Upload FTP stopped working

Hello

Since the update in October 2014, I'm not able to use ftp in muse download tool.

I didn't change anything and it worked fine before the update.

I have the latest version of muse (2014.2.1.10) and tried all the troubleshooting in other positions (without ftp. before the name of the server, no / before the case), but I still receive an error message that the folder does not exist.

When I ignore the message it creates a new folder in my Web space on the top of my home page (the path is Web space > subdomain > file).

I use filezilla for some time now, but I'd love to be able to use in the browser issue.

Thank you for your help.

Best wishes

Lydia

I came across the same message "the file does not appear to point to the site. If I clicked ignore it creates a new directory for me. I used Filezilla to check the path of files and realized that the upload FTP Muse did not put the files in the right directory.

I checked my FTP permissions and realized that I am downloading to a directory labeled as "Publich_html/FolderName." Once I removed/re-created the FTP account and together the right directory by deleting the 'h' under 'public', Muse Adobe downloaded files perfectly fine on my road public_html/foldername"." I would check to make sure that the correct path is in your hosting account and then it should work.

... I lost a few hours because of my fault for typing

    Hello

I have Dreamweaver CC 2015 and my ftp stopped working for all my sites.  Any ideas?

    Thank you.

In an era where "put power off and on again" is always the solution to computer problems more than you can shake a stick at, a couple of techno-gremlins are expected from time to time.

  • Windows Explorer stops working when I try to access a drive mapped on my FTP server on the internet.

I just changed web pages (using Crimson editor) and instead to save the files on my hard drive I just left open and "hibernating" my machine overnight.  After 3 days of having an FTP connection (opened by a mapped drive) setting on my computer hibernation, I accidentally hit Shut Down, and I lost all my work, ARGH! (Yes, I know, I should have better). In any case, now when I open my computer and click on the FTP of the mapped drives, I get the message that Windows Explorer has stopped working.  And if I go to Internet explorer (7), enter ' ftp://mysite.com it brings me to a root FTP page where it says: to view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open the FTP Site in Windows Explorer. " I do that and it brings up a window of the Explorer windows momentarily and then I get the message. Explorer Windows has stopped working.  Any ideas? I hope I don't have to reinstall the operating system.  I did a system restore to 4 days ago. It did not work.

    Hi SewNSew,

To refine the question, I suggest you try the following steps:

Step 1: Set the clean boot computer and try to access the drive

Follow step 1 in the link below,

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

After find you the program that is causing the problem, you will have to perhaps to update or install a newer version of the program, if you rarely use that you should consider uninstalling the software

Important: n ' forget not the computer to start normal follow step 7 in the link

Step 2: The utility of Auditor (SFC) for the file system allows administrators to perform an analysis of all protected resources to make sure they are the correct version. Whether SFC should find all incorrect versions in one of these protected resources, SFC will be replaced by the correct versions.

You can still run a SFC scan on the windows vista computer. To run a scan suite SFC as follows:

    (a) click Start and in the start search bar type cmd, right-click on the command prompt icon in the box programs and then click Run as administrator.

    (b) at the command prompt type sfc/scannow , and then press ENTER.

    If the problem persists,

Step 3: Disable control (UAC) user account and make sure to do this, follow these steps:

    1. open user accounts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety (or by clicking on user accounts, if you are connected to a network domain), and then clicking user accounts.

    2. click on Turn User Account Control on or off.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

    3. Select the use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer, clear the check box to disable UAC, and then click OK.

Important: It is not recommended to disable UAC; We just try to limit the question. Please, enable UAC after the test is performed. See the link below:

  • Why Firefox stop working after I downloaded an update?

I got a message yesterday, asking me to update my Firefox. I ignored it, and unfortunately, Firefox crashed three times during the day (yesterday). Now today, I decided to try to download the new update. I clicked on the Firefox button, help, on Firefox and as a first step, it froze and nothing happened. I tried the same process: Firefox/help/to what Firefox this time, it uploaded, then I got a message from 'apply' update. Immediately, he had logged out of Firefox so I thought that this meant that I had to shut down my computer I did. Then, when I restarted the computer, I clicked on Firefox and saw the message: Firefox has stopped working. What is going on? Help, please!

It could be that the installation process was interrupted and didn't finish. Try using another browser to download and install a new copy of mozilla.org/firefox

    Hello

    Try the following.

Download IDT Audio Installer on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/SoftPaq/sp56501-57000/sp56900.exe

One time finished, open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select uninstall - also, you should get a command prompt to delete the current driver, check the box allow this and then proceed to uninstall.

When you're done, shut down the laptop, unplug the AC adapter and then proceed to a "forced Reset" by holding down the power and time for 10 seconds.  When done, plug in the adapter.

Robinet tap away at the key esc that you start the computer to launch the Start Menu, and then select f10 to open the bios menu.  Press f5 to load the default values (sometimes it's f9, but the menu below indicates the correct key), use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press ENTER.  Press f10 to save the setting and still use the arrow keys to select 'Yes' and press on enter.

Allow Windows to fully - charge it will automatically load an audio driver, but let just this complete.  Then open your download folder, right-click on the IDT Installer and select "Run as Administrator" to launch the installation.  Once this done, do a right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select playback devices.  'Speakers and headphones' left click once to highlight, and then click the Set Default button - check if you now audio.

  • 15-r014TX HP: hp support assistant stopped working

HP support Assistant has stopped working on my hp 15 laptop r014tx. After this problem I uninstall hp support assistant and download the new assistant hp support Setup and intall but problem sloved not it still does not.

I have upload a screenshot that show what happens when I open hp support assistant. There is mistake to see the then stopped.

    After that happens

    then it closes automatically.

Please tell me how I can solve this problem.
my pc is all software up to date.

    Hi @rhl_yadav,

    Thank you for your response.

You said if you reinstall Windows, it works very well for a few days, but then comes back.

When it works, and before it fails, what is changing?

If you are not sure, please do a HP PC - refresh your PC to solve problems (Windows 8) to get it working again.

Although this should not affect your personal data, I do not pretend to make a backup to ensure no data gets lost.

Create a restore point that you can go back.  Computers HP - using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8)

Watch closely to see if you can determine what has changed the origin of this difficulty.

    Good luck!

  • Outputs analog BNC-2120 to stop working randomly

I have a BNC-2120 Module. I have the analog outputs implemented with an Assist DAQ. I'm running a square wave, or triangle wave at a very slow pace (.35 Hertz). I'm tracking signals with a waveform graph just before going to the modules DAQ help. The system works well anywhere from a few minutes to 25 minutes. The results seem to just stop working, but I still see the signal on the graphic display of waveform. I think that the BNC-2120 module has some questions. Someone had a problem where the output just stop working? I look in my program of VI?

    Hi gwing,.

There could be a few possibilities that could go wrong. Could you upload your code? DAQ hardware do you use with the BNC-2120?

I think that norton or mcafee may have been preinstalled as trial versions, but I've never actually used them. Unfortunately I can't use the windows Explorer, so I can't check if they are still there.

We will cover all the possibilities.

    1. download each of the tools for deletion below, save it to your desktop:

    Norton Removal Tool: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

    McAfee removal tool: http://download.mcafee.com/products/licensed/cust_support_patches/MCPR.exe

    2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

    3. After completing some you have a copy of your handy product key, uninstall all software (including LiveUpdate and Add-ons of Norton) Norton through Control Panel | Programs | Uninstall a program (or Control Panel |) Programs and features, if you are using the classic view)

IMPORTANT! => Activate the Windows Firewall immediately after the restart.

IMPORTANT! => Now you're "working without a net": no to ANYTHING else online (e.g., navigation, reading e-mail, chat) until you have completed the steps #4, #5 and #6 below!

    4. right click on one of the files that you saved in #1 above and select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then restart.

    5. Repeat step #4 for another removal tool.

    Tips:

-Online use another computer to download the removal tool, if necessary, then transfer it to the computer via CD, DVD, or a USB brand new, never been used (flash drive), or a summer freshly updated in shape.

-Online start the problem in Mode safe computer, if necessary, proceed as above.

-Online after completing all of the above, uninstall AVG Free & reboot. Now do a new installation of AVG Free 9.0, this time select the CUSTOM installation option and do NOT install (uncheck) Linkscanner Search-Shield, Active Surf-Shield, security or the email of crawl components toolbar.
