White HP Solution Center

I have problems with the center of HP Solution that appears when I turn on my printer, which is a HP Officejet J4540. The HP Solution Center is empty. I tried to reinstall, reinstall all the software and drivers for my printer, install the flash drive and update HP update and Windows Update. All started a few days ago after the HP update bug to solve a problem of image scanning. I tried everythign I can think, if anyone has had this problem or if you know how to fix this it would be great. Here is a picture of what I get. I can always click on the buttons, but it does nothing or goes to the next screen and is still a Virgin. Thanks in advance.

Please remove Flash Player of Add / Remove Programs, and then install the latest version by visiting Adobe:

Once done, enter the installation disk of your printer in the CD Rom drive, close all windows that will autorun.

Enter in my computer > right click on the CD-ROM drive and then click Browse

Enter the installation folder

Enter the Solutioncenter folder

Right-click Solutioncenter.msi (appears with a different icon than the other files) and click repair

Approve any warning during installation.

Once done, restart your PC and launch the HP solutions Center.

This problem did not come forward, or the answer is not in terms that I can only understand/identify. I have Windows 7 and printer HP Photosmart 6280. It works very well. Suddenly, the Solution Center is just a white square of black. It still prints, if I hit print, and it will scan, if I use the buttons on the front of the printer. It does not, however, the computer more than I can not get the solution center to see the choices. When I try to reload the program from the disk, the AutoPlay does not work, if I find the setup.exe file, when I click it, it says this does not work in Windows 7, however, he has worked up to this point. I have XP mode set up on this but I can't seem to make it work when I try to run in the framework. I am very ignorant on this stuff, so I need an answer in terms of syllabuls small and not assuming that I know what people are talking about? I can't, of course, actually talk to someone at HP for assistance.

  • HP Officejet Pro 6830: HP Solution Center

It was time to replace my HP Officejet 6310 printer. I wanted to stay with the brand HP because I need to use the HP Solution Center software provided with the printer to manage all of my scan, print and fax. So, I bought the HP Officejet Pro 6830. This model does not include the HP Solution Center! It was rather the HP printer Assistant who does not have the features I need. I called HP to see which models have the HP Solution Center, but she says she does not have a list. And I can not find this software listed in the product description so that shopping for HP printers. Help, please! I need to buy a print-scan-fax HP device that has the HP Solution Center software. Here is a link to a previous HP Support Forum stating that the HP Solution Center software is not affiliated in any way with the Officejet Pro 6830 and can not detect the device of this model: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printer-All-in-One-Install-Setup/HP6830-not-recognized-in-HP-Solution-C...

I called HP technical support. The HP Solution Center 'is no longer supported"all new models.

So here's what I can do is no longer with the HP printers:

    1. can't see up close the image I'm scanning. So, I can't crop accurately and make fine adjustments.

    2. granular scanning quality PDF. I scanned "line" or text in black and white mode and this is a resolution low resolution, despite the use of 300 dpi and brightness adjustment.

    3. limited to 300 dpi PDF.

    4. no characteristic clipping for scanning matrix photos in newspapers.

5 JPG limited to 1200 dpi (opportunity to Solution Center with 9600).

It seems that HP scanners provide only basic functionality. I'm go to Epson printers that use the Document Capture Pro Software and advanced features that HP has taken away from us.

The solution Center now opens on the intro and then screen when the Center window opens the dow lower lists are seen but unwritten words are represented. All dropdowns are the same according to the item that you select (host, settings, actions etc.)

    Hello

The control panel select programs and features and select Adobe Flash Player from the list, select it and then click on uninstall.

If Adobe Flash is not listed, go to the previous step and follow these steps.

Open Internet Explorer and navigate to the Adobe site, from doesnload and install the latest version of Flash Player on your PC:

    https://get.Adobe.com/flashplayer/

Note: remember to use Internet Explorer and not another browser, so the last flash will be installed on your operating system, install Google Chrome or Firefox will install a browser addon and will not Flash install on the operating system itself.

Once you're done, restart your PC, launch the HP Solution Center and check for the difference.

If the same white screen will appear, click the Start button and type folder in the search box.

Open the listed temp folder and locate the last installation folder that begins with 7z. (Just change by its modified date and find the most recent 7z folder)

Open the installation folder, and then the SolutionCenter folder.

Right click on the file SolutionCenter.msi (its type appears as Package install Windwos if the extension is not displayed) and select Repair.

Confirm any command prompt during installation and then try to start the HP Solution Center again.

  • HP Director/HP solutions Center

I downloaded the installation for my HP's PSC 1350.  Now, when I go to "HP Director" from the BEGINNING, & click on it, nothing happens.  I have the icon on the desktop, but it also will not open.  I also do not have HP Solution center under HP at the start.  I'm doing the printer Toolbox, in order to initiate an alignment of the ink cartridges.  I don't get an error message, but the pages are printed twisted.  I initially do not have white paper, but do now & want to do alignment.  I tried to remove the cartridges, & their replacement, but it does not automatically print an alignment sheet.  (The first was twisted) Help!   I have windows XP.  When you first install the new cartridges he had an error of "screwed", & I think that an alignment error, but now there no nmessages error.

    Hello

The HP Solution Center program is not intended for your printer, will not allow you to perform any operation connected with the specific device and should not be installed as part of the model's specific software.

For the Director, try SOLARCOSY the following patch:

    http://ftp.HP.com/pub/softlib/software8/COL17377/OJ-46104-1/CIT207355-HPCOM-patch-V8.exe

Once done, reboor your PC and launch the HP Director.

  • OfficeJet 4300 Series Windows 7 cannot download HP Solution Center

    Hello

I just bought a new Windows 7 PC and hung my existing officejet 4315 to it. Fine, I can print with the default win7 driver. My concern is that I do not see the ink levels in the printer on this new PC. The CD supplied with the printer is beyond useless. I scoured the site to download the software and driver HP, but I can't find a link to download the solution Center for this printer for Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Anyone know what I can do to show levels of ink on this printer on this OS?

    Hello javster87,

The driver for your HP product is integrated into Windows 7 and is known as a driver of (in-OS) system operating. With a driver in the OS, you don't have access to the HP Solution Center and failed to check ink levels in HP Toolbox that you can with a complete driver provided by HP.

As a workaround, you can print a self test report that can show the ink levels (depending on the printer). To print this report on your printer:

1 load letter, A4, or legal unused plain white paper in the input tray.
    2. press Setup.
    3. press 2, then press 4 (this selects print the report and then self-assessment report).

I don't know if this will show the ink level, but it's the only other way to see possibly using this printer on Windows 7.

  • HP Solution Center does not work after installing Windows 10.

After 10 Windows Installer, Solution Center HP, which is part of the installation of software for my HP Officejet 4500 510nz, tells me that the software is incomplete. The installation disc does not open, so I downloaded the HP program and re-installed. I always get the message that the software is incomplete. HP says they no longer support this printer (bought 24/05/14 - May 25/09/13!) - WOW! ~ printer still print, but will not run the other functions such as scanning, etc., because the HP Solution Center does not start, and HP has abandoned in favor of their product.

Now what? Should I buy a new printer to replace this year 1 old HP so I can use its features with W10?

Or, is there a way to fix it?

  • Photosmart D110A: Solutions Center HP

I got HP Solution Center on my computer for at least 18 months.  All of a sudden, it doesn't work because it says that the device is not over.  I uninstalled and reinstalled.  Still the same message.  The printer works - wirelessly!  I know that it is connected.  Why the Solutions Center does not work?  The Solutions Center is on my desk - but it does not work.

    Hello

    Thanks for your comments.

Could you just uninstall and then reinstall it again?

    Thank you.

  • HP Photosmart 2570 - scanning parameters not no projection in the HP Solution Center software

Everything worked, and then it stopped working. After several uninstalls and reinstalls, I have running HP solution center software but don't show any scanning settings. I am not able to scan. The button to scan does not yet show upward.

How can I get the scan to show button and do scan?

Try bypassing the solution center to access the scan function.

To work around the centre of solutions for scanning:

    1. Click on the on the start menu.
    2. Click on computer.
    3. Open the C drive.
    4. Open the Program Files (x 86) folder.
    5. Open the HP folder.
    6. Open the folder of digital imaging.
    7. Open the bin folder.
    8. Run the hpiscnapp.exe.

If the hpiscnapp.exe shows the scan options and allows you to scan, then right click and create a shortcut on the desktop, then you won't have to dig for it every time.  I was going to name the shortcut something like HP Scan, so you know what it is.  Let me know what happens.
