I called my Bank and they verified that there was no transaction on their record for any payment for S $13 today. I tried with my VISA and AMEX card credit (from different banks) and the two do not work. Why Adobe / Digital River rejects my credit card payment?

I have problems with this month, Adobe CC Plan payment. Initially, the problem was not being able to update the credit card information (error: PMT_000008), after having tried several browsers, clean cache and introducing the new card number (I have 8 requests for prior authorization charged to my new card) I was able to update the information of the card , but the old card is displayed in the "Payment information" section (masterCard * 41 this is the old card), but in the "registered Payment Options", the new map is saved as the default (* 18 new card). my account expired because of payment problems
My account has expired due to problems of payment this month. I have a special plan because I was using an old product before so I discount membership for a year. So now I'd like to change my credit card information and continue to use my old subscription because a year has not yet done. But there is no options to change my payment information to the web site. So, how can I change, pay and continue to use my old subscription.

If I check the records with the associated profile adobe ID, the subscription has already expired due to non-payment of the invoice.

Greek payment problems of credit cards
Hello, due to capital controls which are effect on the Greek banking system the monthly payment from my account bounced. Greek credit cards are not accepted, and no doubt I'm the only one with this problem, because the cat of support was not aware of the problem and there is no official route from Adobe on how to handle this. My proposal was to use the credit card of our subsidiary in another country (and change the details of the Bill accordingly), but again this was not also possible... support offered to cancel the account and create a new. I assume that the payments more bouncing of the Greece, there will be a sort of average payment of handling/alternative that will be acceptable to Adobe (like banking or temporary transfer accept credit card from other countries until the situation is resolved).

Hey everybody,
I have a system of direct payment somewhere between user registration and authentication within the app. I confirmed that my Integrator ID is valid, and that the box "send app ID and version" is checked in the app generator.
, The system has been for a while, but I had to change, that is when I noticed that the system was broken. After some research I found that the SSL certificate on https://lighthouse.adobe.com has been and remains disabled. I managed to write my system around the invalid cert, but I fear that it may still cause problems.
I have contact the Gold technical support, but they were not useful (they still able to deliver a file number).
I'm on date limit and many require this system works. Any help is appreciated.

The credit card was rejected because he was over the limit. This problem has been fixed, but I don't see any way to pay the account manually or have Adobe reprocess it.

My CreativeCloud says I have to pay to use Ps and Lr when I try to connect in this iMac, but I had no problem in MacBookPro. Do I have to pay for Ps and Lr for every computer I use them or?

Creative cloud payment problem
I am buying the annual student creative cloud and it seems not be soon. I put in all my info and press on confirm and for less than a second a payment processing window opens, and then reload the web page and I'm back to the page where is said to confirm the payment. I didn't get e-mails on the transaction. I tried with paypal and credit card and it will go through. The web page keeps reloading and bringing back me to the confirmation page.
