Really Horrible Customer Service, they change my warranty date

My laptop was arrested last Friday. If all goes well, I checked the warranty of my laptop on the Dell Web site. It is under warranty, so I called Dell Technical Service. I have attached the photos to show my warranty.

The operator is Jeg Gruezo. She used almost 1 hour let me check that my phone no longer works. Then, she told me that I can mail it to Dell technical service and they he would take care of me.

All right, when it is almost done, she told me "because you bought your laptop on Jan 2015, if you already guarantee." But the site has shown that it is under warranty. Where is standard Dell?

I can't understand the difference between warranty sells and manufacturing warranty.

When does not resolve the problem, I found an other horrible things. They changed my date of guarantee on the website. If Dell can alter your warranty as they want, which can guarantee the service.

I hope someone can tell me where I can complain this service horrible customer.

It's the same problem that I had yesterday.  According to the information contained on the web site associated with my service tag, my warranty expired in November.  After my support original convo he changed in May and I was out of warranty.

I have now had 4 people tell me about the transfer of the form of property, and whenever he made me Dell a little more hatred.  I'm sure that it's legal for them to do and there are certain terms and conditions that make that clear, but the practice is misleading.

In summary, I was attended by everyone to be unaware of an internal process of Dell, I solved the problem myself by spending $30 on a new card and Dell has lost a customer forever.

Customer service aims to do the right thing for the customer, not setting traps and hiding behind the process.

    be terminated immediately. Really, you should stop the outsourcing of your Service where they should look for questions and customer cannot answer or that the customer feel appreciated. More people should be informed of this and I would hate this to decrease your customer and your company to lose more revenue and Net income.

  • Horrible customer service

    Today, I called the customer service line because I was suppose to receive a box to send my laptop at home by the 18th.  When I reached a customer technician, he told me that I did not box because his Department had no approval from the Outbox.  He was waiting on a higher level of support to approve the box.  He offered to ask that an area be sent again.  I asked to speak to the Department which approves the box.  He didn't talk to me about them, when I insisted, he put me on hold for five minutes and then he said that he had no way of contacting the service other than Messaging, so he could submit again for me to receive a box.  I then asked to speak to her supervisor, who earned me another seven minutes on hold.

    The supervisor said that it doesn't have the power to send me a box and that he would do that.  Then, I mentioned what says the other representative and he repeated that he has no power.  When I agreed to make him repeat the process, it took hoisted on three times for seven minutes at a time.

    It was clear that the representatives were either working out of a script or that they did not have an excellent command of the language English.  Way is to talk to someone in the United States or have all the support services been farmed overseas? I was also told that the only way to talk to someone in the United States would be to upgrade to the pro package.  Is this correct?

    In addition, my first call to the Dell Support told me that the loading of the computer for more than seven hours would ruin the computer and the battery.  Is this correct?

    I was instructed to remove the screws and disassemble my laptop.  I did as instructed and struggled to put all the pieces back together correctly.  The representative told me that if something happens while we're on the phone, he is not void the warranty.  Is this correct?

    At this point, I would never buy another Dell.  I have no problem with the customer service being a foreigner, I have a problem with is their inability to understand my clear English or their lack of technical knowledge to understand what I mean.  I put on hold for five minutes then the representative could pick up how to turn off a computer, that does not illuminate.  Right now doesn't give me confidence.

    Thanks for posting.

    I apologize that your experience with tech support was less than you had hoped.  It looks like they have solved your problem for you, but did you know that you didn't need to have a box you sent?  You could send your computer in the box you received in, or any other box, you could have had lying around the House (just be sure to pack it securely) or even buy one in a store for local delivery.

    If you wanted to have the tech support of the USA, we have several plans available for that, that's an additional expense and that he was available for purchase when you ordered your computer.

    It is not recommended to leave your computer on the charger indefinitely, there are features in the operating system that can cycle the loading/unloading of the computer so that the battery does become ineffective.  Just look under power options in Control Panel.

    Remove the screws, open the case, or to perform other activities these are all so the technician able to troubleshoot your computer.  This does not void the warranty, is described in the contract of guarantee and support tools are available here.

    All major computer manufacturers have outsourced technical support to other countries, as in fact my electric and cable call centers are located outside the United States, it's just the way things in this day in age.

  • Apps not to open, first block, horrible customer service!

    I've recently updated to the latest version of creative suite applications first (15.3) is not open most of the time, when he does, it locks. I tried to restart the computer, and it will not be closed because the first is always open. I have to force a stop down. After that the effect does not open, or position. When I called customer service, I was treated rudely by the officer because I did not understand his Indian accent. I am really not happy with Adobe. I have not been able to get the work done and without any help from Adobe.

  • Palm Pre GPS does not. Bell = horrible customer service

    I bought a Palm Pre, because GPS available. Unfortunately, after spending an hour on the phone with Bell customer service and technical service Palm, they tell me that the GPS is not functional on the Palm Pre.

    I think that what they mean by 'not supported' is that they have not developed a version of webOS for their specific GPS application. To give you an example of the United States, Sprint and ATT have their provider (TeleNav) to develop a version of webOS software of navigation. Verizon did the same thing (they use a different provider, I don't remember their name, though). Until that Bell has their app GPS provider develop a version of webOS from the customer, you're probably stuck using Google maps. As a side note, I just read an interesting article about a card solution 3rd party you might want to check. It is called BFGMaps and it is currently in beta.   • Defective micro - horrible customer service

    I took my iPhone 6 in a Genius Bar today because in the last four weeks my microphone has been very subdued and fading in and out of volume. After a wait of about an hour and the staff member taking it on the back a few times she told me they couldn't fix it ' because you (me) obviously do not take care of him "(has a hairline crack across the screen, where my friend dropped him four days ago). Then he said I have to buy a new phone, otherwise there is nothing that they can help with.

    And now my microphone does not at all since the "cleansing" or whatever they were doing at the back... Thus, not only did lose an hour of my time and to be offensive, that they also did my completely broken microphone.

    I looked for a contact email or something to make a formal complaint about, but I can't find anything, so I had to come here (because I can't call support because they broke my microphone).

    Suggestions for this absolute joke of 'support' or a place to make a formal complaint would be greatly appreciated.

  • (Redirected) How can I complain formally partner DELL and DELL customer service?

    I'm waiting more than eight weeks replace spare parts to DELL for DELL Latitude E7250 and E7240 computers laptops! Does someone know how to complain and to speed up the process?

    Initially, partner DELL says there is no spare part for sale! (it was the battery) your request and after I called DELL customer service, they changed their words and send a cost and delivery time 6-8 weeks (which is not acceptable). It makes no sense to wait for more than 8 weeks to get the knockout, battery or LCD for products still under warranty.

    Unfortunately, DELL customer support could not help and their response was not acceptable, it seems that DELL customer support and DELL partner care not their client :(

    Noting that we have more than 170 DELL Ultralight laptops and more than 300 computer desktop DELL Optiplex 7010 and 7020 only at the regional office and many others in the country offices.

  • The customer service is terrible!  A person from the United States would be useful!

    I'm having problems of double-billing and have taken several steps to try to resolve.  Here's my situation:

    Last year, I tried to cancel my Creative Cloud student and teacher edition (a year) because I really only used Lightroom and Photoshop.  They wouldn't let me because he had auto-renouvelé the day before and I have to pay the $100 cancellation fee.  Very well, very well.  I put on my calendar this year and called before the renewed contract.  I called on October 6, and the renewal date was October 8.  I wanted to cancel the creative cloud account and switch to the account of photography and Lightroom cheapest.  The girl on the phone (in India of course) stated that she had changed my plan and it would be $10.81 per month.  The same day I received a credit of $1.44 I thought that must be the day remaining on my contract.  The following day, on 7 October, I was charged $ 10.81.  Well... great.  Or not.  A week later, I noticed that I was charged $32,46 ALSO on October 8.  I tried to call but gave up in frustration and thought that maybe they would itself.  I forgot it.  November and December I loaded $ 10.81 the 6 and $32.46 the 8th of each month.


    Steps, I took over the last month:

    • I was chatting online with someone who was less intelligent, barely spoke English, or wasn't human for more than 30 minutes without success.  They said they were climbing my case.
    • I made two phone calls, both of which lasted more than an hour and took place with someone in India.  Both were exercises in frustration, but at the end of it, I was assured that my double amount charged and mistakes in my account would be corrected.  I repeated it to the last representative, I talked to three times to confirm that we have had the same understanding.  They credited $32.46 x 2 within 48 hours and they would make sure no charges more doesn't crossed for the incorrect amount.  Instead, I was charged twice for December.
    • Today, (almost two weeks later?)  I get an email that said that my problem is solved and they have me $10.81 credited twice.  My case is closed and there is an e-mail address that does not allow for answers.

    Are you freaking kidding me?  I'm ready to pull my hair never love.  I need to talk to someone and get this resolved properly soon or I'll just call my Bank and denies all the charges.  I'm usually a lot of patience, but who has time to deal with their customer service.  Maybe that's what they count?  Well, that's just crap.

    Considering how many cool Adobe for their services and the terrible customer service they provide, I regret the consciousness that would not allow me to do what my friends did and just use a boot leg copy.  Now I understand them better.  There is no excuse for the terrible customer service options, or the inability to speak with someone in the same country when you have a billing issue.

    After reading some other posts here I hope it will be effective to get a contact that will be really useful in the resolution of my case.  If not, complain to the Bank will be the way to go or possibly class action research.

When I say loyal, I'm the guy who's always telling my friends, family and colleagues how are my products from Motorola. Pagers to the bottom when, and now cell phones, almost everyone I bought and most of those that I was never delivered by the employer were Motorola.After this last week, I can't be your loyal customer. I am an AT & T cellular customer and it's time for me to renew my contract and ordering a new phone. My Motorola atrix 2 was great, but it is dated and my battery life became awful. I was planning on ordering a 32 gb, black front, back walnut, green focus, moto x, just had to wait for the time to renew my phone contract. Thursday, 06/06/14, I tried to place an order through your Web site and pay with my credit card. When I entered my address for delivery, he told me that the address is not available. you see, currently I do not have at home, and I need the phone delivered to where I went down. your website would not accept the address associated with my account AT & T. I contacted your assistance customer service, they tried to tell me it's the browser that I used (something to do with cookies). I tried to use a browser they suggest and had the same problem. I asked what she would only address on my AT & T account, but they did not know. They suggest AT & T store or Best Buy and buy the card motomaker and told me I have should not have any problems with it. So, after a 1 hour round trip at best buy, I then tried to order the phone using the code of redemption on the map. your Web site launched my order out, telling me that since I bought the code, the supported version wood was not available. Yet once again, I called customer service, they told me to go back to the card at best buy. I did another 1 hour trip to best buy and return to nothing will do. they can't refund my purchase because the code on the back of the card was revealed. the Manager of the best buy called your customer support to try to sort out, but it ended with a rude employ insensitive of you on the phone. at this point, if best buy could give me a refund, I would gladly have bought a HTC One. Since then, I contacted your service the customer several times and all I get is a run around. They tell me to order the phone anyway (not like I want it), then back on the phone, then get a refund, then order the phone I want. I told them that it was unacceptable, I want everything just pay the extra $25 for the wood back and get my phone. They stop for me they do escalate the issue and come up with a solution. I have not yet been given a clear answer on the address issue.some to your representatives said that they could change the address after I place the order, some of them told me that they cannot. What sense does it make to you on custom order a phone, but to be told you can't order it as you wish, and you can not ship to the address I need it shipped in the. On four different occasions, your representatives told me that they are emailing me a promo code free accessories to compensate for all my troubles. I have yet to see any of these emails. Once a representative told me that they would call me at 14:00 the next day, when they had to work. I informed them that I work at night and would be asleep right now, call me before 10:00 when I went to bed, or after 19:00 when I wake. They ignored it, called and woke me up at 14:24. If you know something to work at night and sleep during the day, you will know that back sleeping is virtually impossible. That evening, I had to go to work on about 3 hours of sleep, in a production facility handling dangerous and flammable chemicals. I have to say that your customer service is pretty bad customer service. Starting from 14/06/14, I had an AT & T customer service manager call your company. they got a manager in the team of motomaker to say that they would increase this to your advocacy group, to see if they could help. He then told me not to call them more, they call me on Monday. Given their history up to now, I doubt I'll get a call back. The return only call I received was one that woke me in the middle of the day. As it is right now, I'm on the price of this machine card on a motorcycle, $109.99, $15 in gas for trips to best buy and all my free time this week. I have no new phone, do not have to order and do not know if we could get delivered to me if I don't get to her. I received the case number is 140607-006435. Here is a list of the names and dates of contacts with your customer service teams. I don't know if this all of them, I might have missed some.

    At first glance, it seems that there is some confusion in your challenges with your attempt original you place your order. Because of the security if you buy a device of upgrade we adhere to the shipping data on file with your service provider. This was probably the cause of the error on the command original attempt that you can't ship to another address.

  • ADOBE CC - Customer Service fail to resolve my problem (curves) and compensate for them.

    23 February:

    I discovered that Adobe Photoshop 2015 CC had a problem with the program

    -J' I import my raw image

    -Apply the curve

    -Curve pen

    -Save as a PSD and JPG

    -Image on the PSD and JPG file appear with no good hard and curve lines.

    I report this problem to the Photoshop customer service, they said, it was a problem to update. I uninstall and reinstall... She still took place. Customer service suggested that I use Photoshop 2014.

    I paid over 100 dollars for old hardware? I didn't think it was just... anyway. I waited.

    March 4:

    I reinstalled 2015 and the black lines were always there.
    -J' have customer service message, they acknowledged the problem (bug) and assured me that the problem could be solved on the next update.
    -The update for adobe Photoshop was in November... (at this point I'm still paying)

    -They recognized this was not my fault and gave me a 30 day extension.


    30 days after I requested additional since an extension I was using a lower quality product. They do not allow this. Now, I'm upset.
    Not only am I paying full price, I pay for something less.

    They referred me to a (top team) B.S. that would respond to my inquiries about the problem...
    A came response where I was told that I was unable to get the extension... The end.

    What kind of service is that? Still, I have black lines on my jpg files and cannot produce impressions of Adobe Photoshop 2015! I will not be satisfied with something obsolete! What is the point of subscription if I don't get to use the latest software?

    I have attached a picture for example, nothing special. It's not supposed to be a hard line on my image, but each image that I recorded with changes product LINES TOUGH! * Note This is a PSD file, but jpg files save and print the same!

    If you have a solution... I'm all ears, because the Adobe creative team can't do anything for me and will not compensate for me either.

    Just out of curiosity, you reset the Photoshop preferences? Worth a try.

    In addition, as Warunicorn says, check updates of system which may include new graphics drivers.

  • Error and bad customer service. Help, please

    I am buying the annual plan creative element of cloud. First problem, the site displays in French as soon as I choose my plan. Even though I was on a page in English.

    I tried to contact customer service, they said try Safari. Same problems. Then they referred me to the Sales Department, I have received several questions until I was transferred all of a sudden. The phone rings. No response.

    If those who faced this problem, please advise. If adobe employees concludes, please check with your Web site and customer service because it is really a very bad experience for a company that provides an excellent software for us to design great user experience. It's a bit contradictory.

    This is not possible, you must contact customer service to change that day but I'm not sure that they accept because they must give you ten free for 15 to 25 days.

  • Not honor the warranty / the TERRIBLE customer service

    I'm so frustrated with HP "customer service." I will never buy an HP product again, due to their service horrible customer and the fact that HP is not to honor their guarantees or they make it extremely difficult to do.

    I have a HP Pavilion 14-c015dx chromebook who has a defective touchpad and no HP helps me. (Intermittently, my touchpad doesn't work. The cursor/pointer begins to shake/vibrate making it almost impossible to click on what is expected and the scrolling feature freezes. In addition, a powerwash has not solved the problem.) I started calling a few weeks previously, while still under the one year warranty. HP told me that my chromebook was out of warranty. It was not the case. They had an incorrect purchase date. They told me to scan and send a proof of purchase. I did twice, to two different and two e-mail addresses. I was told my chromebook could be repaired and wait for that box to ship it in in. I have an order number BFBB4515, but I got nothing. According to the status of the command line, it is said, awaiting customer action.  We was told by one of the several people that I spoke he would personally that my problem would be solved, but refused to give me his full name. Now when I answer emails before, I had the customer service, I receive replies automated indicating my chromebook is longer under warranty and I can't get email support. I just called customer service, and he said that I still need to send my receipt as proof of purchase. SERIOUSLY? HP, you are doing terrible business by making it so difficult for people to get their problems fixed. And shame on you for not honor your warranty.

    I have a dell inspiron 5755. Recently, the computer stopped recognizing the charger dell charger and will not charge the battery.  I verified that it is a bad charger and nothing wrong with my laptop.  I called the technical support and all first they told me that I had to upgrade the bios, but since the battery was less than 10%, I have to send my laptop while they could upgrade the bios.  I refused, declaring that I just need a charger and was informed that they would not send me a charger and I had to send my laptop.  I spoke with a supervisor who then told me that I had to drop it because my laptop was bad and I need to update the bios.  I told her that there is nothing wrong with my laptop. This is the cord. and I checked it.  He told me that they would not send me a charger I would need to drop it. I asked to talk to his boss and he said that was not a boss. He said he signed his own payslip.  I asked to speak to the customer service and he refused to transfer me to a first time indicating that they couldn't help me.  Again, I asked and he transferred me somewhere that has been closed.

    A few days later I received a call from customer support and I explained what had happened and told me he would send me a.  After several times being on hold and 45 minutes... He then informed me that the power supply is not covered by my warranty and they will send me one but I have to pay for it.  This was the worst experience I've ever had with a computer manufacturer.  I will never buy another Dell.
