  Thank you very much for your help, I was told by a friend to the support ring at Kodak who I did it remotely, they got into my computer and solved the problem, still not sure it was good. I was impressed by the response here and it was fixed in five minutes. So if anyone has a Kodak printer that does not print from the computer, but the impressions of the printer, this is the road to go down. Thanks again for your help.

  Bought a new lenovo so it of a new computer running Windows 10 and cannot get printing to work with her.  He moved with a wired ethernet, or even wireless, but does print the test page or anything like that.

  Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times without success.

  Tried to install with a USB cable and that crashes, even bought a new cable and still nothing.

  I put off and then to refresh the printer and that did not help either.

  Installing updated drivers and the computer sees the printer and says it is ready and works fine, but do not print.  Convenience store can't find no problem either.

  The printer works perfectly with my iPad in the next room is not the printer.  So for now I have to send my documents to myself and print from the iPad, which is annoying.

  I have a Lexmark X 2500 printer. After installing new print cartridges, the printer gives me the error message to order more ink. The printer does not recognize the new ink cartridges that have been installed.  There is a warning on the ink cartridges to do not touch the contacts on the bottom of the cartridges. If this happens, how can I make them work?

  Have you installed the desktop system utility / portable and drivers from the chipset first? If this is not the case, the rest of the drivers will not install. How to download and install drivers in the Correct order. If there is a Dell computer. If a non - computer Dell, the chipset drivers still need to be installed first.

  New computer is a Dell Inspiron 620.  The printer is HP 882c.  Although it seems that the driver is fine and I can view properties and configure the printer, the power is on, nothing happens when I try to print.  I have worked through various utilities for troubleshooting the Dell and HP and the printer worked fine, I don't know what to do next.  My old computer was an XP, a Windows 7.  Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thank you

  Windows 7 made an excellent job using drivers pre installed in Windows to install devices (in this case, the printer) you said you got a new computer, I'm guessing that it is running Windows 7. If this is the case, I would say to go to the printers and devices and remove the HP printer in question (AFTER unplugging the usb cord) once it is finished, I select one of the other printers and go to the top of the window and you will see "Print server" that click and click the driver tab and remove any which HP driver listed for this product.   Once those who are kidnapped, I reconnect the printer to the usb cable and see if it installs...

  My new deskjet 1510 printer bought in Maryland, does not print with my HP Pavilion dv5218nr notebook.  I tried for two days to get something to print.  I was able to make a copy yesterday.  Have down loaded on site and also the disc used to load the software nothing works.   Problem seems to be lost portions of Widows XP grateful for any printer on board.  Must return the printer with sadness.  The price was right, and it had everything I need (without WiFi and FAX, which I don't need).  No problem with the HP service, answer or product.  Problem is the refusal of Bill Gates to support his earlier successful OSs.  What I need is a system of scanning of Microsoft to find problems with printer deficiency.  I always love the simple printer and won't buy again with future software.  HP thanks to put this product on the market without all the WiFi and the FAX and other doo-dads.  Happy Thanksgiving.

  A call back to Epson says my Windows Firewall blocks printing Epson Status Monitor and by disabling the firewall every thing returns to normal.  Turning on the firewall without exception is still no difference and I should contact Microsoft for that matter.

  If the application works when the firewall is disabled, but not when the firewall is turned on, so you must create an exception for the application.

  I don't know what you mean by "turning on the firewall without exceptions still makes no difference" - no difference of what?

  You must determine the name of print Epson Status Monitor, then go to control panel > Windows Firewall (if your control panel is using "Category view", you will find Windows Firewall in the Security Center).

  Once in the Firewall dialog box, click the Exceptions tab, click the button "Add a program" and find printing Epson Status Monitor.  If it is not in the list that appears, click on the button "Browse".  After selecting the program and click OK, make sure that on the general tab of the Firewall properties dialog box that the "do not allow the box exceptions" is NOT checked.

• Photosmart D110a: installed the new HP black ink cartridge and now the black ink does not print

  Just installed a new print 60xl cartridge to replace the one that was being ink. Now the black ink basically does not print. I cleaned the cartridges 4 times and run all Diagnostics pages. The black prints just a small piece of the upper part of the letters on the pages of diagnostics and in grayscale on the test pages.

  Make sure that the printer is connected directly to the Mac with the USB cable.

  Fix permissions of the drive on the Mac:

  Close all applications.

  In the Apple menu, click OK, click Applications, and then click utilities.

  Open disk utility.

  Select the startup disk in the list of volumes.

  Click the first aid tab.

  To verify permissions, click on verify disk permissions. To fix the permissions, click on repair disk permissions.

  Restart the computer.

  Reset the printing system:

  Note: This will remove all printers in the print and Fax/Scan, any printer deleted can be re-added later by clicking the sign plus (+) symbol.

  Click on the Apple icon and then click on System Preferences.

  Click on Printers & Scanners.

  Make a right click (or Ctrl + click) in the left white side panel, and then click Reset printing system.

  Click OK to confirm the reset.

  Type the name and the correct password.

  Click OK to reset the printing system.

  Then click on the sign to add the driver, highlight the printer +. (you may need to click the drop down menu to select the name of the printer) Then click the Add button.

  Problem: Printer does not print color. Black printing works. It also does not print color now, I changed the color with a new cartridge.   REAL SOLUTION. I had the same experience, spent hours pulling my hair like children had project do to school and it was 22:00.  Your cart is clogged! Here IS THE SOLUTION! (: 1) remove all ink cartridges. (2) extract the carriage that circulate in the ink cartridges by lever on the right and the trolley lifting vertically. (3) wipe any accumulation of visible ink on the outside with clean cloth or paper towel. (4) THIS IS THE KEY: keep transport under hot running water to empty all the handwritten entries in the irrigation channels that distribute ink. Keep rinsing in clear water i.e. no sign of ink. (5) trolley dry with clean cloth and blowing in areas, you can access in order to remove the remains of the water. (6) let transport air-dry overnight. (7) Re-install transport, then reinstall the ink cartridges. 8) ENJOY YOUR PRINTER. (9) I saw many entries on this topic dating back two years, without real solution offered. I am an automotive engineer in unemployment. If HP (or anyone else) would like to hire a smart worker, engineer in the Detroit area, please inform. Thank you!
