Hello

Sounds like hardware and you cannot resolve hardware with the software. Check with the system

  • NETWORK DISCONNECTS RANDOMLY, I READ EVERYTHING HERE AND NOTHING WORKS, PLEASE HELP ME! :(

    Lenovo G510
    Intel core i5 - 4210M
    Windows 7 ultimate
    Broadcom 802.11n network adapter

For almost a month I had problems with my laptop because it disconnects randomly the system for some reason, I can't identify.
It can operate correctly for one hour, then disconnects the wireless network card. Every now and then, or every 10 minutes, depends on the day I guess.
I had a lot of reading the forums on this topic and found nothing to work up to now
    That's what I tried:
    -everything is on maximum performance
decliques-i 'allow the computer to turn off this device to save power ".
-disabled some 'ip helper' in services
-check all that relates to the router (change channels, interference with other routers or wifi), the hardware part SEEMS very well (the laptop is fairly new, it's like a year and never had any problems with it)
-verification of updates of drivers, it says I have the latest version
-fully scanned the laptop for viruses and none has been detected
n ' install any programs lately that could cause this
    -network, signall is excellent

And still nothing worked. NOTHING. I'm really desperate now. The only thing that makes the network working again almost instantly (like5-10 sec then that if I let him restart itself it takes 2 minutes for even 30-40 minutes), turn and turn again on the wireless network card (I have it by pressing the airplane mode)
If no help pleaseeee? I noticed that it happens to many other users also.

If the steps we have provided above has not resolved the problem with intermittent wireless connectivity, then what Canadian technology said, it is likely that the problem lies in the material.

Intermittent wireless connectivity are often caused by loose or defective air intakes to the wireless card, or a faulty card as well. This is the reason why Canadian Tech informed on the use of an external USB wireless device.

Another option is to contact the manufacturer of your device, which is Lenovo, for repair options based on security they provide. You can contact them via this link.

I have a wireless network problem, it disconnects randomly anywhere between 1 h and 4 h. The network consists of a Samsung 4 G hotspot and a Linksys AE1000. • The USB ports and keyboard randomly not working no-error 43

    Hi all

I tried intermittently in recent days to resolve a really annoying error 43. I was able to glean
of the various forums that problems similar to mine are most often took place and various folk remedies
appear to be available, but none of them have worked for me.

Here's what happens: apparently at random, my usb ports and a keyboard stop working. It's especially annoying
because I have a usb mouse, when this error occurs, I'm so completely powerless to do anything.
I got around it sometimes by plugging my mouse into a different usb port (my computer a lot). That's how
I found that I was getting code 43 error, "this device has been stopped because he reported the problems." (do not remember
    the exact wording).

This started happening a few days ago, I've never had any problems like this before. I also tried other usb devices
in the port - nothing works when the error occurs. Curiously, the error sometimes stops just as randomly
as it begins. Sometimes some ports work and others - sometimes, I can't use my keyboard, but not my mouse and
    Vice versa.

Here are the remedies I've tried:
    1. Uninstall and then reinstall the drivers for the USB controllers, mouse and keyboard
    2. performance of FixIt for hardware and drivers
3 let the computer unplugged for a while, then returning to it (it helps temporarily, but the error still recurs)

Sometimes, I heard that you may need to update your BIOS. I already have the latest version of.
If someone needs more information, let me know.

Alright! That's all. I hope someone can help me, that would be a really stupid handicap for my computer to have otherwise.

  • The mouse continues to disconnect randomly

    span / / p
With the help of OS Vist, my husbands mouse continues to disconnect randomly.  He has reinstalled the drivers, did the computer repair.  He changed the mouse to a new with the same result.  It has also changed the cables autour and she always does on other ports.  It seems to be a problem with OS rather than material.

Problem solved (for me). Resolution-Wrecked TWO mice! Bought again the machine and we like that. I will never use two mouse at the new!

    Question answer.
Operating system: Win7. (Even if the previous user, the question was under Vista).
    Question started: yesterday. 23 / Feb / 2010.

Hello, my name is Royce, I have a problem with my mouse on Windows 7.

Question: The mouse turns off randomly, I hear the device disconnect sound, then the sound of connection device. It disconnects all all three to six seconds, and the mouse power light turns off during this disconnect. I suspect my internal USB Hub is powered off, but do not.

Cause: I had two mouse plugged in at the same time, so a friend can have control of the screen with me. In a few minutes, this problem started.

Tried to fix it: I uninstalled the mouse driver, tried different ports, updated windows, different mice, taken the battery out of the motherboard, reset the bios and even entered in DeviceManager and ensured that all usb hubs do NOT go to power saving mode. I don't know what else to try, but then again I'm not all that known with Win7.

When you first start my PC, the mouse will be OK for about 20 seconds, then the problem is getting worse and worse. If I don't move my mouse, I don't hear the disconnect sound, but it is perhaps more than that.

When the mouse goes off, I think I can use my keyboard. The CapsLock light is wrong, so I suspect that the keyboard does not meet this problem. Oh, and all of my devices are USB2, so it's all modern. My PC is new, built the House. It's a machine fast quad core with a lot of power to the usb2.

    Help, please!

  • USB mouse and keyboard stop working after I have install Windows Update KB2913431

After installation automatic Windows Update KB2913431 (Win 7 Enterprise), the computer seems to work very well, but my mouse and keyboard stop working.  The option of automatic repair after that start with F8 does not work.  He said that the error is "unspecified".

The fool is that it has created a constellation of intermittent problems when I try other options to get these devices to function after the update.  The questions I will of unpowered USB ports, grateful Windows and install the drivers for USB devices, but then do not recognize their (and are not), random BSOD, restore points invalid system, random boot failure, which causes discs to randomly stop working properly, closed randomly , à... I think you get the idea.

I think it must be a driver problem.  I passed through the Device Manager and uninstall all hidden devices.  I have updated the drivers for everything that has an update available.  I tried to disable all, but Microsoft services at startup and in the list of "services".  I've always been unsuccessful; However, when I can get it to successfully restore to a point before the update (none of the automatic restore points work correctly) it seems ok.  It will sometimes seem to work after I applied the update, but then go haywire shortly after.  I am convinced that it is not a hardware problem, given that the prior update restores (when they actually cross without failure) work very well.

I went through countless articles in the knowledge base and tried all the suggestions I've seen, other than registry cleaners because I had a bad experience with this earlier.  I tried so many things that I lost count and the memory of some of them.

I reached point is never install the update (an option that I prefer not to use) or creating a clean Windows install on another drive (an option that I prefer not to use, but I'm a little more friendly to).  I already started to back up files to prepare a clean install, but I reach out one last time before I pull the trigger.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions you have!

We can insert is more completely the plug of charger USB - C OR USB - C adapter (USB - C, USB - A and HDMI).  They stopped short about 1-1, 5 mm.  Food is always delivered, but a very small movement can cause the power disconnected, even if most is still mainly in.  Data connections may be lost in the same way with potentially catastrophic effects.

Is this a warranty issue?  It's rather disturbing if USB - C plugs/Sockets can fail if relatively fast especially in this case it's an all-Apple above adapters line and computer.

Yes, usb ports a and c have a very known issue that no one is really writing.

    Hi @Horacio_B,

Thanks for joining the Forums of HP Support for a solution to your installation problem.

I understand that you try to use an all-in-one printer HP Deskjet 1510 with a PC that has been upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but does not complete the installation of the USB and the HP Solution Center is not available. I would like to help.

I would like to start by disconnecting the USB cable and uninstall all software related to printers. Here is a support document which can be used if necessary reference - uninstalling the software of the printer (Windows).

Once it's over try to use the HP printer installation wizard for installation. This tool will get the software and installation help.

Please let me know if that solves the problem, or if you need assistance.

Indeed, if this help you to achieve a solution please click the 'accept as Solution' and the 'thumbs up' buttons down below in this message.

  • USB mouse loses power, freezes randomly, ceases to work, a solution

Running the SP3 XP, 32-bit home edition, P4 2.8 Dell 4600i.  To run run a Dell USB keyboard and mouse USB ativa.  These are the only two USB devices connected to my computer.

    All updates are underway.

For a few months now, I got my mouse USB working at random times stop.  Move my mouse the mousepad on my pant leg seemed to thaw it (most) of the time.  Recently, I got a warning from outdated taskbar re "USB Power Surge" dialog box when I resorted to unplug the mouse and reconnecting to restore operation of the mouse.

A power surge USB Google search led me to a fix!  This correction, however, is not as described below.

Use your computer as an administrator.

Click right poste post work, select Properties, select hardware, select Device Manager.  Scroll down to Bus USB controllers, open the sign more Bus USB controllers, do scroll to the USB root hub and highlight.  Right-click this entry, and then select Properties.  A window will open with four tabs.  Choose the power management.  The page should say hub USB root and below, should be a check box to uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power" that box and close.  Close all dialog boxes, including the Device Manager.

That repeat the same exact steps for all of the other listed USB root Hubs and close once.  It should not be necessary, (it was not for me), but a reboot may be necessary to save the settings.

I think my computer has been turned off for my mouse when it was not used or has struggled to recognize that the mouse has been used.  Sometimes the red laser would disengage (no light) or available power would be reduced, resulting in malfunction.

This Council would apply to the proper functioning of any built-in USB port used.  I have eight USB ports allowing to use it on my computer, and there are four lists of USB root hub, each with a 500 my rating.

Solutions to vary on symptoms and devices used; It is a solution that I have found anywhere else.

Sometimes replace the device (mouse) is the key, or buy a hub USB self-powered can address performance issues.  With a card integrated (mother) USB port, only 500 mA is available to power a USB device, but a self-powered USB hub will support USB devices that draw more current than the built-in USB port can provide, particularly when a single USB port supports, such as a mouse and a USB set camera.

In my case, the mouse has worked on a Linux machine, but not on the XP computer.  The keyboard would freeze a few seconds sometimes when you tap on XP, but not on Linux.  Now, both the mouse and the keyboard work as expected and there is no point of freezing more of any kind.

Operation of these devices has got to be a little frustrating, but the solution was simple.

    I hope this helps.

  • Android / USB devices keep connection / disconnection on R7

My daughter has an R7, and she meets a weird problem with the USB ports on this topic.

No android device can stay connected. As soon as you plug it in, it makes the sound connection then the disconnection and keeps cycling between the connection and disconnection.

He is not related to the device as I've tried two different phones and tablet with cables, all work fine on other computers. And I tried on three available laptop USB ports, all the same behavior.

Research online I found a lot of people with similar issues for the most outstanding. I disable USB suspend option in power with no result options, but also to uninstall all the USB hub so that they would be resettled at the time of starting and installed all updates of windows as an option.

She also knows another question on its USB ports, we have a Samsung slim external DVD player that uses a USB data and power Y cable which works also very well on any other machine. On its R7, during playback of a video, the video continues making blocks at regular intervals as something prevents the full stream. You wonder if this is related.

Apart from that, mouse USB, USB keys or external USB drives seem to work fine.

Anyone with a similar problem and a definitive solution?

Thank you, but I seem to have found a solution to both these questions.

    (1) regarding the android devices that kept to disconnect and reconnect, after reading the thread below

    https://support.Microsoft.com/en-us/KB/2900614

I checked the registry keys were present on the surface my wife pro3 for

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_XXXX & PID_XXXX\YYYY\Device parameters

and found that there are three DWORD values in there that were not on the R7

    SelectiveSuspendEnabled
    EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled
    DeviceSelectiveSuspended

Then I added these 3 DWORD and put them all to zero (disabled), and the problem disappeared. You should not have three of them, but I have not tested one at a time again.

    (2) for polyhedral external DVD playback, it turns out be pretty trivial. Someone had activated the hardware acceleration in the VLC Player settings. I reset all the settings of VLC, and it worked fine from there.

    Hope this can help others

  • Wireless disconnects randomly on my laptop.

I have a Dell laptop purchased in 2006. He has XP with SP3. I have a wireless network set up at my house so that I can wireless internet access anywhere in it. When you use my laptop, sometimes, I'll be on a Web site and the following I try to go does not load, and then it will say that the page is not found because I lost the connection. At this point, I can disconnect from the network and then reconnect to it and the internet works perfectly until the next time that this happens. No other laptops or devices home lose the connection like this. I found some suggestions online to disable wireless zero, and I tried for a while. When I did this, at random times just as before, a different symbol wireless jump upward in the task bar (Intel ProWireless I think) telling me that she had lost the connection. With off WZ, I can't look for a network, so I can not disconnect and reconnect. A few minutes later, he will return to full power. This happens often and completely at random, as he has done before. There is another feature I should enable or disable? I have all kinds of specifications, but I don't know who to post. Help, please!

    Hello

Go to the properties of the network card WIRED on the power management tab, uncheck the box "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

The cause of this is the Wireless Zero Configuration (WZC) service. This feature, enabled by default in Windows XP Service Pack 3, is designed to optimize the use of wireless network technology in constantly looking for other wireless networks. This process has been known to cause clients to randomly drop their Wi - Fi connection. The best method to alleviate this problem is to use third party software to manage your wireless connection. This software will almost always receive with the driver for the wireless card you are using. Once you have this software installed, you want to disable the automatic configuration service to prevent it to load at startup.

    1. 'change advanced settings' in the wireless network connection dialog box
    2. in the tab "wireless", select the network and click Advanced.
    3. change a random setting
    4. click on OK and OK
    5. step 1 and 2 once again
    6. restore the random setting

ACERS have a sticker on their SN: xxxxxxx...

I'm sorry, but Microsoft does not recovery discs provide to the OEM brand (Acer, HP, etc.) computers.

It is the responsibility of the computer manufacturer; in this case, Acer.
