Lightroom prints vertical lines on my pictures

When I print a photo from Lightroom, it has vertical lines about 8 millimeters throughout the picture.  Very fine they´re.  In fact when I look at close-up, it seems that it s print vertical of 8mm strips and each band is perhaps one pixel above or below the band beside her.

However, if I use another program photo prints perfectly.

I ve tried several settings in Lightroom, but I can´t get that this corrected.  Someone at - it ideas?

Lightroom is to update v4.4.  Mac OS x 10.7.  Canon MG5400 printer.  I ve installed the last printer driver (if it s only Lightroom who has this problem so I Don t think he can be the drivers).

Thank you

Nice day!

Feel free to post on the Forum with Lightroom.

  • Photo printing, vertical lines when you print multiple images on a page

I went from iPhoto to Photos. Now I'm having a problem printing (HP Photosmart Premium 309 c) pages with many photos for my annual calendar. Often the picture on the right will have vertical lines. I use PS 14 items.  I did this for years and I am sure that the problem is related to Photos and the fact that my photos are now in the cloud and not on my Mac.

I recently removed my hard drive iPhoto library - because I don't have enough space on my Air.

    Hello

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I understand that whenever you print photos of the Photos on your Mac app, the lines appear in the printed image resulting.  The following steps will help isolate the matter with Photos or the printer itself.  To start, please print one of the photographs from the Photos app to confirm a specific photo translates into lines on the printed copy.  After seeing the photo, please export the original photo of the Photos app on your desktop, open the photo in the preview and then print this photo.

Export pictures in their original format

    1. Select the photos you want to export.

    2. Choose file > export > export Original unmodified.

    3. Click Export.

    4. Choose where to save the exported photo files and then click Export the originals.

Please report back with the results of these steps so that we can help you.

    Take care.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600: Printing vertical lines when you use doc auto power

I cleaned the optical window such as suggested in other posts. However, this has not fixed the problem for me.

The vertical line is the center of the page, from top to bottom.

    Hello @KR76,

I'd be happy to help you with your problem of copy on your OfficeJet Pro line 8600.

Basically, the line is created if any part of the scanner glass and the scanner cover fingerprints fingerprints, stains, lint, dust, or other debris or scratches. To resolve this problem, clean the ADF scanner glass Strip, the ADF white plastic band on the underside of the scanner cover, the underside of the scanner cover and the scanner glass. You need to repeat the cleaning several times to fix this.

The document that will guide you through the inspection and cleaning of these independent pieces would be; Vertical stripes, lines or streaks in the Copies, faxes, or scans.

    Take note of the following in the document;

Warning: Only use a glass cleaner to clean the scanner glass. Don't use of cleaners containing abrasives, acetone, benzene, or carbon tetrachloride. These substances can damage the printer. Avoid alcohol isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) because it can leave scratches on the glass.

Warning: To protect the scanner are not spray the glass product directly on the glass.

Please let me know if any of these steps has resolved your problem, or if there is anything else I can do to help.

I look forward to hear from you!

    Thank you

  • How can I get rid of a vertical line on my picture?

I'm using photoshop elements for mac 11 and have a small vertical line on a face to people on my edited picture. I tried painting and stamping on it, but it seems that nothing will work. Do you know how to get rid of it? This is what it looks like:

If this line is limited to the face, take another picture, and then copy and paste the new over the old.

  • Green vertical lines / tracks audio FX of detachment and the music of the video clip

    iMovie 10.1 on El Capitan

This isn't a simple modification / detach Audio edition.  Is delete an image only without deleting the other independent music and audio tracks FX built under it (not worth original audio with the image).

I built FX and music tracks on a video that has many Visual changes (with some images just by music).  Now, I want to change a few images, but when I cut the video image, some FX and music under it also disappears (tracks built under the image, not shot with it).

It seems that green vertical lines under the picture (in the time line) are tying in various capacities, although these FX and music tracks run far beyond the video image and were not turned with the video image.

How can I remove those green vertical lines and detach these multiple audio tracks of the image I want to cut?  Thank you.

Yes, if you delete a video file or even attached with audio clip, the audio will be deleted also.  You must move the anchor (green line) to an adjacent element.  To do this hold command and alt (option) key down and click on in the half superior audio clip (or in the clip of Cup or title) where you want the connection be moved on.

(If there is no synchronization issues you can simply change the audio if it is related to another clip, and then quarterback after the change of the image.)

    Geoff.

I understand the frustration that this must be for you. Looks like there are two separate issues. When the printer clean print heads and not properly align itself, this indicates that there is a problem with the cartridge, the print head or the line break. For vertical lines, it is usually independent for cartridges and print heads (not being is not a print quality problem). The paper type and print settings might be the problem.

To help determine the cause have you used this document: troubleshoot print quality HP Officejet Pro L7500, L7600, and L7700 all-in-One Printer Series?

  • How can I get rid of black, thin, vertical 'lines of glitch"that print from my InDesign doc?

In the three orange ellipses in this photo, you can see some vertical lines that were me crazy. Any idea of what causes?

I tried to separate the adjacent pipeline on different layers, merging layers and all I could think about. I could not find anything with google searches - but there may be a name for them that I don't know.

Is there a way I can copy the whole page, I did in Photoshop or Illustrator in InDesign, then save the whole page with all its pictures, lines and type as a kind of an image file? If Yes, which file should I use he would keep really strong?  My boss wants to of course, even the slightest impression on labels in the photos still readable.

Thanks a lot for helping me.  I'm at the end of my mind, because if I print directly from InDesign I sometimes lines glitch and there throughout our manuals, but if I try to save any composite of PhotoShop; She blurs the lines and the type.

When you have a mixed picture with hard lines sharp and the type, save the Photoshop file as a Photoshop PDF file type. Along the way, have you done your layered file has a white background layer? It might be small holes down to transparency, otherwise.

  • Vertical line on the left margin of all pages printed (1200 HP)

    Hello:

Everything I print, on some paper, a vertical line scraggly appears in the left margin area. In my view, it is ink that has leached out, but I don't know where or how clean it. Ink cartridge seems solid. TIA and Happy New Year.

Take a look at your fuser unit, could be something wrong with that.  Make sure you leave cool before you go poking in there.  If this isn't the case, it might be a mark on your imaging drum.

  • Office Jet 6700 - vertical lines on printing via Alice only & scan option.

See the previous description. Vertical lines show you when along the ADF or auto power. No request 'print' or a page on the glass. And then there is no lines. In addition, I cut such power as listed in the book without success. Unit is out of warranty. I cleaned the rollers here and there. Options now... Thanks for your comments. J

This is probably due to a file specification on the lenses used for the analysis of the ADF.  This glass is on the left hand side, about 1 "wide.  Clean this area as shown in the document here.

  • HP Officejet Pro 8600 black printing/copying has vertical lines on the page. The color is fine.

HP Officejet Pro 8600.  at 2 weeks.

    Windows XP

Color copies/prints are very good.  Black prints/copies have vertical lines widths, ranging from top to bottom.  This occurs when it is copied to form glass or through the feeder.

    Suggestions?

If the unit is producing lines in copies, so I suggest checking a few things. Make sure that the printer is plugged into a wall outlet directly and not in a surge protector. Additionally, make sure that the glass of the scanner (including the small strip on the left) are clean.

Also, see the steps in the document troubleshooting located here.

  • HP Officejet Pro e-all-in-6830: getting vertical lines color when scanning or printing

My new printer prints very well.  But when I try to scan or copy, the pagae is filled with white and the vertical lines of color.  Any thoughts?

Just talked to HP.  Clean the scanner bed with bottles of water and a lint cloth.  Do you have a hard reset by unplugging the power cord, wait 15 seconds and in him reconnecting again.  Now, scanning and copying work very well.  Go figure.

  • OfficeJet pro 8600 black vertical lines of print when copying

I got a new of OfficeJet Pro 8600 a couple of weeks, and it worked fine until today, when I tried to copy something. I can always print from my pc and scan without problem, but when I try to copy a document (if I load it into the tray or put it on the scanner) the page comes out covered with black vertical lines of different sizes. It seems that this isn't the ink or the scanner since I can print from my pc and analysis very well.

    Help, please!

This unit is plugged into a wall outlet directly? If this isn't the case, then try to connect the unit to a wall outlet directly.

The 8600 Officejet Pro has built in the surge protector and double this feature may cause some problems.

Also, try to reset the printer hard:
    * Unplug the unit while the printer is on
Disconnect the other end of the power cable from the wall socket direct
    * Wait 30 seconds
    * Plug the unit to the top

Let me know if it helps.
