do this, click on the link icon (looks like a 'chain' and to the right of the icon to email "envelope")-then click on the button, copy the link.

  Note that stock options are not available if your asset is set to 'Private' - you can control if an asset can be seen (or downloaded) by others by clicking the control Public/private (green or red icon "lock").

• Laptop does not recognize the wireless device

  Same problem here.  Feature WiFi suddenly stopped working after a windows vista updated.  Wireless switch is engaged, messeges troubleshooting all say computer doesn't detect any wireless devices.  It's as if someone pulled the unit and the antenna of the portable computer.  I also downloaded the wireless drivers and Setup several times without success.  Wireless device appears in the Device Manager page.  The only thing that is showing and work is the cable which is how I can download the drivers and appear on this forum.  Is it possible that the wireless device is broken?  All applicable lights are lit on the networking modem, no signal is detected on the computer, I have concluded that the wireless on the laptop is just inop.  Either way, I have a Compaq Presario F730US laptop.  All the options out there?  Thank you

  You mentioned that your WiFi feature worked well until a recent update. Do you remember when the update occurred? An option that can help is to run aSystem Restore, making sure to select a previous restore point when the problem started to occur.

  However, try the following steps.

  Step 1: Add zune except for windows firewall.

  1. click on start toreduce this includes this image, type firewall.cpl in the Search box and press ENTER.

  2. click allow a program through Windows Firewall. Collapse this includes this image
  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click continue.

  3. click on add program.

  4. click on Browse.

  5 locate the Zune and then click Open.
  Note By default, the Zune is installed in the following location:
  C:\Program Files\Zune\

  6. click OK twice.

  Step 2: Windows live onecare

  1. Start Windows Live Onecare.
  2. Click change Onecare settings.
  3. Click the firewall tab.
  4. Click on Advanced settings.
  5. Scroll through the list of programs to determine if Zune appears in the list.

• Unable to share the drive C on the same machine Win7 (can on others)... OS refuses to accept the option "share the folder.

  This computer worked fine until two days ago, when an upgrade of the software McAfee killed my internet access and AT & T has removed (by chance, they say) my static IP. They have restored these and I have reassigned IPs and dumped McAfee. Now I can access the Internet but can not reach one of my other machines. It's particularly frustrating when I follow the steps to share the C drive, nothing happens, and I have no shared status. Of course, I can't map the drive.   Hello everyone, I have studied this error all over this forum and I have still no managed to solve my problem. This error just started poping up a day ago. I was surfing the Internet, when all of a sudden, I get the message that I can't go to the next page because it can't find the server. I thought something was wrong with my internet connection, so I check my router and the modem and everything's fine. My office has internet with no problems. (the problem is with my hp mini 110-1020LA on windows xp sp3 running) when I tried to fix my internet connection, I kept getting the message, "repair unsuccessful, NIC porperly not installed" I didn't even know where is located the network card on this laptop, I never touched him. So what I did restart my laptop and at startup, I get the error message "device of 104 unsupported wireless network found, arrested system.» remove device and restart"what I then did just manually the laptop turn off and restart. everything was fine then I restarted the laptop without any problem and began sailing again without problem. a few hours later, the same thing happens. I can no more surfing the web, my internet is cut and the network card is misssing. I repeat all the steps I mentioned before, and with the exact same result, after restarting twice I can finally get and surf. Now this is getting very annoying because I can either surf for an hour or 10 minutes, I never know when he's going to kick and excluded me from the internet. I tried to update my BIOS as I read in another post, I've updated with BIOS offered for this model, installed, then follow the steps to restore the default bios settings in the bios menu. always without success, after 30 minutes of navigation, it happened again.

  is there something else I can do? (which does not lead to a system restore!) I really want to re - install again everythinng everywhere. I have not installed new programs or plugged into any other device to the laptop. the last thing I downloaded was an upgrade from sp2 to sp3, and it was about two months ago.

  and to clarify, System Restore is different from the system recovery...

  System recovery is where you need to reinstall everthing, system restore just goes back to a previous state that you choose, like time traveling...

  Hi, I wanted to put my D7000 as router AP. My main router is Sagemcom F@st 3864 by Optus ISP (Australia).

  First of all, I put the D7000 in Bridge mode I did these steps:

  1. replace the IP LAN 192.168.0.100

  2 disable DHCP

  3. connect the LAN port to the main router Lan port

  Internet connection wired and wireless on the same device but other wireless devices has failed

  To remedy this, I made another choice, allowing point-to-point wireless access in the advanced settings of the D7000. I followed the instructions from this link

  I just fixed it just now. For AP mode, connect the LAN port of the main router to the WAN port on the D7000 (not LAN to LAN). I wish I thought to it much sooner.

  My router settings are perfect, my netbook is zero connection problems - the router is just inches away from the laptop most of the time - the laptop insists that there is "no available networks."

  This of course is BS, before I reinstalled windows I could pick up 3 other neighbouring networks as well as mine.

  Windows automatically installed the wireless network - I thought that could be the problem, so I downloaded the realtek driver directly.

  No difference. Always the small icon with Red Cross barred through it.

  I thought it could have been a hot key problem - so I installed the flash card driver that apparently controls the access keys (for some reason any).

  Shortcut keys still don't work - I could really care about that - it's just the wireless network I need.

  In general the WLAN use is fairly simple.
  Wireless network card - must be installed correctly (listed in Device Manager
  WLAN card - must be enabled using FN + F8 key combination to activate the wireless network card
  -scan the available WLAN networks area, click on the button of your WLAN and use connect
  -put key WLAN if necessary and after a few seconds WLAN connection will work

  I did this many times on laptops preinstalled Win7 and didn't have any problems. On all laptop computers pre-installed with Toshiba recovery image (factory settings) is not necessary to change the WLAN settings.

  What is the model of the router?

  What kind of security you use on the router...? If you use WEP, use Key1 as network key. Make sure that Mac Filterring disable on the router... Try changing the channel on the router wireless. Also check out this link.
