  Open your master (or whatever that is the page contains your footer). Go to the layers panel. Create a new layer. Select all items in the footer. Go to the Menu object. Select move to layer and choose the created layer (probably the 2 layer). Your foot will now be above the rest of the content of the site.

  I have a HP Officejet 6600 e-all-in-one printer and got a paper jam the other day, but even after removing the paper, I keep getting an error message saying remove the rear access panel and remove any paper. The jammed paper is not tear or rip so there is no bit left in the printer. I tried all the options on the support page - including the cleaning of the rollers and a power reset - to do this, nothing helps.

  I've only had this printer a few months and I am at my wits end. I have never had a printer with this issue before that wouldn't clear a paper jam error.

  I asked my brother-in-law to watch just to make sure that I had covered everything. He concluded that the sensor in the back that detects the paper jams was, well, stuck.   Thanks for dropping by the HP's Support Forums! I see that you get an error message "Paper jam" on your HP Officejet Pro 8600. You have removed the back and do not see any paper inside.

  First of all, go ahead and perform a hard reset:

  1. disconnect all cables and cards of memory in the printer.  Unplug the power cord, directly from the back of the printer when the printer is still on.

  2. unplug the other end of the power cord.

  3. If there is a power supply on the power cord, disconnect one end and reconnect it.
      
  4. at the end of 60 seconds, plug it directly into a wall outlet (not a surge protector or battery backup).
      
  5. connect the power cord to the back of the printer.
      
  6. the printer should automatically power back upward.  If not, turn it on with the power button.

  7. try to make a photocopy (if your printer is an all-in one) before you connect the cables from the printer.

  8. connect the other cables needed to the printer.

  It is recommended that the printer is plugged directly into a wall socket to ensure a uniform level of power.  Sometimes, when plugged into a surge protector or battery backup, the quantity of electricity is not received by the printer.  Power problems can cause printing problems.  It is particularly important to be plugged directly into a wall outlet with wireless connectivity problems, "sleep mode" and other power problems.

  Very strange. The download works as I tried it on my system. Maybe it's a "glitch" in your Internet browser.

  Rather that running can I you select Save. If you see the option you just save the download on your desktop then it will be easy to find later.   It may have been stuck in the diagnostic mode - not able to move forward or backward for a time very long.

  Next time, if this never happens again, you can try a Reset of the printer:

  Here are two types of reset the base printer:

  (1) if there is a keyboard, turn it off, then on and press on # and 6 (press and hold while turning on the printer).

  (2) without a keyboard?  So unplug that LEAVE unplugged for 30 seconds to a minute.  Reconnect it.  (Be careful with this one - will not shock).

  It can become a little more complicated than that, but a basic reset sometimes "will have the printer attention" if it's just "spinning" and nothing else will not physically.

  I'm glad it works again.
