Start of Aurora R4 gel after the cooling pump

I am desperate for some help I recently followed a thread that have instructions on how to fix a clogged liquid cooling pump and after difficulty had rerun which seemed to be fine, the processor cores slowed 50ish c after crossing successfully blocking even if bf4 caused to reach just below 100 c. fact some tests with temperatures with regular use intervened then for about 15 minutes, is come to a computer is turned off, trying to start it again, he started upward then made a windows config that caused a restart, at that time I got past the bios that warned me of the accident, then slowly leave bios much slower screen so I never saw him. After that he try to load windows but hangs at startup of windows only get a small part of the windows icon to actually show. All mind you my fan goes loud enough but not as it was pre liquid cooler maintenance but still working really, I'm afraid I've damaged the CPU but it seems that from what I read online that if I got to load windows at all it is in operation.

Plug I know vvv

Windows 7 Edition home premium

I7 3820 3.60gh processor

Invidia GTX 555

8 GB RAM on 2 4 gig sticks

WD xl500m

Please HELP, I just followed guides and I took my time running, I had would not fry the CPU, I already have a h55 of corsair on how to improve the cooling that I thought would be best. At this point I just want someone to diagnose it please what can be wrong now.

Update

At down to CPU, all taking care to avoid static when you manipulate this taken CPU so much so he rested in a wooden Bowl for the duration of the cleaning operations. Cleaned of any thermal paste used with iso alcohol 91% out of the jaws of the unit, CPU, socket cooling and nowhere else that touched the metal. The plug itself did not have any direct exposure to the dough as well below the CPU, it was very good, all the pins left intact and had no discoloration. My cooling pump that I fixed previously obtained ventilated and cleaned up a bit more, this time making sure the water in the tank was 100% at level before sealing it upward.

Then after watching some videos of people making those I sat the CPU in the socket, reapplied dough online about the same amount that the last company on the CPU first, tighten all fluid on the CPU coolers, and now I find myself just try not to be afraid to turn everything back on when he's back together.

Wish me luck, and all the words of advice would still be appreciated.

    Hello Ingo

Last days, we read more similar reports on the various problems after installing SP3. As far as I know that Toshiba has faced similar problems after SP2 release and updates were offered. The fact is that SP3 has a negative influence on the different drivers and Toshiba has designed tools and utilities.

For now, Toshiba has not any update and we need to see what will happen in the future. I always use SP2 and do not have similar problems on my laptop satellite.

Or you can live with it and wait for update or restore BONES on time earlier and remove SP3.
I see no solution at the moment.

If the problem occurs with the OS in normal mode and Thunderbird in SafeMode - http://support.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/kb/safe-mode - then you should suspect a program that is loaded by the operating system, such as antivirus. • Windows 2003 fails to start after the conversion from a virtual hard disk with vSphere Standalone Converter 4.0.1

    Hello

I've recently updated my host to vSphere 4. I've also upgraded to vSphere Converter 4.0.1. However, when I convert a Microsoft Windows 2003 virtual hard drive in vSphere, the resulting virtual machine does not start. He gets just after the BIOS screen, then turns black with only a white line in the upper left corner of the console.

I tried the hot and cold conversions. I tried changing the different settings of default conversion. I tried to remove the source machine and recreate.

It worked well under ESX3.5, so I wonder what I'm doing wrong on vSphere.

    Any help appreciated.

    Thank you.

In v4 disk are in SCSI format only.

Probably also the source was in the SCSI format... so v7 to the IDE format give you not configured in the bootloader of the disks.

  • Satellite A10 dies after the power LED blink

    Hello

I have a problem with the power supply of my Toshiba Satellite A10. Sometimes, after the computer sat for some time, I have a problem with the power. The "plugged power cable" - LED will start to blink and shortly after, the computer just dies.

It can also have the time to go into a lower energy state before he does. When it happened once, it will most likely happen also when I restart the computer, but after a much shorter time. WXP won't even have time to start. If I stop to select the source of start-up, the problem will occur anyway, this isn't the software. It should also be noticed that when the computer is not turned off, the 'smart power' - is on correctly.

I know that my battery is not very good. Completely loaded, the computer can run for maybe 3 minutes with only the battery. I know that I must have a battery connected, even if I use the power cable, but this occurs even when the mine problem. The battery would be pretty bad not even allow me to use the computer with a cable?

It should be added, that sometimes I can use the computer for long periods of time without this problem to happen. I also have a problem with the battery not being not properly in physical contact with the pins of the computer, but this isn't the problem here, because I have the same problem with the battery removed and me holding the battery in place.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello

You description is very long and detailed and it of still not easy to say what's wrong.
Usually, the DC-In witness lights up green when DC is provided FRO the AC current. If the output voltage of the adapter is abnormal or if power outages, this indicator flashes orange.

So I think that is your AC adapter malfunctions or there is something wrong with the electronic power supply on the motherboard.

Hmm, check if the Tempro software is installed.
If Yes, then you have two options; would it remove the system or if you want to use Tempro then you need to update this tool.

The Tempro software is a tool of Toshiba which monitors the HARD disk and the operating system and send you a notice if a new update of driver/tool is available on the European driver Toshiba page.
I deleted this tool because I don t need.

I have always followed this suggestion; never change a running system you know :)

Hello, I have this problem with Toshiba satellite A300.

I deleted several files and folders of my drives C and E. To restart the computer, it only shows the Toshiba logo then a slightly gray white screen on a thorough inspection. Whenever I press CRL + ALT + DELETE, the computer restarts and behaves in the same way.

I tried to use an external monitor, but there is no difference. The tent to start using a CD/DVD, same behaviour occurs, it does not start and screen remains blank after the Toshiba logo, I tried even to change g the order of boot, but in vain.

    What could happen?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello

It seems that you deleted system files and Windows no longer starts. Have you tried to restore the disk image factory settings or hard drive recovery? Or do copy the Windows installation... It is easier to reinstall rather fix the problem.

  • Z500 GPU works is not in performance of power high/Maximum after the spill of Milo

    Hello world!

Ask anyone advice/assistance on the issue of my laptop. I have Lenovo z500 with GT650m GPU 4 days years ago my cousin accidentally spilled her glass full of Milo on my laptop, fortunately I was able to remove the battery on time and everything dry up after that 24 hours he was already up and running again but I have a problem with the games I usually do listen on average FPS. Before the spill, I was playing Final Fantasy 14 with FPS on average around 45-60, once I start the game I felt the fan pick up speed, power and starts to heat up. After the spill, it seems that the dedicated GPU is not used I only get around 15-19 FPS on average.

Settings, control panel NVIDIA to power management is already Maximum power Powerformance, power management is also at its peak. I hope someone can help

Sorry, but you need to take your laptop to a technician or a lenovo for detailed service center check.

I don't think that anyone here can recommend an action plan to address your laptop after a spill of liquid. Milo can be sticky and may have formed a layer under the keyboard or if liquid has been spilled into the motherboard, it's a matter of time that the other components start to fail.

  • Computer TouchSmart HP Envy 17 t 2 weeks without a break stop at or just after the connection

    Hello

I really need help because I am pulling all my hair out with frustration. Here are the details:

I got a new Notebook HP TouchSmart 17 t for my birthday last week. I'm a developer and a code about 15 hours a day, and my laptop 15 inch 3 years was certainly an obstacle. Needless to say, I was very excited by envy, especially 17-inch screen.

That excitement lasted about 2 days.

In the first two days of use, I installed all the Windows, Windows updates 8.1, Chrome, Visual Studio, SQL Server 2012 and Management Studio, MySQL Workbench, Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office, and Avast. The system will periodically re-start during this time, but he wasn't even epidemic.

But from about the 3rd day, the computer began to stop more frequently. Initially, it was once every 30 minutes or so, but then increased rapidly so it restarted at or just after the login screen 9 of the 10 startups. Every 10th reboot or so, the computer will allow me to connect and I immediately try troubleshoot it before it will re-start again in 5 minutes or less.

The only thing I could think of that changed on the 3rd day is I installed Kaspersky to replace Avast (the laptop came with a 1 year free Kaspersky subscription). I didn't know if it was the culprit, or if I had a lemon of a computer that was overheating because of hardware problems, but to be sure, I tried to uninstall it. However, the computer wouldn't stay long enough for me to do.  I couldn't even in HP Recovery to restore the system.

Fortunately, I had burned the recovery DVDs and was able to start the recovery tool by booting from the DVD. I restored the computer configuration with minimal additional software installed (restore failed the on the first trial to 99% complete, but the second test was a success). I was really hoping this would solve the problem so I can start using my new laptop.

    No luck.

The first time I turned on the computer after the restore, it immediately starts close to, or just after the screen connection again. As before, I am able to use the computer for 5 minutes every 10th reboot or so before it restarts. During those rare moments, I was able to enter the power management settings to turn off sleep and Hibernate, given that several forum posts which indicate as a potential culprit. However, the computer won't stay long enough to install updates of window or Windows 8.1, or to ensure that all drivers are up-to-date.

Furthermore, I believe that the BIOS flashed when Windows 8.1 has been installed and I wonder if it needs to be reset. (I don't think the restoration process reactivates the BIOS to its original settings, but I have really no idea.)

Anyway, here I am with a new laptop that I can not use.  I don't know if it's a driver problem, software conflict, hardware problem, problem of BIOS or something else. Needless to say, I am very frustrated and I would really appreciate suggestions.

    Thank you

    Tom

    Tom, welcome to the forum.

This isn't how HP computers to run.  I strongly suggest that return you it and get another HP computer that works.  If it does not work long enough to install the updates, it will very probably not get much better.  I want to help you to save your hair!

  • Windows 7 freezes after the awakening of the screen saver.

Windows 7 has recently been gel after the awakening of the screen saver that works all night.  This does not happen after shorter periods, to be in screen saver mode.

I use a (empty) delivered screensaver.  When he wakes up I can open the Control Panel, but I can't open anything else.  If I try to open a Web browser first browser does not open and I can't open the Panel configuration or any other application.  I can't even restart the computer without hitting the power button.

This is a new Windows machine and it worked fine for several months.  It is a series of of CM5571 ASUS desktop PCs. Pentium E5400 Dual Core CPU. 6 GB of ram 64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.

In the event logs, I see errors repeated for SideBySide and volmgr.

My advice is that you should update the BIOS and motherboard drivers:

Have you tried updating the BIOS yet?  'freeze upwards after the awakening of the screen saver'-c' is very similar to a problem faced by Vista users with motherboards Asus 2/3 years ago:

  • Satellite A210-199 does not start successfully after the BIOS update

    Hello

    I've got Sat A210-199.
Yesterday I updated the BIOS, and after that problems occurred:

While restarting my computer does not start. When I enter the BIOS after a while, it shuts down.
I guess all this because the temperature of the CPU:

    When I do nothing it is 77 C. I don't think it's normal: (.)
Computer is very recent, so it's probably not dust inside. And it's so hot from the start, but after the new BIOS, something bad happens.

Why this temp is so high?
There is no any process background or something.
    Is this normal?
And what about this new BIOS?

To be honest, something like this should not happen. I really don't understand why this is happening. I have updated the BIOS on friends A200 and mine P200 and everything works fine. Here on this forum we can only speculate on this issue, but what you need exactly's professional opinion.

This probably not help but install recovery image and check with the factory settings. Make sure you also on the lower side cooling fan is not blocked and the laptop can be cooled properly. If the problem persists, you should contact the nearest authorized maintainer and clarify this issue.

Sorry, but I don't really know what you can do in this situation. I don't see any other way to solve this problem.

    Good luck!

    M. Vilela

    Hi Danielle,

In addition to the suggestion of Rock Star, you can try the following steps and check if it helps.

    Step 1

You can first try to start the computer in safe mode and check if you can boot to the desktop. Access the link below and follow the steps to boot to the desktop. To boot to the desktop in safe mode keep tapping key F8 during restart. Once you see the option to start in safe mode select and press to enter.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Step 2

If you are able to boot to the desktop in safe mode, you can access to view the history of update on your computer and search for the error code and the updates that failed to install and post it back.

To view the update history, follow the steps below:

    A. open the control panel (all items view) and click the Windows Update icon.

    B. click on the link to view update history.

To view the details of a single Windows Update. Select and right-click on a Windows Update list, and then click details.

    Step 3

I would say also allows you to perform a system restore in safe mode to see if you can restore the computer to an earlier date when it was working fine.

To restore the operating system to an earlier point in time, follow these steps:

    a. Click Start, type system restore in the search box and then in the list click on the system restore program.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    b. in the System Restore dialog box, click on choose a different restore point and then click Next.

    c. in the list of restore points, click a restore point created before you started having the problem, and then click Next.

    d. click Finish.

The computer restarts and system files and settings are back to the State they were in when the restore point was created.

Access the link below to learn more about how to repair the operating system and how torestore configuring operatingsystem to a point in time earlier in Windows:

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/what-is-system-restore

I hope this helps. Let us know the results.
