  I use Labview 2012 full development and a chassis 8 slots cDAQ-9188 with nor-9203 (current), OR-8205 (voltage), OR-9213 (thermocouples) and NOR-9485 modules (switch) are installed.  Measurement and Automation Explorer, network devices, recognizes the chassis and modules installed, evidenced by the serial numbers of each poster.   Thanks, Marand.  As I wrote in the post, MAX recognized 9188 Chassis network devices and modules installed in the right-a panel cites.  District data nor Assistant recognized DAQ chassis or modules.  The solution was incredibly simple, but subtle.  CompactDAQ chassis and modules connected to the computer via the USB port are automatically recognized, and it is what I expected.  However, the 9188 is an Ethernet chassis;  While the chassis has been recognized on 'Network', I had to choose "Add Device" to have MAX recognize modules. Just by clicking on this option filled the tree.  All is well now.  I must tell you the steps you suggested are exactly those suggested by an engineer from disks OR I've met.  It was during this conversation that I proposed by selecting "Add Device" just because we had tried everything else.  Thanks again for your help...

  I have a similar problem, but my AT10-A Tablet does not fall... in fact I have not test the SD port, but for sure the micro-USB port is having a problem: it does not recognize the Chargers and USB connections with my laptop. To the point where it says 5% battery. I'll try to keep it connected to the charger, even if the Tablet does not seem to see it.

  How can I test if the battery is really in charge?

  There is no reason why the iMac should not be able to use a USB mouse. With the mouse connected to the computer off the computer tower and turn it back on. Now it doesn't recognize the mouse? If this is not the case, try a SMC reset.

  I have a DreamColor LP2480zx, which does not recognize the USB connection to the computer during calibration.  I have my eye HP connected through this monitor, so I know the connection and the cable is good and mouse, keyboard.  My setup is like this:

  I bought the DreamColor used, and in all other respects, it seems to work very well.  The original owner didn't have it calibrated within a certain time, but said that having had no problem with the previous calibration.  I installed the last APS (version 2.0) and updated to the latest firmware.  These updates produces no change in recognition USB problem.

  The interesting thing is, I was able to calibrate the Apple Cinema Display, using the same configuration of connection (mouse, keyboard, and HP eye connected to the computer via the LP2480zx) APS was able to see the USB connection and this very well calibrated monitor.

  I had trouble with this problem for a few days.  I've looked around quite a bit online and found a few others who have this same problem, but I did not yet find someone who can point out a solution.  If anyone has had this same problem, or has heard of results that correct it, please let me know, because it's very frustrating.

  An update to my previous post, I realized a work around for this problem.

  Apparently, this problem has to do with the Dreamcolor screen and/or software APS do not like working with 64 bit systems.  I'm not saying that it is always the case, but I saw the other posts on this problem on 64-bit systems, and I spoke with two other people personally who told me that they also had the same problem, try to calibrate its Dreamcolor monitor when it was attached to a 64-bit system.  HP does not seem to be concerned about this problem, because they do not even recognize its existence, but since I'm far from being the first to report this problem, he's obviously not a one-time problem.

  My solution was this: I had connect the monitor to a regular running XP 32 bit system.  After I did, I could re - calibrate the monitor without the problem of USB connection.  This isn't a very good solution because not everyone has access to several machines, running different operating systems.  But it's a work around, and it worked for me.

  Hope this helps other people who have this same problem with their Dreamcolor monitors hooked to their 64-bit systems.

  PS- I posted this as resolved, only because I was able to calibrate my monitor.  It's not really solved the problem, but it gets the monitor working again.  Maybe HP will address this problem in the future, but I'm not holding my breath.

  I bought this product last year, so my warranty wore off.

  My laptop is overheating and it is very slow at this point (even videos are not working well). I tried to clean it up but it was without result.  I want the game and computationally intensive applications, but I'm afraid of the motherboard or hard drive failure.

  Now to the point. I can't install the new OS, any OS because this laptop doesn't have a DVD player and it doesn't recognize any usb 2.0 or 3.0.  I tried to change the options in the Bios and I tried to uninstall and install the drivers (they are up to date).

  What should I do? I can't install a new system because of this problem, and I can't use anything more demanding than youtube which is really annoying since this laptop has good specifications.

  I am currently running Windows 8.1 which I got when I made a purchase.

  EDIT: In the Device Manager it says device not installed with yellow exclamation point. By Usb or ext hdd. And it will not find the device-specific drivers. As I never need them on another PC or laptop.

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your HP ENVY 15 t-4710HQ i7 Quad Core Notebook and questions with serveral fuctions works do not. I recommend to restore the default BIOS settings. You could restore the BIOS with this document by selecting the reload the default BIOS settings. In this way, it will look at the hardware installed on your laptop.
