  Looks like there is dust in the heat sink causing the CPU overheating. This happens to all laptops used in dusty environments.

  A quick fix would be to blow into the air vents when the laptop is turned off. This will reverse the flow of dust and dislodge. You can also use compressed air to blow off the dust.

  But if its in bad shape, you will need to disassemble the laptop and dust correctly. An ASP can do for you for a small fee.

In the end only USB worked with 3.0 but there was an optional windows update install and atfer install the optional update (which is dealing with something) the two USB 3.0 working at a speed of 120 MB/s
