• Satellite P300 after hybernation error message

  Hi all
  I bought a P300 satellite on December, all sems that works properly, but after hybernation it appears this error information:

  C:/program files/toshiba/TOSCDSPD/cmdpst.dll is having an error or is not ready to be executedin windows (Spanish translation)

  The system installed is windows Vista, after reset, as the lab tab everything works Ok.

  1. what happens when you connect any USB device to the computer, or trying to shut down the computer after hibernation?

  2. do you have security software installed on the computer?

  3. did you of recent changes on the computer?

  4 when was the last time it was working fine?

• Stay programs XP SP2 after installation of XP SP3

  I am running XP SP3 and have the following programs from XP SP2 remains: .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, 2.0 & 3.0 SP2 as well as MSXML 4.0 KB927978 936181, 954430 & 973688. I can remove these programs from my install programs without harmful effect?

  They are not programs, they are the runtimes (MS .NET Frameworks), a parser (MSXML 4) and updates of security (KBs927978, 936181, 954430 & 973688) for the XML parser.

  If you want to uninstall what you have listed the question is, when they were installed?
  If they have been installed before Service Pack 2 has been applied, then you can now uninstall .

  If they were installed after SP2 has been applied, then you can uninstall SP3 with all required reboots, uninstall the lot of them, restarting, reapply SP3 with all the required reboot.
  Please note that MSXML 4 SP2 will be no longer supported after April 2011. You will need to install MSXML 4 SP3-

  Let's start by downloading the latest drivers and software from HP and see if that helps.

  When you install the drivers, it is important to perform the following actions:

  1. remove the printer from the PC.

  3 reinstall the printer driver.

• System will be short-lived upward after Hybernation.

  On my Vista Home Premium 64 my pc does not always have to wake up from hybernation. I move and click with the mouse, try ctrl-alt-del and nothing happens. I turned it off and then turn on and sometimes it works. Are there known issues with hybernation? If so, what can I do?

• Problems with Vista OS SP2 after automatic updates: using OneCare; application of integrated keylogger HP CPU "HP SDP" made by IBM in Durham, North Carolina (?); corrupted Samsung print driver downloaded from the website of the company

  Entered possible hacker:

  1. techie OneCare WINS access - probably not unauthorized and do not believe it causes always provided a quality service, but they have had access in the past.

  2 HP technicians - have had access to my computer once - did a good job with computer crash (not sure cause), but tried to sell me more HP products when I have no money...

  3. after the technicians HP did good job with crash, started to have pop-ups keep HP application that appeared as an add-on that works without permissions on my computer. Google the name of the HP SDP application > recovered information said program is IBM in North Carolina. Called them. Nobody gives any information on the program until I got ahold of a person who gave me the phone to techie Dept. It took all day. Not have not yet contacted technology because they have closed before I could call.

  4. called HP to inquire about the search info from HP SDP. on his goal? HP said he works as a keylogger you sell stuff. But what was weird is after the system crashed and repaired, there was one day that he has opened three times in ten minutes! The behavior of the application has changed after my OS has been repaired. Then after that I indicated HP where I found information on this program, the program disappear from the list of "run without permissions" in internet options explore > manage add-ons > run without the permissions list

  5. one day, I'm working on a word document, and the printer stops abruptly, impression. No amount of turn, or by clicking 'Cancel' will get doc from the printer queue. MS literature said this could be a security issue. The printer says "printing of documents", but no printing at my end.

  This problem is compounded when I delete browsing history and try to refresh the internet Explorer.   Thanks a lot for your excellent advice. The Techies MS OneCare fixed the popup of HP before I read your message. (I was remiss to check my email...). I'll follow the instructions you sent me and am running the OneCare security right now, online scanner that I already know an excellent and effective tool because it has repaired my MS operating system and programs after that I accidentally deleted parts of the operating system by removing a .dll file, I need or such a thing! I also wanted to thank you for the information about the object of the HP SDP pop-up window. I saved your instructions on how to remove this case, the pop up appears again. One thing I noticed is that, after removal, some keys on my keyboard don't work, and I've read that other HP users encounter the same problem with the keys on the keyboard. The keys that seem to be affected are the keys that automatically open and close the door of the CD burner. Not a problem, because it is another way to open and close the drawer. It's one that HP must improve. In regards to your advice on the printer driver you have been 'right on' new! I reinstalled the driver using my own CD (not the latest driver, but one that works!) I think that the problem with the update of the Samsung driver that I downloaded from the Web site doesn't have some kind of problem. It is very unusual for a driver to Samsung, because I got excellent results with printers Samsung and free updates downloaded from their Web site. The first Samsung printer I had worked so well, for so long as the small rubber roller that takes the paper and it feeds through the printer wore out until the printer is, literally in a 100,000 pages printed after that I bought for about $80.00 dollars! So, I went out and bought another one, and that's what I use now. The printer works fine now, except for some reason, the icon in my taskbar notification area, allow to check the printer the status of jobs, cancel or repeat printing as before. I learned that the defragmentation of the hard disk too can cause problems also. • The mouse scrolling erratic on Win7 SP2 after August 2015 Windows Update

  Installed a Windows Update (KB # unknown) description something like "(mise à jour pour Microsoft Mice, claviers, etc.) in mid-late August 2015, and now MS Mouse scrolling is very erratic on Chrome and IE11."  Impossible to find in the updates installed to uninstall the update.   Win7 SP2 64 bit, Windows updates current, Windows comfort wireless 5000 mouse.

  Also the experience of MSE problem with comprehensive analyses no finished, reported and documented by multiple users, supposedly awaiting MS fix.

  My laptop started giving problems (slow start & suspended inbetween) so I tried to re-installation with installation disk but recovery whaile there ask lang. & confirmation of removal of data and after the installation of minutes collapsed & turn in DOS (X :) for admin.

  When I restarted labtop it shows Bootmgr has failed.

  So I contact customer Service & they replaced the HARD drive with new, but still the same problem.

  I even tried to install XP SP2 after copying the files, it displays HARD drive not found.

  Pls help

  If you try to install your laptop computer with the Microsoft installation disc, you need the SATA drivers. You can find it on the Toshiba site.
  You must load the drivers of an external floppy drive or you integrate into a new CD with nLite (www.nliteos.com).

  For the recovery disc you n t need these drivers because they are already on the disk.
  If you get the same problem with the recovery disk, you should check your disk with Drive Fitness Test (Google is your friend).
