  Please open the printer homepage, to open it click on the Configuration icon on the screen of the printer and select reports, then tap report Configuration to print a report.

  Locate the registered IP / IPv4 / URL in the network information section, then go to the URL from the web browser on your computer...

  Click Scan in the main menu, and then click e-mail profiles outgoing in the button left of andclick pane change to the active scan profile.

  Updated the SMTP password with your new password, check that the PIN in option values empty unless you do not want to set a 4-digit code to scan from the front panel (sometimes, the browser can automatically fill these).

  My printer has until recently been able to produce an analysis of color using the supplied document and the printer control panel.   I have an 6110 all in one printer connected to a HP Pavilion desktop computer running on Vista Home Premium with the MS Office 2007 Suite.  When I try to scan from the printer to MS Word or any other apps, the error message says: "unable to connect to the PC.  However, printing from the PC to the printer works very well and the USB cables are correctly.

  I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it helps.

  Try connecting to another USB port and check if the camera is detected or try to plug the camera on another computer.
