  My guess is that this has to do with an error in download of Vivado Xilinx tools. Since you are using LabVIEW 2015, you need Vivado 2014.4. Based on your original screenshot, looks like you are using this version. Do you know if you have other versions installed on your computer? If you do, it is possible that your dll point to the incorrect reference to a different version.

  I recommend to repair your installation of Vivado 2014.4. You can repair according to the installation found at the following link: http://www.ni.com/download/labview-fpga-module-2015/5492/en/

  You ask about functionality to AutoFix or just tuning the PID manually? Whatever it is, you should be able to capture your PID non-stop kit.

• CAN-bus interface on RIO Eval Board

  I am trying to use the interface on the assessment board sbRIO CAN. I installed the driver from RIO 101 shipped package, and the "Embeded CAN for sbRIO" functions are now on the range of functions. However when I place a CAN function on the block diagram, a popup appears, and Labview trying to locate a dll called rioembeddedlvapi.dll without success. It is possible to say "Ignore the point" and he gives up and puts the item on the block diagram.  Anyone know what is happening here, and whether or not it can just be ignored?  Thank you

  I was able to solve the problem on the RIO evaluation board to remove and reinstall the embedded RIO CAN package. Something must have been corrupted.

• Adding packages to WES7

  We are trying to install a wattmeter coherent USB to the USB ports on our cRIO-9081.  We get an error because consistent requires the Compaq usbser.sys to load.  It seems that usbser.sys is not part of the WES7 operating system that is loaded on the cRIO.  Research on the Microsoft site, you must include the package Compaq during the construction of the operating system.

  Windows Explorer.  If you copy off of full HD which only goes

  Where can I find the news of grade package and the speed of the FPGA inside of the PXI-7842R? I ask because I want to build a project XPS in the Xilinx XPS and program needs this info.

  I followed the example in the "how to use designs based on Xilinx Microblaze with NI LabVIEW FPGA 2009 and the R-series modules". There, he gives the info for the specific FPGA (PXI-7852R and PXI-7953R) they use. It's a Virtex5, ff676, xc5vlx50, level-1 speed, but the authors do not mention where one can find this info.

• Basis of LabVIEW Development with Compact RIO device software

  Hello.  Currently, I have the LabVIEW Base development software package and have been using it with DAQ Compact devices for the acquisition of basic data.  I would now like to start integrating controls in my system, changing to RIO Compact for deterministic real-time features.  My question is that I would be able to build applications for the Compact RIO system using only the basis of LabVIEW Development package without updating immediately?  Maybe some features are not available for me, but could at least get a good start like that?

  A CompactRIO embedded time real operating system (RTOS) called VxWorks you need to target the deployment of LabVIEW code to the device. Classic LabVIEW screws you will have been written so far are built to target general purpose operating systems (GPO) such as windows.

  To create screws that are deployable to STSOp, you will need the real-time Module that is not included in the basis of LabVIEW. As a result, to take advantage of the embedded FPGA, you'll need to install the LabVIEW FPGA Module as well.

  As long as you have the FPGA modules and in real time, it seems to me that you should be able to control these devices with LabVIEW Base. Without these software components you will not be able to create an instance of the device target your LabVIEW project.

• Remote web panel Embedded Software Evaluation Kit LV8.6

  I recently bought the evaluation of embedded software package that comes with the trial version of FPGA, RT LV8.6 90 days... and even though I have sucessfully worked through the tutorial, with the kit I came across a problem when you try to run a remote web site, Panel as it list loading 0% but never proceeded beyond this point.

  After fishing trawl through many discussion forums, I came across a post that gave one of the reasons for this as being due to having a later version of LabVIEW run time engine installed on the PC - only by removing LabVIEW 2011 could I get the web to run Panel.

  My question is how to manage several versions of LabVIEW if I wish (and) to install multiple versions of LabVIEW and still be able to run a command remotely through LV8.6?

  Hi Helen,

  With LabVIEW development versions, you can disable (using the License Manager OR), but given that the engines of execution are not allowed you can not disable that.

  You could try one of your LabVIEW versions running on a virtual machine, what separates them from the other.

  I apologize for the problem you are having, I appreciate that it disadvantages you somewhat, but I assure you that your team of R & D to address the issue.

• NOR-RIO 4.0 is not compatible with 64-bit LabVIEW?

  I have a 7841R multifunction RIO card.  I currently install the evaluation version of LabVIEW to test.  I've got 64-bit LabVIEW installed successfully and I had installed NOR-RIO 3.6 (which was on the disc that came with the card).  Trying to install other features (I think C to FPGA interface or something), I discovered that I needed NOR-RIO 4.0.  I uninstalled OR RIO 3.6, downloaded OR RIO 4.0 and now I try to install it.  I get the message a few steps in the process:

  Important note about NOR-RIO of LabVIEW support (64-bit Versions)
  A 64-bit version of LabVIEW has been detected on your system.  This version of the driver NOR-RIO support the 64-bit versions of LabVIEW.  However, this version of NOR-RIO is fully compatible with the 32-bit versions of LabVIEW installed on 64-bit operating systems.

  Is there a NEITHER-RIO 4.0 version that supports the 64-bit versions of LabVIEW?  If so, could you point me to it?

  Or do I have to install the 32-bit version of LabVIEW?

  Hey Tom,

  Unfortunately, we do not have a RIO driver that is compatible with our 64-bit LabVIEW Development software.  If you need to use the RIO driver, you must install the 32-bit version of LabVIEW and build your applications in the development system.  Sorry for the confusion at the start during the installation process!

  In a typical sceanrio, LAN and WIFI are bridged and part of the same subnet. There is no functional difference, and there is no routing involved.

  Once the routing is involved. that is, if two devices are on different subnets, there may be complications. First, he need to distiguish between plain old routing and NAT routing (as typically found in consumer devices).

  For a classic routing (assuming that all intermediate routers have routing tables appropriate), the only question here is the firewall. The routers neeed to allow traffic and endpoints (your windows computer and the MyRIO) must allow connections from other subnets. Most often, they only allow local connections by default for security reasons.

  For NAT routing, the LAN subnet is invisible to the public internet. The entire network has only (usually) a public IP address. The NAT router performs the tracking of a NAT table that remembers the local IP address of outging requests (for example if you surf the web) and therefore knows where the incoming responses sent from the internet, modify the headers of packets and pushing them to the side LAN. This only works for connections initiated from the local network ougting. If the connection is from the outside, all that is visible is the public IP address of the router. In order to run a service on a computer on the local network, the router needs to know about it. This is what port forwarding rules are everything. In general, you must manually configure the router, but some special applcations can also create automatic transfer rules (whether by the router via an ALG, or by the customer via UPNP).

  In short, you need to deal with two problems:

  • Make sure that the packages can find their way to the destination (routing, nat, etc.)
  • Verify that packets are allowed to make this trip (firewall policies).

  Can you ping the MyRIO? What is the IP address of the MyRIO?

• Re-evaluation of the NAC 4.8 Passive does not work

  The debugs Agent, I see that the Agent reports the failure for the following conditions:

  % NACAGENT-6-REQUIREMENT_PROC: % [sev = info] [func = Rqmt::completeCheck]: check the result of rqmt [MS: hianyzo Windows frissites Windows XP (BKV)]:FAILED

  That't the only requirement that fails and it is also reported on the "NACAgentReport.xml" file that is part of the package you uplaoded and it has not been quantified.

  I think the problem is actually with the following parameter "default PrA on failure action - continue '.

  Please, set it to "allow the user to fix" or "Logoff user immediately" and check if the behavior is different.

  If this does not help, please open a TAC service request in order to study it.

  I installing Anyconnect point doubt:

  We want to go for web-deployment of head of network device that is ISE for the assessment of posture, however I came across the document where its mentioned the installation with the three modules:

  (1) VPN

  (2) NAM

  (3) module posture

  I am only concerned to posture to check on enterprise wireless users until I have to configure all of the modules in customer provisioning?

  There is no existing with Anyconnect client configuration. No ASA as n for my case. I have WLC acting as n.

  so after that customer gets auth 802.1 x, customer must redirect to posture help control Anyconnect. and its new deployment where the customer is not having this agent software.

  If please guide me with the right direction for Anyconnect deployment for single control of posture and how customers can get this downloaded automatically agent is my main concern.

  For assessment of posture, just deploy the "Module of Posture". The "NAM" module is used only when you want to replace the native Windows supplicant. The "VPN" module is used for anyconnect VPN.

  The posture can be hosted in the ISE and be put into service at the endpoints via a Client Provisioning rule. However, users must have the appropriate privilege to perform the installation of the package. In many organizations, users have NO such privileges. If this is your case, so you must deploy the Posture Module via GPO/System Center or another equivalent system.

  Then, slide the VAR1 and VAR2 variable on the packaging of the Panel and define their types as Variable r.

  

  Now VAR1 and VAR2 each will contain one of the 2 different values to compare.

  VAR2 down once more on the Panel and this time, set the variable as type Variable to evaluate:
