Download HP Solution Center in Windows 7
I just bought a new computer with Windows 7 and have two HP printers. I can't find the HP Solution Center any longer and can not find a way to check my ink level or to print a test page. Can anyone help?
Also a HP Photosmart D7360
Complete recommended drivers for Photosmart D7360 are available for download here at HP.

I have a Deskjet 6988 printer and a Scanjet G3110 on 8.1 Windows and you can get the base drivers to download for them. I can scan and print, but I want to download HP Solution Center software so I can control the making of copies. How do I do that? Thanks for the help!
I actually called the Deskjet 6988 only I was confused by the title ;-)
For the Scanjet G3110, you have a complete solution available.
If the scanner is already connected to your computer, make sure to open devices and printers, click with the right button on the Scanjet 3110 and select Remove.
Unplug the USB and install the following software:
I'm not surwe if the HP Solution Center will be available as well, or can the software of HP scanning only, however the copy of the front panel button will woirk once the software will be intalled.
I just bought a new Windows 7 PC and hung my existing officejet 4315 to it. Fine, I can print with the default win7 driver. My concern is that I do not see the ink levels in the printer on this new PC. The CD supplied with the printer is beyond useless. I scoured the site to download the software and driver HP, but I can't find a link to download the solution Center for this printer for Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Anyone know what I can do to show levels of ink on this printer on this OS?
The driver for your HP product is integrated into Windows 7 and is known as a driver of (in-OS) system operating. With a driver in the OS, you don't have access to the HP Solution Center and failed to check ink levels in HP Toolbox that you can with a complete driver provided by HP.
As a workaround, you can print a self test report that can show the ink levels (depending on the printer). To print this report on your printer:
1 load letter, A4, or legal unused plain white paper in the input tray.
2. press Setup.
3. press 2, then press 4 (this selects print the report and then self-assessment report).
I don't know if this will show the ink level, but it's the only other way to see possibly using this printer on Windows 7.
Have computer HP Windows 8. I am able to print, but I would like to have all the functions of the solution center without having to log on to my XP computer that I access. I tried several times to download the Solution Center software. Everything seems to go well until the end when I get a message 'Download has been cancelled', n explanation. This happens after all 246MB are downloaded and is very frustrating.
'Download cancelled' usually is due to settings on your computer, could be antivirus software, disk space limitations, etc. So 1. Make sure you have a lot of space, 2 disc. make a backup because instead of clicking the download button (that way, if Save as worked, the package is downloaded, on your local hard drive) and 3. Double-click the downloaded file to install. If save as fails, windows should give you an error message, then go you from there.
Her husband and I have almost the exact same HP laptops. For some reason when he called HP to download the software for Win 7 for our printer (model J5780) the person tech installed Solution Center. (My person tech did however)
So can someone tell me the link to download the Solution Center?
Here's what he has his laptop:
The full functionality of the driver link is the one you want for the center of the Solution, it will install the driver full and the solution Center.
For others looking for HP Solution Center for their printers, click HP Support here, then enter your model number and click Next. There may be several options of products, click on your exact model (or the closest choice) and click on "software & drivers". Under Option 2, click GO. Looking for a driver full features.
I have a printer HP Photosmart Premium C310. I have a new laptop and you want to install the HP Solution Center. The disc that came with the printer does not work on my laptop running Windows 8.1. Any suggestions please? I would like to be able to scan from my computer again. Thank you very much.
The drivers are downloadable at the link below.

Recently performed a clean install of Windows 10 (starting from Windows 7) and lost the HP Solutions Center. I had already installed the Solutions Center HP on this system that recently (maybe about three months ago) and had no problem finding the correct downloads for my Photosmart 2575. Now, it seems the 2575 is on the list of retirees, and HP provides more support.
Solution Center did not come with my original packing, and I have only been aware of it recently while searching for a better way to scan images (direct to PDF vice using Word to convert an image file to PDF). Completely disappointed that this ideal solution to my needs was "retired" in the space of a few months. Is there a work around or download available?
It seems to happen because of the KB3132372 affecting Adobe Flash Player and therefore affect the HP Solution Center that relies on Flash.
BLAH, the Control Panel, select uninstall a program, click on view installed updates and delete KB3132372.
Reboot your PC and try to open the HP Solution Center.
Please let me know the results,
I tried to find the driver and it keeps telling me that it comes with my operating system. I tried to run the fixer scan and got this message
Error solution Center:
the tool could not find the HP Solution Center application, you need to analyze with the HP software. If you want to scan with the HP software, you can re-run the installation from the CD, be sure to include the HP and HP Solution Center based on the imaging device. or you can download and install the latest full features software from the HP customer service.
The problem is, when I click on the link there is no place to download. He tells that it is already installed.
The HP Solution Center is not available for Windows XP 64-bit, all features are available for a 32 - bit XP operating system.
Appearing on the site of HP, the printer is not compatible with XP 64-bit, only a workaround for printing is available with the 990 C driver and scanning is not supported on the operating system:
I have upgraded to Windows 8 recently on my computer HP Omni 27-1054. The solution Center has stopped working. So, I found HP printer Installation Wizard. The wizard downloaded the necessary software, my old software uninstalled and installed the new. It works now. However the solution Center now only gives me the scanning options. There is no printing option. I will attach a screenshot of the Solution Center to show.
Is it possible to get this software to display the buttons to print as he did before?
The representative of HP is correct in what he says, because of the OS all the Solution Center features change because of how the new operating system works in conjunction with older software. That could change because the operating system is developed or that our software has a greater compatibility with the operating system.
Just to be clear, however, that you have installed the software - after that - you upgraded to Win8?
I have a HP7310xi AIO that works very well until recently. I've recently updated Win/XP to Win 7 32 bit and the printer software will not be installed correctly. I downloaded and tried all the diagnostic tools that I can find on this site, nothing helps. I can print but cannot scan due to lack of Solution Center software. I want this to be a device connected to the network and part works very well with the printer, but I repeat, it will be no scanner - is network or USB accessory.
I downloaded (several times) the file of the AIO_CDB_Net_Full_Win_WW_130_141 software, which is supposed to install the necessary software, but IS NOT INSTALL the Solution Center. I tried HPPIW for installation and also HPHNDU and HPPDU for the diagnosis of the printer, and who work very well. I also tried HPPSdr (who works for the printer, but not scan) and HPSDU, which does not at all.
I still have my original installation CD and I tried, but of course it does not work with Win 7. I also tried to uninstall the entire software package and then try to re - install, also without success. It seems that the uninstall process is incomplete, or at least that's my guess. I tried running also uninstall batch since the original installation CD files (the files to \util\CCC\Uninstall, Uninstall_L1, etc.) and they seem to work, but still the re - install subsequent does not install Solution Center.
I recently ordered the customers a new installation CD, expecting a full installation CD for Windows 7 and receive. The label of the CD says it's for "HP Officejet 6300, 7200, 7300 all-in-One-series", and also that it is "Version 13.1.0" and "Windows 7" and "Multiple languages" It is the number of piece CB744-10003 and seems to be exactly what I need. HOWEVER... This is ACTUALLY ON THE CD!
Usefully, the label gives the following instructions:
Insert the CD in your CDROM drive
All Windows operating systems:
(a) click on 'Start' in the task bar, then click on 'run '.
b} type d:\Setup and click OK (where "d" is your CD drive letter"
This is exactly what I expected to see on an installation CD; BUT there is NO "SETUP" FROM THE CD FILE!
The content of the CD is exactly TWO FILES:
The first file is the same as I've downloaded several times on your website and many, tried several times to install.
THIS CD DOES NOT CONTAIN WHAT THE LABEL SAYS WHAT IT SHOULD CONTAIN.
I spent a lot of time on the phone with 'Technical Support' (telephone number 1-800-474-6836) and just got a huge evasive. The best suggestion they could offer was that I should 'upgrade' my printer! I know the printer is old, and I know that the printer itself is not supported. However, I expect better than that of a software package that is supposed to take care this device on Windows 7 AIO.
If I can't get this resolved successfully, I'll upgrade my AIO - but it WILL NOT BE ONE OTHER DEVICE HP!
Hmm... I have an Officejet 7410 similar, I used the same configuration file to install and have used it for a few years on my Windows 7 system. A few questions:
You have the printer connected by USB or network?
You said that you had upgraded to Windows XP. Was this a clean install on the XP machine?
Are there any error messages during installation?
There are a few things to try: If the printer is connected with USB, unplug it before you continue. Navigate to the folder folder (open the Explorer and folder type in the address bar), look for a directory starting with 7z and a date corresponding to when you tried to install the printer. Go to the util/ccc directory in the 7z... directory and run uninstall_L3, uninstall_L2, and uninstall_L1 files. (This is the program of uninstalling the version of Windows 7, it might be more effective than the XP uninstall program). After you run each file three batch restart the computer and log in as a user with administrator privileges. At this point, run the Setup program.
I have a Photosmart 3210 and I am running Windows 7 (64-bit). I downloaded the last Center of Solution for my o/s, but have the following problem, as shown in the image below, can someone help me because I am not able to use something other than the printing functionality

I think that we have found the problem... I uninstalled Flash by using the uninstall program located here Flash: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html
I then reinstalled Flash Player and open the HP Solution Center. Then he showed a dialog box that says that the Plugin Flash to Internet Explorer. I use Firefox as my main browser and therefore never installed the Flash Plugin for Internet Explorer, so the graphics error.
Answer = install Internet Explorer Flash Plugin
Thanks for your help JonW, that had been annoying me for several days!
I have a F4480 printer/scanner/copier. My old laptop died, and I lost the CD with the HP Solution Center that allows me to analyze. My 'new' laptop running Windows XP, and while the printer are installed successfully, there is no trace of Solution Center. Is it possible to download and install it quickly and cleanly? If so, how? Admin on my laptop my rights expire in like 8 hours! Thank you!
You can find the full feature software (which contains the Solution Center) from the link below. If you have any problems please let me know.

I can repeat (show the same error) or ignore it. Screenshot on the Russia:

All this time the printer and the computer has been connected
That means, this DEVICE unfinished facility. Because of its Solution Center doesn't start... HEEELP, please.
The only thing I can suggest at this stage is to get a printer USB cable, or you can restore to a previous point while it was working properly. Here is a document on how to do it.
When I try to scan a picture, I get the error message "an internal error has occurred." I am advised to reinstall the Photo and imaging software. I don't have the CD and try to locate the Solution Center software online.
You're welcome =]
Follow the link below, then select your operating system (open Control Panel > system to check if you are not sure)
Open the category drivers, then follow the download link.
Do todownload software feature complete.
I am able to print on my printer and make copies directly on it, but whenever I try to scan to my PC I get a message saying: could not perform the analysis because another program or computer using the networked HP imaging device. Try again later.
Extended error information are 8, [(0, 18,-2147467259)].
I have tried electric bike on the printer and have even restarted the computer, but I still get the same message.
There is no other printer connected to the PC.
I see that you can print and copy, but you can't just sweep your computer running Windows 10. First of all, I would like you to run printing HP and doctor Scan.
