video driver first elemets 12 from start

Hello

I just bought and installed first elemets 12.

When I try to start the program it says "no compatible video driver found".

I use a DisplayPort adapter for my monitor.
I want to start the program, even with limited performance.

I don't want to change the graphics card.

Question: How can I start the program anyway?

Thank you

Peter

Hello

I found a ticket to solve this issue with the same model of computer:

-DELL Vostro AMD & Intel Grafikkarte on laptop win7 64-bit

-go to the catalyst control center

-go to the power tab

-assign 'gpusniffer.exe' high power

Thank you :-)

  • Is it possible to extract personal folders from my hard drive and transfer to an external hard drive if Windows does not start?

Hello, I recently started my Windows XP Dell computer and it should start up normally unless it would run the ChkDsk utility. It would freeze then 68% on stage 1 and goes no further. I called the people of Dell and after trying so many solutions, including safe mode, safe mode with network and CommandPrompt, we ran the diagnosis. The hard drive and memory are fine, no errors. He concluded that it was the operating system and must be restored. However, I have important files, I need to extract from my hard drive and he recommended me an external hard drive. I bought it, but now I'm not sure how to extract my files from my drive hard if Windows can not even boot the desktop computer. Is it possible to extract these files without the use of the desktop computer?

And you've burned the .iso image, and not as data? If Yes, then you have created a bootable CD. Put it in your optical drive and restart the computer. You may need to change the boot order in your BIOS. With some machines, you can get a temporary startup command menu by pressing a function such as F12 at startup. Other computers require that you enter setup and change the boot order in the optical drive first of all from there. When you start your computer it will be information about which key press to enter the BIOS (Setup) or give you the temporary boot order.

After you changed the boot order to boot first from the CD and rebooted the computer, Knoppix will boot. Have your external hard drive connected to the computer before you start doing this. After Knoppix is finished booting, you will be in his office. It will be very similar to Windows. There are icons on the desktop for your internal hard drive and the external hard drive. Copy files from the internal to the external drive as you want. Review what I wrote about the use of Knoppix in my previous answer. MS - MVP - Elephant Boy computers - don't panic!

  • Toshiba will be updating video driver from Nvidia NVS 2100 M for Tecra S11?

Toshiba will be updated driver Nvidia NVS 2100 M of S11?

My S11 machine is almost 3 years old. In the first year there was a lot of update for the drivers, but last year 1 there is no update.

Official website of nvidia, there is a driver download page, but if I install the last driver - no matter that one - I have several video driver related issue. So I downgrade to the Toshiba nvidia driver.
    I'll try this one
    http://www.nvidia.com/object/Quadro-notebook-WIN8-Win7-WinVista-64bit-310.90-WHQL-driver-all.html

If nvidia or toshiba will update the video driver?

To be honest I don t think that Toshiba will offer updates for older models of laptops.

As you probably know Toshiba offers modified and tested the drivers so it will be interesting to know what kind of problems you have with the NVIDIA driver.

  • Driver AMD stop works to start video

    Hello

For 2 months I have a problem with Skype when the video begins in the Skype application. The screen freezes for a short time, and then I get the message that my AMD display driver has stopped working and has been reset. It also happens if I just go to settings - video settings. The same problem is also described here: http://community.skype.com/t5/Windows-desktop-client/Skype-Crashes-Video-Driver/m-p/3240988/highligh...

I already tried to install different drivers AMD catalyst - 14.4, 13.12 and driver WHQL provided automatically from windows update. I also tried to completely delete Skype and re - install, I have also removed my webcams and re - install (MS Lifecam Studio and a Logitech Webcam). Everything nothing helped and showed exactly the same end result. I also did a full refresh of 8.1 to win with the inner function where all 3rd party applications to withdraw, without change.

In other applications such as the build in camera 8 Win and Teamviewer app webcams work fine.

I don't really know how to solve this problem. I'm happy for all the advice.

Please see a newspaper closed, more a result of run DirectX diagnostic.

Edit: 5600K - A8 APU where I use the integrated graphics card.

Just to check if this problem is only the latest versions of Skype, try to uninstall the version 6.18 and install the 6.14.0.104 version.

  • Error video driver on Satellite Pro A60

I had problems with my Toshiba A60 which has just run out of warranty. About a week ago I started getting blue screen errors and kept restarting my laptop. Once it had restarted using Microsoft error checking that it has been said that there is a problem with the video device driver.

Since the video driver in my laptop is the first thing I did to ATI mobility graphics chip 7000 IGP has been download a new, updated driver from the Toshiba site for this. Unfortunately this did not remedy the error. I was getting the errors blue stop screen, so to try to combat this, I reduced the hardware acceleration on the Panel against zero in case of problem, but there is not good.

When to start the laptop I just get the F8 screen first for giving me options to start Windows, main characters in the text are flickering and disappeared.
I've updated several different drivers etc on the Toshiba site one being the BIOS of the victory. Looking at the forums, I realized that I'm not the only one with this problem. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

    Hello

Unfortunately, if the blue screen error message is displayed if it s software mainly heavy fault or malfunction of the equipment.
To find out what's wrong the best way to reinstall the entire Windows operating system.
If this procedure works correctly, so it could be a software problem. But if is not possible to install the operating system or the error message appears again after the new installation so there must be something wrong with the hardware. In your case, maybe it s the chip of the graphics card.

    Hello;

Let me welcome you on the HP forums!

From your description, it seems that, after you have installed the correct video driver for your ProBook (15.201.1301) AMD, Windows Update is then by installing a different driver on top of that, right version?

If this is the case, you must follow these instructions to STOP Windows update update drivers: how stop Windows 10 to update automatically the device drivers - windows Windows 10-10

Once you do this, you should not see updates to the pilot after that.

  • GE force 314.22 video driver with the new office issue

I bought my desire Phoenix h9-1340 t nine at HP in January.  A month and a half ago, I've updated the video driver from Nvidia Web site and the video card no longer works correctly.  I contacted the technical support.  They had me turn off all my Windows drivers and had run me the computer in selective startup.  The video card, then worked, and they said that the problem has been resolved.  I told them that this doesn't seem to be a solution for me, so they sent me a new video card.  That has not fixed the problem.  I was told to return the pc to HP for a repair.  I just returned it today and I saw that the only thing they did was to replace the video card again.  I contacted HP and they said that the problem was with Nvidia driver and told me to only update the video driver through HP.  I recorded with Nvidia and posted my problem.  The reaction was unanimous and the issue lied with the configuration with my computer not driver Nvidia.  Could someone please help me with this problem?

    Hello new pinktoe.

If using Selective startup allowed pilots to work properly then there must be something in this list cause you problems.  You need to determine what exactly is causing the problem.  I would suggest trying the following.

    1. Press Windows + X key combination.
    2. Select 'run '.
    3. Type "msconfig" and press ENTER.
    4. Start without services or startup items using Selective startup.  However, only select one.
    5. Save the changes and reboot the laptop.
    6. If the problem persists, return to msconfig and reactivate the disabled item.  Disable the other element, save your changes and restart again to verify that the question doesn't disappear indeed with this option.

If the problem disappears when disable services that you will want to try the following.

    1. Select the Services tab.
    2. Check the box "hide all Microsoft services" at the bottom left.
    3. Disable all services.
    4. Re-enable the first services of 5-10, save the changes and restart the computer.
    5. If the problem returns then you know that this is one of these services and you can always disable the services activated until you find the culprit.
    6. Repeat if necessary until the offender is found.
    7. Display the result.

If the problem disappears to disable startup items, you will need to repeat the same process.

Once you determine what item (s) is causing the issue make sure to display the result.

    Nice day!

You can access Mode safe? You start the computer, press F8 repeatedly. Cases in this use System

No registration necessary data and re - install Windows Vista may be the best option if
    Here are a few more.

You can save your files by putting the drive in another computer as a 2nd drive (the best) or a
External drive USB enclosure and then backup to removable media such as CD, DVD,
or other USB keys. Of course, a real computer store or your system maker can help to recover

-Double click - Driver tab - click on UPDATE driver - device Manager - map - graph
then right click on the device and UNINSTALL - REBOOT.

A method to try to get to the desktop (try in normal Windows Mode without failure) is
CTRL + ALT + DEL - Manager tasks and tab process EXPLORER.exe and COMPLETE the PROCESS
-then on the Applications tab - lower right kind - new task - in EXPLORER.exe. Safe mode

Black screen problems are extremely difficult to repair and all patch is usually on a base hit or miss.
That there is no information on a black screen as it is on a blue screen just adds to the

  • Twitch.TV HTML5 player causing the video driver crash

Current video card is Radeon HD7800. This problem only appears when using Firefox to watch videos on the site of twitch.tv using the new HTML5 player. At the beginning all right, but there is gradual corruption of the firefox window. Text disappears, corrupt graphics and finally the leak of graphics corruption on windows or Aero, office causing a crash video driver and the restoration. This only happens with the jerk HTML5 player. All other sites work fine. The player also works very well in other browsers. IE9 and chrome have been tested. Firefox is the most recent version, and so are the video drivers.

I've had previous issues with suffers from a strange, unexplained, graphical corruption that have been patched out in new versions of firefox. It is the first instance when Firefox caused a crash of the complete video driver.

I get a Flash player on the half dozen I checked. How do you switch HTML5?

  • Satellite A100 PSAAKL: need video driver WXP

I got my Vista A100 (PSAAKL-00E002) which i had bought from the Malaysia to XP Media Center Edition and I could not install the video driver.

I tried to download the most recent catalyst for ATI, which one for XP support center but the driver will not be installed. I tried to download different drivers from ati. One message said I had to first install the VGA driver.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance

You shouldn't t use graphics card ATI drivers because these drivers don't support the overheating GPU, and therefore installation fails.

You must choose the GPU driver from the Toshiba page.
    This is a page of European driver of Toshiba;
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/download_drivers_bios.jsp?service=EU

Seems that your laptop supports a * ATI Radeon X 1400 * graphics chip.
Many A100 were delivered with the same graphics card.
Check what Satellite A100 European notebooks were equipped with this card and try to install the graphics driver.

  • Satellite P300-1FY - BSOD right video driver problem

    Hello

I bought this laptop a month ago to replace my old who crashed without possibility of repair and I had problems with the video drivers since then. I hoped that the problem would resolve since I am in the middle of my exams and I really have time too much more time to spend to fix it myself, and I also can not him go to the store because I need some software for my exams.

So the problem that in my view, lies in the video drivers for the graphics card ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470. While I'm working on my laptop my screen all of a sudden turns black and my computer crashes (including the very unpleasant noise when I play music at the time) after 5 seconds it flashes live and displays a message indicating that a beelschermstuurprogramma niet Super perfect en is naked herstela. In English, it would be something like s video drivers did not work properly and have now been repaired.

It is of course extremely irritating, but it became even more then a few weeks previously when I had a blue screen because of a similar error. What make me lose half an hour of work on my laptop. (and as someone who has had reviews knows, half an hour is not something you can always afford to lose) I ran the wizard, and he sent me to the ATI site to look for the drivers.
The downside is that I could find many drivers, but none for the 3400 series. After an internet search for awhile I finally found some drivers for these series (or they pretend to be), however, this installer was corrupted. I also searched the Toshiba site, but I did find what I was looking for.

The laptop also freezes from time to time without the screen turning black.

Could someone help me with this problem?

    Louis-Philippe

P.S.: quality of the keyboard is really bad also

First of all, you should post the exact code of BSOD and what operating system you are using. Then, we can search for this problem and what is the reason for this on the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
Then please send the BSOD code.

In addition, I put t understand why you can t find a driver on the Toshiba site. Satellite P300-1FY belongs to the PSPCCE series and so I can find a display driver for XP and Vista. So where is the problem? Maybe you should try to install this driver:
    http://EU.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com-online decision-making supported Downloads & => Download drivers

But before you install the driver, remove the old driver first. Reboot the laptop and clean your system with CCleaner. Restart the computer and then install the latest version on the Toshiba site.

The display driver on the factory site Internet (ATI) doesn't work because it s only for cards of office and not for laptops. Then, you can t install and your laptop has only been tested with drivers of Toshiba.

If the new driver doesn't work, you should try to update the BIOS too. You will find on the page of Toshiba.

    Good luck!!

  • Pavilion dv7-6135dx screens on the video driver blue igdpmd64.sys after the platform update KB2670838

Windows Update has delivered platform update KB2670838 Feb. 27.

After that, any time I open Internet Explorer, I get a blue screen of death which calls igdpmd64.sys, which is part of the video driver.

I tried to install the latest video driver HP site was for this machine, even though it is dated as a couple of years.  But he says that I don't have the minimum requirements.   !!??

I tried a restore point before and everything was fine.

I let go of the front through the platform Windows Update again and the same problem.

Now today I have no restore point so I can't go back.

Because now I am simply not using IE, everything else works fine so far.

    Here are my questions...

    1. is this a known problem of someone else?  Is there an article on the best solution anywhere yet?

    2. suggested approaches to solve this?

    3. How can I get the alternative video drivers to try?

3A. HP Site latest since this laptop says that it does not meet the min requirements!

3B. should I even try the following more old?

3 c. pros and cons of try the drivers of Intel or ATI sites instead of on HP site

    4. If after testing things, if I wanted to reinstall my current driver, how 'save', or protect some how now?  (I think THAT it is the original of the 2011 original installation schedule)

    5. How can I do to reinstall the video driver as 'supplied with the machine', for example since the recovery D: partition?

    6. If I end up having to reinstall Windows, how to do that since the recovery partition?

    Hey cfravel,

All major issues! Sorry to hear that you use in the blue screens, but you did a good job of troubleshooting. I'll answer the questions in the order that you asked them.

1 and 2.  Here is a link to the Microsoft Forumwhere there was a similar question. It looks like uninstalling and hiding the implementation update will correct the problem. To uninstall an update,

    • Click Start
    • Program 'type '.
    • Click on programs and features
    • Click View Installed Updates (left)
    • Search for KB2670838.
    • Select this option and click on uninstall.

    To hide the update,

    • Click Start
    • Type "update".
    • Click on Windows Update
    • Click Find updates
    • Click "# important updates available"
    • Search for KB2670838
    • Right-click on it and click on hide (you can always restore hidden updates in the future if you want by clicking on "restore hidden updates" from the main screen of Windows Update.

    3. here is the correct driver for your laptop HP Special Page. I think you're probably already doing it correctly, but just in case. How many times have you tried this driver? Try a couple of times.

3B. Yes you could certainly try the next previous driver.

3 c. the drivers coming from Intel or ATI are almost the same driver in most cases. We invite you to try them because they can always be uninstalled. Just, they are not guaranteed to work properly for your specific model.

    4. There are two versions of the driver for your ATI video chip. These and all future versions will still be available on your driver page. Click on the link under the latest driver that says "available versions" for a complete list of all the versions that are never released.

    5. to reinstall the driver of origin or any other original software that is preinstalled on your laptop, you can use HP Recovery Manager.

    • Click Start
    • Type "HP recovery".
    • Click HP Recovery Manager
    • Click re - install the drivers and software.
    • Scroll through the list and select drivers or software to install. These drivers will still be available on your page of driver as well.

6 here is a link on how to reinstall Windows from the recovery partition. In the links in blue at the top, click on "Recovering from the start (in the system startup) screen". This is a very simple process.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if these suggestions helped (it could help others with similar issues). I'll keep an eye out for your answer!

  • Integrated video driver fails to load (Code 12)

On my HP Pavilion a6040n desktop, I started having white-output screen followed with digital / analog pop-up messages and finally get "no signal found."   Troubleshooting I removed the video card GeForce 7600 GT simply use integrated video.  But strangely does not load driver "Intel 82945 G Express Chipset Family' - listed under display adapters in Device Manager!  Fortunately there is something called "VGA Save" so I can't see what is happening.

The graphics card has the yellow bang and properties read: "this device cannot find enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12). If you want to use this device, you will need to disable one of the other devices on this system. »

I tried uninstalling (with and without control "Delete software for this device") several times followed by restarts or scanning for new hardware.  The material is still, driver install always but never loads.  I tried the latest video driver downloaded from HP for this box and I checked that I have the latest version of the BIOS rev too.

It looks like stompping of memory (as former IRQ conflicts) but I tried unistalling other devices as webcam with video to see driver if they would re - arrange to install but all reinstalls and loads normally except video!

    Thanks for any thoughts.

Thanks for the reply erico - the box running vista.  He had a weekend to solve this and the subsequent problem:

The problem loading driver problem has been resolved with the 'ATI PCI Express 3GIO Filter' removal of Device Manager and patiently wait after a reboot for many PnP devices to recharge.  There are a lot of hits on this update of old hardware and optional from 2007.  It is not clear why this happened now when it was installed on my machine IN 2007 (before I knew better?).  But I must have started this problem with some recent adjustments - new monitor and drivers, other drivers, IE8RC1, etc...

Then I had the problem of conflicting between the edge and nvidia 7600gt graphics cards.  I was getting "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) "after a certain time (a weekend) and a few tips, I was able to uninstall integrated video card and activate the map Nvidia (PCI-E) in the BIOS so that the onboard video doesn't load and cause a conflict.   Many successes on that too, but it was the best: http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/NVIDIA-geforce-7600gs-Code-43-graphics-card-after-Windows-Update-t218804.html

    Hello

    1. how the recovery disks have been created?
    2. is this an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) disc?
    3. what operating system is installed on the computer?

You can make settings in the BIOS (Basic Input Output Device), to change the first boot device in the CD/DVD and see that it helps.

You must contact the manufacturer of the computer to perform this task.

Warning: be careful when you change the BIOS settings. The BIOS interface is designed for advanced users, and it is possible to change a setting that can prevent your computer from starting properly. BIOS update should be made only if necessary (to solve a compatibility problem, for example). It can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered inoperative. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.

  • Windows remains in the update from start menu

My laptop for some reason any will not properly start to Windows Vista.  What happening every time that you start the computer, it goes through the regular boot screens, not the symbol microsoft windows and then goes into screen Vista starts once you have installed the updates and it says exactly this: Configure updates: stage 3 of 3.  In a first time, it is said that it is at 0% and then it rises to 87% and then says "Shutting Down... "restarts the computer and it all over again.  He has not started windows and probably did more than 10 times.  I have a recovery disc I made (this computer is HP and it gives you the opportunity to make a recovery disc) and I put the first and it only slows down the time it takes to restart the "Configuring updates" screen  If someone could please help me and tell me something to do would really be appreciated.

P.S. I'm not computer illiterate and know more than the normal person on the computers.  The boot order is with the CD first and then the hard drive and it still goes the same screen.  I tried safe mode, and it only makes the larger screen.  Also I don't know if that makes a difference, but the computer could install or download updates when he was arrested.

This problem occurs for the following reasons:

Note Some third-party compression programs do not store long file names during the extraction process.
