  I had the same problem the year last on a Dell XT; Ms sent me a new mouse BT 5000 and still had the issue. I gave up and updates several months later and unknown, the machine worked again. Today, I tried to use it on another laptop and worked well. I went back to my XT and the red LED flashing (detection mode) is back. Now, it will not pair with a PC. I think the problem is with the mouse it self. He becomes confused and stock in a mode that is not really "detectable" or bc no BT device cannot be found. Remove the water for long periods only resets NOT to be. I finally make it work but don't know what not solved the problem but that's what I did: disconnected (off) BT on PC, which is held to discover button mouse while turning power off, battery removed from the mouse. BT on PC has and began to search for devices of BT, replaced batt in mouse and turned on, you press on discover button mouse (PC is always looking for a device), and he appeared!   I have a HP Envy TS 17 laptop that had problems of pad mouse for awhile.  The mouse pointer will be to randomly jump up to a point on the screen and click on the update jumps out to what I currently work with.  It makes it really hard to use and work with laptop.  I tried to play with the drivers and settings of mouse pad, but nothing works.

However, the bluetooth software went a little out of whack so I had to use my old mouse for unraveling and then reconnect the sculpture. Scrolling was working then all of a sudden, it stopped it won't work on anything whatsoever. I tried the following:

  A system reset.

  Uninstalling the software > reset > reinstall.

  the support section for the mouse, I tried all possible solutions

  I noticed in Device Manager that a compatible generic mouse HID was then I uninstalled that I think it was the reference to the logitech mouse also, I received a recent microsoft update and do not know if theres a conflict in the present?

  I'm having this problem where the original race seems to be a delay and creates a straight line at the beginning of each stroke.   Tried all possible combinations with the latter (see above), each time the same symptoms.

  Affected by issues with mouse on consoles Web Client VM, vSphere unaffected client (c#):

  (1) when you open a console to a computer virtual where VMTools are not installed, _movements_ of mouse are not transferred to VM, clicks are however, entered at the keyboard is forwarded / work.

  I'm running into a problem with the mouse on my VDI machines control deployed with GRID NVidia GPU in k-1.

  The machines I deployed with the GPU K1 can no longer be controlled by using the console.  Either thick client or web client.  The servers that are running on the same host are fine, but anything with map GRID on it, fails to display the mouse in Console.

  Rotates through the documents best practices for GRID map and all parameters seem to be good.   Also tried to re - install (uninstall, reinstall) VMtools.
