Export of discoverer crashes

By clicking file > export, clicking Next, and then click the Browse button to select a file location. When you click on the button browse discoverer/Java crashes and never displays the file dialog box. Discoverer only crashes when you click the Browse button in the export, other export options work.
We use the discoverer 10.1.2.2 7 ORS on Windows 2003 with Sun JRE 6 on Windows XP. Anyone know what could be causing this?
I install another test server discoverer with the same patches and it's working there.

Thank you
Eric

Hello

It's a question with JRE 1.6 (a little) and using the "browser" look and feel. Try to set your "plastic" LAF (through the control of Server Application or in the configuration file. XML)

Kind regards

Steve.

My problems with export and view the contents of Premier Pro got worse and worse over time. I can't restore or anything of substance, only small export files. I did in the past without problems. Is there a known problem with Windows 10 with the Prime Minister?

    My system is Windows 10

HD SSD, different for reading and writing, all the source files in the same folder

8 cores; 32 GB of ram; 4 GB video card

CC all software up to date, updates to all systems applied

Here's the real problem, I have no problem with rendering in After Effects or Media encode, I just can't deal with anything of the substance off Premier Pro more. System simply stops, without warning, blue screen, the nada. System down!

Mov file processing 1080 x 720, 22 minutes? with modifications, the music, nothing too crazy > H264 or AVI - crash

This happens on H262; AVI; I played a bit with multiple options, clean files cache, preferences..., nothing seems to work BUT after effects.., which is NOT ideal for Assembly of several fields, but at least it didn't plant and then I was able to run through Media encoding for the file size and type I wanted... , but no Pro Prime Minister is going to be a challenge.

Any ideas why this is the case?

    Thank you!!

Well..., my problems didn't turn out to be if evil after all.., I've worked with Adobe and found that on my PC downstairs there is a known issue with my AMD Phenom processor, so I went down the Prime Minister at the 2014 CC and it works now where it would not start at all before. Turns out my main PC, Adobe brought a correction of preferences which fixed my problem of crash. Looking at my task manager, cpu starts at 90%.., slowly reaches 100%, remains pegged and stop my system..., without warning, without reboot, simply stops. My config memory has been set to 'performance' and Adobe States that will benefit from the cpu more RAM, so we went this config 'memory' commencing with cpu and then unload the work of RAM... and guard my cpu humming nicely. Manager tasks indicates 50% to a maximum of 80%. Export and rendering is a bit slower, but beats a system crash! -So, now everything works fine! Thank you Adobe!

  • The Premier Pro 2015 crashing on export

    Hello

I have a MacBook Pro (chart below) under OS X 10.11.2 (El Capitan).

    Model name: MacBook Pro

    Model identifier: MacBookPro11, 3

    Processor name: Intel Core i7

    Processor speed: 2.5 GHz

    Number of processors: 1

    Total number of Cores: 4

(By heart) L2 Cache: 256 KB

    L3 Cache: 6 MB

    Memory: 16 GB

    Boot ROM version: MBP112.0138.B16

Version of the SCM (System): 2.19f12

I tried to export a Premier Pro short (less), either on the pre-series HD or you-tube, which takes about 2 hours (seems excessive even if some parts of the video have several effects on it).  He gets almost all to the way of when there about 4 minutes to go (about 96% or almost thanks to export) the software crashes and I get the standard error message, "Premier Pro has met a serious error..." "and the closure of the software.  I tried this about 6 times and I am very frustrated.  I managed to export the exact same movie a couple of days, as a lower resolution file, so I'm a little confused about why this happens.  I deleted on more than 100 GB of my HD in case the problem was the lack of space, as well as on the external hard drive I was using as my work drive.

I have managed to export different films and more time in the past, with the same settings and much faster, but maybe with less effect on the clips.

I tried to export a clip different 30 sec short with the same parameters, which has been a success, but when checking the same activity monitor on the export of this little clip, CPU utilization for the Premier Pro has increased approximately 780% (I understand that it's okay?) and User CPU load approximately 95% and CPU system around 4%, so almost all in use.  The 16 GB memory available, that 11 GB of memory is used, with 4 GB of cache files - this maybe is the problem?  What I have to delete the cache and how do I get rid of these hidden files?

I also tried to update the first pro and making sure that all my read/write permissions were right on records of Adobe, but none of them helped.

    Any suggestions much appreciated.

    Thank you

    Adrienne

  • First crash on export

    First Version 2015.2

    64-bit Windows 8

    AMD R9 290

    I5 - 3570 k

The composition has literally no effect.  It's long, it contains 3 files .mov of my Canon 70 d I have used/edition/exported with first time 45 minutes.  Using the export method H.264 Source Match.

Trying to export, the program "crashes" in the windows style "this program has stopped responding" or something of that nature.

I googled on it and I think I can exclude:

Temp - GPU, I checked my temp while it was export and it's never been about 47 degrees, which would not cause this right?

-In addition, I am able to export older projects that use the exact same video files of the same camera and the same export settings I try.  It's not everything I try to export.

I'm about to go to the House of a friend with a similar setup and see if I'm able to export from there.  Perhaps, who could give me some information about whether if it's a matter of my hardware or not.  Will make it count later.

I don't really know anything to test / find.

If someone could give me some guidance on this I would appreciate it, would hate for this project to go to waste.

  • Export to epub 3 crashes

You use a Mac, I export a big book with a lot of images (about 25 MB) to epub 3. In the middle of the export Indesign CC crashes every time. What are my options? THX!

A single chart that is damaged when you export to PDF, sometimes causes a problem.

I don't know that it should be similar for the EPUB export. See if you can isolate what page is at the origin of the problem using the method 'divide and conquer '. The first half export and second half separately. If only half fails, divide it into two and see which half causes the crash. Try to isolate it to a page, a chart if you can.

  • iMovie crashes after update of the Sierra

I use a Macbook Pro of the retina from the end of 2014, 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7 Processor, memory DDR3 16 GB 1600 MHz with 398 GB of available storage.

    I'm running iMovie Version 10.1.1.

Today, I upgraded to OSX Sierra without any problem. I edit a very short time (16 seconds) movie and trying to export, the application crashed. I tried exporting as a file, export to the theatre and many other methods, but as soon as I chose a method of export, the application crashed.

I tried to turn off the computer and it has not changed.

It's maybe just a bug, and you may need to wait for an update until it is fixed. What you can try is a clean reinstall of the Sierra of MacOS.

  • Premiere Pro CC 2015 crashes on Windows

With or without CUDA, impossible to export a project: crashing after a few minutes of an export with PP or Media Encoder! :-(

Did not the PP a few months, but before, it worked fine.

If Adobe, should I call you in order to have a direct answer?

OK I don't know if this helps, but as stated earlier... I have too many problems to export with error codes.

However, every time I got the error is only when I export to external hard drive? I exported for many internal and later copied disk on disk when finished. I have not had the problem by doing as above! It could be that useful?

  • IDML crashes

Since the last update of Adobe for creative cloud, I noticed all the documents I created before the update will crash if I export to IDML & then try to open the IDML file. The documents themselves will open very well, this is the file IDML I can't open.

I thought the problem might be because these are documents that have been constantly changed and updated for CS4, so I created new models (which are VERY sophisticated and complex) and thought I would try to copy all the data from the previous to the new files model. I made the model worked when exported to IDML then proceeded to copy the content of the document into the new model. Unhappy IDML export problem persists.

I noticed that my text frame object styles when importing seem to create a problem, so I tried to remove the style of object text votes to ZERO, but this would most of my paragraph and character styles to change and they return to normal if I reapplied the style of the text. And the problem of crash IDML remains. Then I tried to create a new document, individually created new blocks of text and tried to copy in the text. It seemed to work but then the moment, I have created a new block of text in the document & tried the IDML export & reopen, the crash problem reappearing. Remove graphic styles does not solve the problem either and has been very difficult, as I have many inline graphics icons embedded in the text that have object styles to force their positioning.

It is a very serious problem. Each of our annual catalogs allows to import most of the previous catalogues products so the IDML question becomes a problem in each new document. Everything simply recreate all of our imported items is not an option - we produce a catalog of pages 1100 + which takes months to update and create each year and many more small on top - which represents more than 100 new documents each year. We have the ability to retrieve any document that is damaged.

Someone else has run into this and found a solution?

  • Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashes when I combine PDF files

I recently installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on my computer and everytime I try to combine PDF files it says that Adobe has stopped working and crashes. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I did all the updates of windows, I ran the cleaning of Adobe Acrobat tool and all Adobe updates are up-to-date. This is extremely annoying and it really bothers my work, I constantly need to combine PDFs (sometimes thousands of pages). This was never a problem in the past until about 2 weeks ago. I appreciate any help!

    Workaround solution:

My document has 122 pages in .pdf format

I exported the PDF crashing to MS Word in Acrobat Pro DC.

Exported .doc in Word for Mac 2016

Saved .doc exported to PDF in Word or Mac 2016

PDF open in Acrobat Pro ms.

White added the page without the document / application to crash.

  • Export files Temp CS5.0.3 on C during even with zero as E

I have a small project that uses a lot of Photoshop files as graphical models. I thought that because I put my "scratch disks" to "E" whenever I want to export, it would use 'E' as my temporary location temp generated/required during export files. But for some reason, my exports have been crashing because I'm running out of space on my C drive during the export. I discovered that for exports, there are several TEMP Photoshop files being created on my C - each as 3 GB drive, ends up cluttering my drive c. (I confirmed that I put the backup made at E destination) after rendering/export, these TEMP Photoshop files disappear on C. This is expected behavior? Is there something obvious that I can do to make sure that all the files go on a separate drive? Thank you!

    2.jpg

    1.jpg

Adobe, like many other applications use the Temp Variable Windows directory for cache files. For example, if you export out of first and select the queue to the Media Encoder, it will show the C drive instead of the drive where the support is in fact located with the project file. This is because the source is to see this media encoder is the Directory Windows Temp Variable. You can change this by creating a folder on the E drive called Temp. Then right click on computer and go to properties. Select Advanced settings on the left, click Environment Variables on the bottom of this Panel. You will see the 2 files Temp and the places that appear in the upper part of the Panel of Environment Variables. Select Edit and then type or copy/paste in the location of the temporary directory created on another drive. Example - E:\Temp

Restart Windows, and then the Variable cache should move to this directory. Remember that Windows uses to allocate things. So if this drive is removed or do not take a lot of time at the start and it will start with errors.
